[[HIGHLIGHT]]The views and ambience here are amazing! No matter if you're here in the morning, afternoon, or evening, it's just enjoyable to take in the gorgeous ocean views next to the manicured golf course lawn with the magnificent architecture.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were recently here for dinner. The grilled chicken is very juicy and tender. Caesar salad is well seasoned with lots of cheesy crispy bits. The trio fries are very addictive--I especially love their truffle sauce. The bread of sliders are on the dry side---so this is the dish I don't recommend. The staff and customer service here are amazing! They are very courteous and sweet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you are sitting by the fireplace, be very careful of the hot glass! Both my daughter and I accidentally got burned by the glass while eating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

OK, this review is just for drinks and dessert. I would say totally worth it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Your ambience your fireplace nighttime drink, and settle down and socialize. It's a great place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you have younger kids, they're running around on the grass playing overall such a great experience during the day, I'm sure It's beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, where you can see the ocean and I highly recommend just grab me a snack or a drink here and Ching it up with your friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is representative of Waldorf-Astoria and it is top notch because you have people who are kind and willing to help you and I would say in food service these days it's becoming more rare because of how difficult the environment is. Our server was José and he was great.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]33 North at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach is a great spot for a polished cocktail and a chill upscale bar vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We stopped in while staying at the property and it definitely delivered on what you'd expect from a Waldorf bar. The drinks were really tasty and clearly well made. You can tell the bartenders know what they're doing and they weren't just pouring heavy and calling it a day. Everything tasted balanced, intentional, and high quality. They also have a large selection of quality liquor so whether you're into tequila, bourbon, whiskey, or a classic cocktail, there's plenty to choose from. Service was another highlight. The bartenders were friendly, welcoming, and super on top of it. Even with other guests coming in and out they kept the pace moving, checked in when needed, and made the whole experience feel smooth and relaxed. My only ding and it's a real one is the price point. Cocktails were running about $25 to $35 each, which is steep even for a nice hotel bar. I get it you're paying for the location and the luxury setting but it can add up fast if you're planning to have a few rounds. Overall it's a great bar with strong drinks and great service. Just go in knowing it's a splurge spot. Perfect for one or two well made cocktails rather than an all night tab unless you're really feeling generous with the wallet.

If you haven't been to the Waldorf Astoria during the holidays, you really have to go and experience. We decided to have cocktails and nibbles right by the fireplace at 33 north . we had the entire sofa to ourselves and the fireplace right at our backs the staff our waiter was so kind and so friendly and so attentive.. we enjoyed the grilled Caesar salad and the braised short rib quesadilla. Delicious.!!! This is a pricey place to have a cocktail and nibbles, however, I will say it is worth it especially during the holidays. It's really delightful. We got there early to walk around the property and just take all of the holiday joy. This is one of our go to places.

Came here after eating dinner off the property and decided having drinks at the resort would be a good idea. We ended up getting red wine, a couple of brewskies, and a decaf coffee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was able to get seats outside next to one of the fire pits and enjoyed our drinks as well as complimentary almonds and olives in a comfortable and relaxed setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was friendly and professional. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was great to spend a few hours chatting next to the fire.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 5 stars for 33 North!

This place was one of the highlights of our stay at the Waldorf! Our bartender Ernest was legit such an amazing person, server, and bartender! He recommended the best drinks & food, and didn't disappoint! We ordered many drinks: The Dutchess, Bees Nees, Mules, and lots more signature cocktails! They were all great!! And we also ordered lots of food & treats: duck fat fries, dessert, and crab cake bites. I honestly can't wait to come again just to visit this bar! Thanks to Ernest & the other bartender who was there with him (I forgot his name!): y'all were two people who made our experience 5-stars!

Being a local my wife and I had been looking forward to going here so when a friend came to visit from abroad we decided to take her here for a drink and sunset. Considering this is a world class resort we had expected great service but were disappointed. The valet was courteous and efficient but as soon as we entered inside things changed. Forget about someone greeting you but we found a table and sat down. The table had dirty dishes from the previous group sitting there but there was no other place to sit. No one came to the table for at least 15-20 minutes when I finally waved someone down. There was already a menu on the table although dog eared and dirty. We placed our drinks order which was brought out promptly. Drinks were well made and delicious. The view from this place is amazing. Ciara was a good server and tried her best but she seemed overwhelmed. I personally think the blame should go on the management. Train your people before putting them on the floor. Doesn't matter if it's a lounge, sequence of service still needs to be followed. The chair cushions were dirty and need to be changed. Guests expect and deserve better service and ambience when paying $28++ for a drink. I can make the same drink at home and enjoy the view from there too but it's the whole expectation of an experience which brings us to these luxury resorts. If a Forbes inspector was to receive such service you will not get that 5th Star which I'm sure the Waldorf wants.

Great service and ambiance. Enjoyed some drinks while waiting to check-in. Amazing views of the property here. I would go to Club 19 for food and here for drinks to enjoy the ambiance and view. Highly recommended!

Benny was our bartender of the night, he is funny, personable and can make some TASTY key lime martinis!!!!! Bar was busy but Benny was very attentive and a hell of a multitasker. Will definitely be back, they had live saxophone player in the lounge area and then it switched over to DJ. Very nice place and I actually like it better than Tge Ritz.

Burger, spicy bluefin tuna, and red ale on tap.

Amazing bluefin tuna. Melts in your mouth. Burger was tasty too but nothing special. Great views of the ocean and property.

Service top notch thus the three stars. Their must-have cheeseburger at $28 not so much. Poorly prepared, cooked on a grill that had fish earlier leaving a taste. Burger very dry. The fries we're frozen type and just so so.

Comfy seats to lounge in while listening to live music. Don't expect to be served as it seems the guests outweigh the staff. Just walk up to the bar order your drank and sit down. Eventually, someone will stop by and give you some nuts and olives.

Understanding that while not on the water it does offer an unbelievable setting and ambiance with a great ocean view for perfect sunsets. All with upgraded food and beverage and five star service.

They could have had more servers there for sure. That said, the guy serving us worked his butt off, gracefully, friendly, and attentively. Any gaps were filled by the bartender delivering drinks and (I think) the manager here and there. We were well taken care of. Food was great, bacon old fashioned my buddy had looked (and reportedly) was incredible, beers were great, staff were awesome (despite being low in numbers). Highly recommend.!

The parking is definitely limited, as I saw from other reviews on Yelp. On a Sunday evening it was very easy, however. The menu is fairly limited, and I wish they had a few more fish options, though the salmon I saw looked absolutely incredible. I had the chicken caesar salad. The chicken was a large portion, and so tasty. The dressing was SO good. They did forget dressing on both of our salads which was kind of annoying for a simple caesar (so we had to get a side of it). That being said, once we did get dressing, I seriously could've drank the stuff it was so yummy. They also scorch their tomatoes in the salad to perfection. I also tried the crispy tuna appetizer, which was surprisingly different from similar versions I have had at sushi restaurants (not in a bad way). The fish was very fresh and I would order this appetizer again. I think it came with five fairly small pieces (just so you know how many to order for a crowd). If you are feeling dessert, they have an incredible (and massive) butter cake!

She went above and beyond in ways both big and small, and it made all the difference. Her space is absolutely beautiful. It has such an artsy, welcoming feel and was perfect for our 80 person reception. The lighting created a magical atmosphere, the sound system worked flawlessly, and the indoor outdoor flow gave guests room to mingle, relax, and celebrate comfortably. One of the most generous touches was allowing us to use her home for staging the bride and groom. That level of trust and hospitality meant so much to our family. Throughout the entire process, she was accommodating, helpful, and always available with a calm, reassuring presence. If you are looking for a venue with heart, creativity, and an owner who truly cares, this is it. We are so grateful for everything she did to make the celebration unforgettable.

Absolutely Perfect Wedding/Party Venue!…read more We recently had our wedding at The Fish Tank Capo, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. This venue is such a hidden gem--unique, welcoming, and full of character. It immediately made us and our guests feel comfortable, safe, and completely at home. Cate, the owner, was an absolute dream to work with. From the start, she was accommodating, easygoing, and full of helpful ideas. She truly went above and beyond--she even opened up her own attached living area so we could freshen up before the ceremony. That level of thoughtfulness made the day even more special. The venue itself was everything we had hoped for--intimate, cozy, and full of charm. So many of our guests commented on how special the day felt and how perfect the space was for creating such a warm atmosphere. We highly recommend The Fish Tank Capo to anyone looking for a unique and affordable venue. You truly won't find a better combination of price, service, and heart anywhere else!
