I was next door at the coffee shop and decided to come here to get my grandson ice cream. There was only one worker and he seemed irritated that I wanted to order. I asked for chocolate ice cream he said we are out of chocolate. Then i asked vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips, they were out of chocolate chips. I then asked for strawberry ice cream with strawberries and guess what they were out of strawberries. I got the feeling he just didn't want to serve me and keep saying they were out of things. However I ordered just strawberry ice cream without toppings. The ice cream was decent and my grandson enjoyed it but I felt service was horrible and it was a bit on the pricey side. This is the last place in the greater Tampa area that does rolled ice cream. We used to go to the 35 Below in South Tampa, but that closed. My kids were reminiscing, and so we went searching for "the other" Thai rolled ice cream place. Prices have gone up, but that was expected. Right now, the standard price for a rolled ice cream includes the base and two toppings/additions. When 35 Below first opened, I think it was 3 toppings and free whipped cream and cherry. Oh well. My kids both ordered rolled ice cream. I had a fruit tea. The fruit tea is from a syrup, and it's pretty sweet. I wouldn't come here just for a tea. My kids both loved their rolled ice cream. Bought a $9 mango boba tea that I could not drink, because the straw that came with it wasn't big enough for boba pearls. I gave up trying after clearing out the straw twice in a row with a chopstick, and only managed to consume about half the drink. Although the rolled ice cream was tasty, one of the requested ingredients wasn't included, nor was the omission acknowledged. Boba tea didn't taste like tea even though it was claimed that it was made with oolong. Popping boba in the drink were ok. Not worth the price. read more

Great rolled ice cream place located in Wesley Chapel. The place is super clean and there are several tables to sit at to eat the ice cream. It's quite a process to watch the rolled ice cream being made. It's part of the experience. They have some wonderful flavors. We went with the vanilla and Oreos and the brownie mix, vanilla ice cream mixed in with brownies and chocolate sauce topped with brownie bits and whipped cream. Both were absolutely delicious and tasted very fresh and was a good portion. Definitely recommend this place. They also have Boba teas and fruit smoothies. read more

I would recommend to the owners that they give the poor blonde girl a co worker. We just left and she clearly needs some help on a busy Friday night. On the way to the bathroom it look liked someone was living back there with baby supplies and luggage bags. I felt so bad for the girl working up there I hope her manager or whoever owns the place cleans it up and gives her some more money if they're gonna have her up there by herself to handle 12 people at the same time. Sad. I wouldn't recommend to anyone until they fix their staffing issue. Icecream was good, front of house was kind of clean, can't expect it to be perfect when the girl is doing everything on her own. read more

Our first time at 35 Below and we loved it! It's a cute little family own dessert shop that serves rolled ice cream and refreshing boba drinks. They roll the ice cream right in front of you which is fun to watch, my daughter loved it! We had the green tea and monkey business rolled ice creams which were both delicious! Came with my kids we ordered 5 rolled ice creams plus a boba tea, most of the toppings we asked for they didn't have, then we asked for one of the signature flavors the girl making the ice cream proceeded to make it but then didn't add toppings because she didn't have them and didn't make us aware of that.... Ice cream seemed good but the bubble tea is quite processed. The tapioca was scooped out of a bowl and had no warmth or freshness to it. The powder used to flavor it was a bit ruinous to the flavor. I went there to get a Thai Tea with boba. The staff wasn't in the front to greet me nor did the person wash their hands after taking my order. COVID is still real AND even if it wasn't, please wash your hands. I guess there is a hang out in the back and I'm okay with that but at least WASH YOUR HANDS. I waited until after I placed my order to see if this person was going to wash their hands. Didn't. I got a refund as I didn't want it any longer. The ginger tea is disgusting! The herbal jelly is so nasty. $4.99 for a cup of tea is outrageous.

This places was AMAZING. The green tea ice cream was phenomenal and the taro boba was great definitely coming back.
