Straw was not wide enough for bobas. It was impossible to drink this $9 beverage. Absolutely save your money.

Bought a $9 mango boba tea that I could not drink, because the straw that came with it wasn't big enough for boba pearls. I gave up trying after clearing out the straw twice in a row with a chopstick, and only managed to consume about half the drink. Who charges this much for a beverage, then provides cheap straws that aren't wide enough to actually drink it?!

Great rolled ice cream place located in Wesley Chapel. The place is super clean and there are several tables to sit at to eat the ice cream. It's quite a process to watch the rolled ice cream being made. It's part of the experience. They have some wonderful flavors. We went with the vanilla and Oreos and the brownie mix, vanilla ice cream mixed in with brownies and chocolate sauce topped with brownie bits and whipped cream. Both were absolutely delicious and tasted very fresh and was a good portion. Definitely recommend this place. They also have Boba teas and fruit smoothies.

Amazing place!! Saw the sign boba and got excited! I got the original 35 below milk tea with boba and my gosh it was so good!! The milk tea wasn't too sweet and the boba was so fresh and soft. Perfect boba tea! They have many different smoothies and teas and ice creams! Such a cute place and the staff was very friendly.

35 Below is a fun place to visit. Lots of cool paintings of cows! Lots of tea and ice cream they make in front of you. Standard vanilla, chocolate and strawberry and green tea too. Family owned business.

Love 35 below! My 2 faves are the taro and raspberry smoothies so yummy! First time I tried the ice cream rolls and they are delightful.

Amazing small business with great Boba Tea! We did not try the ice cream. I believe the owner served us. She describe everything to a T and was super friendly. If this was closer to our home I would be a regular, but we live 45 minutes away. Boba Tea is a ln up and coming tea nd I hope more come closer to us.

Best establishment by far! The ice cream is like little taquitos. 10/10 service highly recommend. Ignore all the 1 and 2 star reviews.

The ginger tea is disgusting! The herbal jelly is so nasty. $4.99 for a cup of tea is outrageous.

The staff at the front were super friendly, which made the experience even better. I went with my mom, and since it was a really hot day, she asked for a recommendation for something refreshing. She ended up getting the passion fruit green tea and absolutely loved it! She mentioned how perfectly balanced it was not too sweet, just right. I ordered the lychee green tea, and it was also really good! I personally enjoy sweeter teas, and this one hit the spot for me. Just a heads-up it might be a bit too sweet for some, but if you're into sweet teas, I definitely recommend giving the lychee green tea a try. We also couldn't resist trying the matcha crème brûlée croffle. I've never had anything like it before, and wow it was so good, I'm already planning to go back for another one. Overall, I had a great experience here. Next time, I'd love to try one of their milk-based drinks, but if you're looking for something light and refreshing, their teas are a great choice. I'll definitely be coming back!

If you're looking for amazing Boba this is definitely the spot. We visited Easter Day and our drinks and food were ready super quick. Lots of open seating and nice open restaurant. Had I not gotten the food I would have rated my experience 5 stars!

I had 2 scoops of the peanut butter smores with the peanut butter drizzle and it was more than enough. No over priced, just creamy goodness. My son is incredibly picky and just wanted chocolate, but unfortunately, the two chocolate variations they had were not plain chocolate; one was deliciously filled with brownies (which of course he didn't want) and the other one featured dark chocolate as the base. I enjoyed a scoop of the cookie jar in a sugar cone and my son went with plain vanilla. I like that they allowed him to taste a couple of flavors, and when I came back for a few last minute sprinkles on my son's ice cream, they were happy to add the topping for no extra charge. The total for three single scooped servings (two cups and a cone) came to around $20. I added a small tip and felt the experience and quality of ice cream was worth it.
