Seriously go see Serj before you go to your car dealer, I had rat issues with my car and took it to the dealer, first they charged me $175 to see what was wrong, saying they needed to do a diagnostic check, then they wanted $1500 to repair the wires and said they needed to replace the whole thing. I had a great experience today. My air conditioner was making a loud noise so I called in to get a quote. It's difficult to get a quote on something like this because there are so many variables (I was told the same from other shops) the difference was, instead of being told what they can't do, I was told what they CAN do. Bring it in and we'll look at it free of charge. Turns out it was being rubbed on by some plastic undercarriage. They fixed it immediately, and the cost? Just a handshake!! This was my experience. Found my new auto shop with 360. I just moved here to Valencia and needed to find a place for my car repair needs and found them on yelp and boy they did not disappoint. I contacted Rita through yelp and she gave me a quote for a fully synthetic oil change on my car and when I came in I was also greeted by Seth. Super nice and friendly guy. 360 Auto Clinic saved our vacation. We had driven all day Sunday from Reno, NV on our way to Disneyland. Around Valencia, 60 miles or so from our hotel, our "overheating light" came on so we pulled over right away. I popped the hood and saw the radiator hose had sprung a hole. I found 360 Auto Clinic on yelp and had our car towed there. The next morning, I called and spoke with Rita and told her what was up with our car. She said she would have her techs check it out and let me know what they found. Long story short, 360 auto had our car fixed, tested, and ready to go by end of Monday after only receiving it Sunday night. Rita was VERY helpful and kept us updated during the entire process. I had no idea I even needed a key since I wasn't given one when I bought the car. I didn't catch his name but the man who helped me out gave me a new set and key at a decent price.
