This place is complete Chaos! If you wish to get overcharged for bad service go ahead and make an appointment! I wanted to get a deep cleaning, so I contacted this place as it's 2 mins walk to my work. The front desk rep, tried to get me into their $49 dollar specials going on at the time, although I have insurance that she had a hard time accessing. Anyway, after she did, they had me over as the need to examine you for their own diagnosis. I go in, and they ambush me and get the x-rays taken although I was not told the pricing at all. Later I get the total cost, and it's over $700!! For teeth cleaning! Their suggested treatment was scaling and root planning! But that's not what I asked! If you think I need a different treatment, why wouldn't you discuss the cost first and ask me If I wish to proceed? They claimed the cost from my insurance, even though I did not get the treatment fully! As there is a cap on how many times you can get your x-ray taken and claim from the insurance, I had to get my x-ray transferred to another dental clinic I found with at a much reasonable cost. So I email the rep who tried to sell me their specials at first. I don't get any response. I call the office, Cherri (or however that's pronounced) picks up the phone and tells me Venessa is out for the day and I have to wait another day for an email! I ask her isn't there anyone who can access my information which is paid for, she says 'no it's just me today!' I tell her I don't want to wait for another day. She says 'there is nothing you can do'. So I walk into this place and ask again, this time she asks my name and tries to access my information. Yes, same Cherri, who just told me on the phone she can't access. This time I'm there and she tries. Goes back in talks to doctor Macmillan, and comes back and tells me they can't access. I was blown away, that a whole clinic, is based on one certain front desk associate and if she does not come to work, I can't get my own information that I have legal rights to. After a minute of arguing, Doctor Macmillan comes out (although Cherri told she was there alone which was a full-blown lame lie) and tells me I should keep my tone. I say I don't have as if this is how they would treat me. She asks me what am I even gonna do with the x-rays if they could send it. I say I'll give you my email and you can send it to me. Literally, this 1-minute thing turns to a huge deal. Only because I did not proceed with their diagnosis, they tried to make it hard for me to get my x-rays from them. Utterly unprofessional and childish! Such a simple request took almost two days! And yet after this weird and frustrating visit, they emailed me the x-rays. After many times they told me they can't do it!!! Why put people through this kind of unprofessional business? Doctor Macmillan can be a great dentist or whatever, but their business and customer service standards are so low I would not suggest even bothering going to this place! I went to 360 Dental almost a year ago off of a Groupon deal I saw for six month braces. I got braces previously but lost my retainer and was on vacation and wasn't able to save my teeth. After already spending $4500 and then six months and another $3000 with 360 Dental I was hoping to really love my smile. The doctor is super sweet but I really don't think she is very experienced at all. After I got my braces off I told her I liked them at first glance. It wasn't till I got home that I realized my teeth were significantly shaved down(something I can never change) I didn't have a midline and my teeth were brought all the way to the left of my face making one side of my face way more asymmetrical. Now almost a year later I constantly look in the mirror and hate myself. If you're thinking of saving some money and getting six month braces worth 360 dental. DO NOT DO IT. I feel so helpless because I don't want to spend another $4500 to fix her mistake with another place but I literally hate what it's done to my face. read more

I am Writing once again to Commend and Thank Dr. Mitra McMillan, Assistant Sharrareh Row and other Assistants for the Stupendous work they do at 360 Dental. Dr. Mitra is Always on time, the office is Always immaculate, quiet and the staff are always perfectly clean and make sure you are as well throughout the procedure. They immediately provide you with protective glasses while they work, are careful to drain your mouth throughout the procedure and pay attention to every detail insuring you are comfortable, Pain Free and notifying You of every action she is taking and why. When I leave (no matter what the procedure) I am always as clean and comfortable as I was when I arrive and They even provide Vaseline to keep my lips and corners of my mouth moisturized while they work. This is Very important and necessary for me. Dr. Mitra ensures the lab produces the Best product and Sharrareh creates the perfect temporary that last the entire two weeks I've waited to receive my permanent bridges. Although Dr. Mitra does not accept my HMO insurance (which I use for X-rays and 6 month cleanings), whenever I need Any work beyond that, there is No hesitation for me to visit Dr. Mitra where I Am Confident I Will Receive Superb Service with top of the line materials at a good and fair price. I cannot say enough about Dr. Mitra McMillan except, if you are in need of Outstanding service with No Pain or subpar work, you should undoubtedly visit 360 dental. Lastly, I drive from the Antelope Valley for her services and my brother commuted from Las Vegas for the 6 week braces as well as my Bff from the Pasadena area. DR. Dr. Macmillan has been my dentist for over 3 years. I've had cleaning done, cavities repaired, and I've done the "six month braces" through her. Each visit has been lovely - she is very knowledgeable and very compassionate and her staff are all great too. I've always gone in with my very young daughter and they have toys and made accommodations for us so she is entertained. I've been going to 360 Dental Services for over 5 years and I've been happily pleased with their continual stride to make my experience exceedingly exceptional. I drive an hour and a half to receive dental services provided by Dr. Macmillan and her staff. I am always greeted with a smile by the front desk receptionist and made aware of the services that Dr. Macmillan will be working on for the scheduled appointment. The stigma of having healthy teeth in order to go to the dentist is out the door because I've had extensive treatments all provided by Dr. Macmillan and she has always been able to treat each one of my dental issues resulting in a success. The services I have received within those extended years were crowns, bridge, root canal, fillings, cleaning, x-rays, bonding, and an extraction all performed by Dr. Macmillan. I am very satisfied with my results and appreciative that she was able to advise the best possible solution that coincided with my treatment plan. The goal behind finding an effective dentist is finding a doctor who is knowledgeable in their field, skilled, but more importantly someone you trust. One important tool that I learned was being able to verbalize my concerns or treatment plan direction (cosmetic) for the best results. Dr. Macmillan is the best dentist I have ever been to, kind, caring, very professional and always on time. I have never had a problem getting an appointment at the last minute if needed. Please do not go here. Dr. Mitra Macmillin is just genuinely not a good person. How she runs her business is unacceptable. She seems very nice upon first meeting her but she is quite prone to mistakes and then takes no accountability and refuses to fix them. It's an extremly long story but she messed up quite a few of my teeth. I have been to three dentists since, one who was formally the head of the Orange County Dental Association, and he literally took my hands and was so upset and said " I feel sick when I look at your X-rays, I can't believe she did that to perfectly healthy teeth". After months going back and forth with her for a refund I had to get outside sources involved. Unfortunately, because I had another dentist fix the GIANT HOLE she left in my mouth, because she refused to fix it, she was found not liable for any damages because another dentist had since touched my teeth. I visited her about 13 times because she was putting a bridge in. She had to put 5 or 6 different bridges in because non of them fit. It was insane and so unprofessional. One of the times I was in so much pain so I kept calling, I was told it would go away. I finally went in and there was a piece of plastic she had left in there when putting the bridge in. I truly believe this women deserves to have her license taken away. I just wanted a refund for my visits and she refused. Getting it fixed is costing so much money. I really wish she would have just given some of the money back. I can't in good conscience not write this. I would not wish what is happening to me now on anyone. I wish I had taken the other reviews seriously. If you need anything besides a cleaning, do not go to this women. read more

This office is a few years old and has state of the art equipment. The staff are friendly and Dr.Mitra Macmillan is Great. I am glad to find a professional who understands appointment times and doesn't make you wait. I have come twice a year here since it opened to get my teeth clean,etc. I recommend her to anyone afraid of needles as I hardly feel the numbing agent going in to fix a cavity or crown and my face and lips do not feel big and heavy, or being numb for longer than it needs to be. My problems first started last year when I started having pain in my teeth. I made an appointment with 360 dental and the dentist said I needed a root canal and a crown. I paid cash since I didn't have insurance at the time. I had to return back to 360 5 times since the pain just didn't go away. I was very stressed. The last time I saw the dentist, she said that I had to go to a root canal specialist and she gave prescribed me antibiotics. I don't know why and she said I didn't have an infection. I went to a root canal specialist and they estimated that the price would be $1,500 and that was only the root canal. I paid $200 for consultants and x-rays, etc. But since COVID hit during this time, I couldn't do the root canal. After two weeks, I went to a general dentist location and they referred me to a specialist for root canals. When I went to my appointment, the specialist told me that I had bacteria in my teeth. The specialist told me that they had thought that I had the root canal done years ago as it is common for bacteria to build up after many years but they were surprised when I told them I only had the root canal done last year. It cost me $800 because my insurance covered the rest of the cost. I had to return to my general dentist and they told me that I needed a new crown. They also told me that the crown that I had was really outdated and that the material used was not effective at all. I had to pay $1,200 for my new crown. I still have an infection and I'm still taking antibiotics. The general dentist also prescribed a new medicine called chlorhexidine. I'm hoping that this new medicine will get rid of the infection and my stomach is feeling terrible from intaking many antibiotics. The general dentist cannot put the new crown in until the infection and pain are gone. 360 gave me back half of the money I spent on the procedure but I spent more than $2,200 on fixing my crown/infection. This isn't justified that 360 isn't returning all my money that I spent for procedures there. The dentists that I have spent time with all sent in a report to her concerning the topic but she simply responded saying that she doesn't see anything wrong and she refuses to return the rest of my money. They talked through the phone to see if she needed additional information but she refused to hear them out. From my experience at 360, please don't pick this dentistry since your teeth are important and look towards others locations. read more

Like Ivana B, I'm not an employee or friend. I recently moved to the area and received a mailer from 360 Dental. The Yelp ratings were good and I called to make an appointment. First of all, the receptionists are kind, helpful, and have a great demeanor. They got me scheduled in for a cleaning within a week. The office was clean, professional, and nicely decorated. There was very little wait time before I was called in for my appointment. The room they led me to was bright and clean and you could tell the machinery was top rate. My teeth cleaning was done painlessly, even though I had a lot of tartar built up. I can honestly say that I haven't seen my teeth that clean EVER. I had been seeing an "old school" dentist who used a pick and the little rubber buffer with the cherry flavored scrub. This time, the technician and the dentist had my teeth not only painlessly cleaned, but polished to a level I'd never experienced. The dentist, Dr. Macmillan, was professional and kind. We discussed cosmetic treatments at my request and she gave me lots of information not only for an inexpensive solution but also the "elite" solution which was much more costly. I liked having the options presented so I could make an informed decision. Can't say enough about my experience with 360 Dental.
