The receptionist is rude and, as other have pointed out, changes your appointment without consulting you. I told her I had scheduled for 3:30 pm and she told me that it was 1:30 pm. I would never schedule that early in the day because work is in Newport Beach and this is too far for a lunch appointment. I ALWAYS schedule at the last appointment of the day and book far out to ensure that it isn't last minute. She continues to argue with me that it must have been my mistake and that I made the appointment at 1:30, when I'd never do that. read more

CAN'T STOP SMILING!! I've never had straight teeth. I've always wanted straight teeth (like on the ad's) I've never had braces, I've only tried Invisalign and I didn't get the results that I was looking for. I saw the offer for 6 months braces and thought to myself, I gave Invisalign a year and a half, why not try 6 months. I scheduled an appointment, that was easy. I had a consultation, that was easy. I came back a week later and had the braces put on, that was easy. This place is a well oiled machine! I never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen, I was in and out of my appointments within or less than 20 minutes, the girls were always so nice and professional and I GOT RESULTS!!! Had zoom whitening done earlier today by Dr. Macmillan. The process today took about 1.5 hours. Dr. Macmillan spent a good amount of time prepping my mouth to carefully shield and protect my gums from the U.V. zoom light. And then she phased the whitening in 15 minute increments to asses pain. Dr. Macmillan's extra duty of care is making for a night & day improvement in reducing pain after the procedure. I've had zoom whitening done elsewhere in the past and experienced a great deal of pain. Not today, great work! read more

I agree with many other comments below...if you have healthy set of teeth, she is great to go to for a check up or cleaning. She is also a very nice lady, but not experienced with what I needed. Implants/partials and root canals/crowns. I received a wax mock up of what it would look like. It was horrible. I cancelled the first order immediately. I thought " no big deal, its just wax mock up". She only would refund me approx. $200 out of the $800 I paid and has refunded the insurance nothing for the over $800 they paid. No integrity! I showed it to another dentist (40 yrs in practice) and even he said it was HORRIBLE looking and ALL wrong...teeth sticking out and not natural at all. So I paid over $800 for her incompetence and she wouldn't even refund 50% back to me and has never refunded the insurance. I am now filing a claim with my insurance and file an official complaint with MetLife Insurance. This happened approximately 2 months ago and still hasn't refunded the insurance company. read more

First visit to a dentist after a long time, but got a lot of fillings done and a cleaning after first visit. Feeling some pain after first set of fillings, but figure it's residual from the intensity of the operation. Don't trust going back there, so go to visit another dentist 8 months later. Discovers rough finish on fillings, tooth decay, decalcification, and that one tooth had been drilled and filled to the nerve, killing the nerve and resulting in an emergency dental visit for a root canal after 2 days of pain in January. Why weren't these issues addressed earlier? How are there so many issues just months after cleaning? Perhaps this clinic is good for healthy customers, but my experience has been a nightmare. I came here as a new client in June as my insurance had changed and I needed to find a new dentist. Now let me preface this by saying that I have been going to the dentist twice a month since I was born, not kidding. So I was shocked when, after getting my cleaning (which was more than a little rough), the Doctor printed me a list of all of the dental work she said I needed or suggested I get done. Those items included sealant for gum recession and cavity replacements. After initially scheduling a return appointment to take care of the cavities she said I needed filled, I cancelled, feeling like I needed a second opionion- which brings us to the present. Last weekend, I went to another new dentist for my second opinion and 6 month cleaning. I didn't leave it to chance this time, and went to the dentist my best friend has been working at for almost 10 years and whom she knows the Doctor and hygenists very well-they all attended her wedding. Long story short, the Doctor (and hygenist) did a thorough examination and told me that I didn't need any of the work the other dentist said I needed ( I came with the printed listed to show them what had been recommended). Needless to say, I can only give 1 star and hope that other people aren't paying hundreds of extra dollars for work that they don't even need. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Do NOT go here!!! I got a coupon in the mail for a discount for new patients (this should have been my first clue). I did not have dental insurance at the time and thought she would be willing to work with me. I was having pain in my TOP tooth and decided to get it checked. Dr. McMillian told me my BOTTOM tooth was severely cracked and I needed a crown right away. I was quoted $800 for the crown (this is the discount price. Her office made an appointment for me the following week for the crown. I was unable to keep the appointment do to a family emergency and shortly after that I was able to get dental insurance. Dr. McMillian was not an option for my insurance so I picked a new dentist. The new dentist did a full exam, took digital xrays (360 Dental used the old film xrays), and even consulted with another dentist in the group and guess what they found... NO crack in any tooth! I didn't even have a cavity! The pain was from gum inflammation. I almost paid $800 for a painful and unnecessary crown. Let this be a warning to everyone! Don't go here! read more

It's been 2 months since my braces have been off and I'm still very happy with my results. First time I had braces cost me around the same price and I had to wear for 2 years.. Second time, paid about the same and a little more to wear my braces for LESS THAN 6 months because I didn't have a lot of things going on so we just did what was enough. Everyone who works there is really sweet and nice. You always get in when it's your appointment time and they're very efficient. I came to this place after I saw a friends' teeth that was STRAIGHT and before, it almost seemed impossible that his teeth could ever be straight but these new braces that 360 has, they are magic. DO NOT SPEND your $3K to wear braces for 2+ years, DO SPEND IT HERE for 6 months. I wish I had known this place before going to the other one. Not only did my braces get off early, doctor even helped fix a chipped tooth and made it similar to my other teeth so they looked even (without me even asking her to do so). I get my teeth cleaned here every 4-5 mos -- have done the Zoom whitening twice and also the 6 month braces. The braces were excellent -- occasionally had to go in for adjustments -- very easy. Wow! I have finally found a dentist that I'd go back to again and again! I have dental insurance HMO and for years have struggled to find a dentist that will just clean my teeth without giving me a 30 min to 1 hr sales pitch about braces and deep pocket cleans. I couldnt even find a dentist that would clean my teeth! Just nonsense. So I decided to forget insurance and pay out of pocket to visit 360 Dental. For a reasonable price I got my teeth cleaned very thoroughly, x rays, great customer service and NO sales pitch. The doctor even told me I have no deep pockets to justify a deep clean and apologised for all of the dentists who've tried to take me for a ride. How sweet!
