I had the worst experience yesterday night at 3CAT. My friend and I went to ordered our drinks which took 40 minutes however, only for them to say they ran out of what we ordered. We kindly requested to get Oreo mochi instead and I asked the girl if I could get the same toppings from my last drink to the new drink. This girl looked at me like as if she didn't understand me and my friend repeated the same thing and she understood her? Talk about RACISM. She looked at me and SCREAMED "I WILL ONLY DO THIS TODAY BUT DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN". I kindly replied if you're not able to add the toppings that's fine just let me know instead of screaming and telling me to never come back here. After her and her coworker were laughing when they give us our drinks and looking at our drinks handing them to us...I don't doubt one of them probably spit in my drink because they took it to the very back where I couldn't see them. Came in on a Tuesday night since the first time I came there was a LOONG line (it was on a Saturday night). Walking in, it's a cute cat aesthetic themed boba shop. The cups they displayed looked pretty and I loved their decor! There's PLENTY of seating which is great for hanging out, but definitely not a place for studying or focus. Looking at the menu was a STRUGGLE!!! I don't have the best vision but I'm pretty sure a lot of people struggled with reading the small font on the screen. I really had to stand close and squint to read the toppings & sugar/ice levels adjustments. They should really enlarge the texts & numbers on the menu!! After ordering, I liked how I could see on the screen and on my phone when my drink was ready and what number I was in line! Although, the time it said that it'd be ready at was not accurate at all. I got the white peach oolong milk tea with brown sugar boba. I was excited because it seemed like a really popular spot so I had high expectations. The brown sugar boba was the WORST boba I've ever had omg... SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED and not soft & chewy.......... It wasn't even sweet! I literally had to spit half my bobas out because it was that unbearable. The drink itself was good but I really can't justify it. I'd go again another time to try their "special" toppings to give them a second chance. STAY AWAY FROM THE BROWN SUGAR BOBA!!! read more

I ordered the Icy Peach and everything was fine. I waited 15 mins for my name to be called which is pretty normal when you come here. When they call my name, again after 15 mins, I get to the counter and they tell me they are out of Icy Peach. Then the employee just gives me a blank stare. I ask so now what? They said you want something else? I said no I would like my refund. I have to ask three separate times for my refund. Then they ask me "oh did you want something else?" Again I repeated no I just wanted a refund. I waited so long and nothing. Finally they get someone due process the refund and then I ask for a receipt to verify that I make sure I get a refund and they said no they can't print one out. So I had to take a picture with my phone. The staff was not helpful or informative. They should've told me when I ordered or as soon as they realized they were out. Sorry but this place definitely didn't live up to the hype. First of all the vibes in the shop are all wrong, not happy or energenic, it felt really heavy and solemn, the office soft jazz music didn't help. I ordered a floral boba cream and fruit melody. The wait was about 10 minutes for the drinks. I received the wrong drink, instead of a floral boba cream that has boba, cream mousse and pecans I just got a regular milk tea. I was already in the car before I realized the mistake and didnt want to walk all the way back to correct it. The milk tea tasted decent but nothing special. The fruit melody tasted exactly like a sunright fruit tea but the sliced strawberry was a nice touch. Both drinks I got regular sweetness and ice levels, the drinks were not sweet, more like 50%-75% sweet at other shops, the regular ice level was alot of ice so make sure you select less ice. Although the cups with their tall slender shape is attractive, be careful in your car as cup holders are useless in a turn, unfortunately some spilled on me. Would I come back? Maybe when they turn on their uber eats, I still want to try the floral boba cream... also take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt, they are doing a giveaway for 5 star reviews. read more

3 cat has some of the bests drinks in town! Since its opening I've been here at least 4 times a week. I always order their top Burley Mochi, Lime Explosion, and Mango Mochi. Their Mochi is so far the best i tried in drinks!!! Highly reccomend. read more
