These guys have been the real deal. I recently got my jeep wrangler lifted with brand new tires and added a front bumper with a winch too. Their customer service has been the best with how polite and efficient they are. I came in today with a cracked bracket from my tail light. And boy did it look ghetto with my tape holding it together MARK was super sweet to stop what he was doing and fix my issue. 3/20/25 Dropped off my 2024 Toyota Sequoia at 4wheel parts to have a leveling kit installed and get an alignment. Dropped it off at 9am when they opened, was done by 12. Looks great! I've done multiple purchases at this store one thing I really like is that they don't push to sell you anything. I have bought a lift kit for my wrangler here as well as multiple smittybilt products. My most recent purchase has been a teraflex lift kit for my jeep renegade. Overall they answer all questions professionally if I had one complain it would be for installs to be cheaper! I asked about how much the install for my lift would be and was told $800 I need a $300 discount please jokes aside great place read more

I ordered Pro comp 12x1.5 24 piece lug nut kit, shipped to store and waited a week for them to arrive. Once I was confirmed they had arrived in store I went to pick them up. I was left hanging for 20 minutes while they looked for my lug nuts only to be told that some had already used them for another clients truck. Seriously ?? Then they had the audacity to ask if I needed them that day. I paid 50$ for those lug nuts, they tried to give me a 20 piece of gorilla lug nuts and tell me I'm "upgrading". I had to go back inside after counting and missing 4 more lugs for my 24 piece I had bought. I didn't even receive a refund on the price difference. I just want my stolen money back read more

The guys that work here are awesome. I mistankenly ordered bilsteens for my f250. They were made for diesel and my truck is gas. The guys stated that a diesel engine is about 600 lbs more than gas, so it would be a really rough ride! I stepped up and got Kings. They let me know when they arrived and I picked them up today. **The Man's Target** This store is like Target for men, and I realized we were in for a wild ride when my husband's eyes lit up the moment we walked in. Picture a kid in a candy store, but the candy is gadgets and tires. Yep, tires. I didn't even know a person could get that excited over rubber and rims, but here we are. The staff? Absolutely amazing. They were super helpful, even when our daughter decided to treat the store like her personal exploration zone. She touched everything in sight and asked more questions than a game show host. And guess what? They answered every single one with the patience of saints. The store is spotless, well-labeled, and organized in a way that even my husband, who usually can't find the TV remote, was navigating like a pro. And let's not forget the AC--it's so nice and cool that I almost considered bringing a blanket and setting up camp next time So if you want to see your husband in his version of paradise, take him here. Let's start with saying, I wish I could give this store 6 stars. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and within 10 steps I was asked if they could help me build something. Right then I knew I was at the right place. Although I wasn't there for a complete build, Enrique (Rick) did help me find the right parts for the right price. It looks like I'll be replacing my full underbelly skid plates and my drive shafts soon. Even though this isn't my closest store, I will still drive somewhere I know I will be treated right. These clowns charge you a surprise "Shop Towel - cleaning fee" of $12.40 on all invoices. By far the worst junk fee I've ever seen in the history of junk fees up there with a "Resort fee". This is completely incorrect - I absolutely gave him the right information. In fact he showed me the screen during the initial transaction it showed 2022 as the model year. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. My Mazda developed a loud rattling and knocking noise underneath and no one could figure out why. I went to eight different shops. Each one gave me a different guess: heat shields, engine mounts, catalytic converter, "play in the differential," you name it. Nothing made sense, and the noise was so annoying at red lights and/or with foot on the brake . Finally, one honest shop (Thanh Auto in Garden Grove) spotted the real culprit: a big clean crack in the aluminum mounting bracket attached to the differential housing. Every mechanic I spoke with afterward told me the same thing: "Only solution is to drop the entire differential and replace it." Translation: very expensive. Thanh's expert ( Keith) suggested welding the crack, but every welding shop I contacted said the same thing -- "No space. We'd have to remove the differential before welding. Almost as costly as replacing the whole diff." Then I found Jose at OC Fabrication on Yelp. Within minutes of sending him a photo, he replied ...fast, professional, and confident. He said it might be doable without removing the diff, but he needed to inspect in person. He even gave me two honest estimates: a higher price if the diff needed to come out, and a much lower one if he could reach it in place. He squeezed me in after hours the very next day. He and his welder Lorenzo crawled under the car, inspected the crack, and confirmed they could do it without removing anything. They carefully jacked the differential to realign the broken ear, cleaned the aluminum, welded it beautifully, and then reinforced it with additional metal. All in under 90 minutes. When we test drove the car afterward -- night and day. Smooth. Quiet. Solid. The rattling and knocking that haunted me for a weeek? Gone. Jose told me straight: most shops wouldn't even attempt this kind of repair. But he and Lorenzo took it on with skill, confidence, pride in their craft, and real customer care. They solved a problem that eight other shops shrugged at. I can't recommend these guys enough. Professional, talented, honest, and genuinely passionate about their work. Bravo, Jose and Lorenzo. I ordered parts more than 2 months ago. They immediately charged my account and sent an automatic confirmation email. All good so far. Then silence. A month ago I opened a customer service request through the online portal stating I wanted an update or a refund. Once again, automated response (we will contact you soon) followed by silence. Today I got an automated response that my order is being shipped. Very poor experience, I will not use them again. If 4WP reads this, let the shame of being an awful business guide you toward normal customer service. Every other business manages, no excuse for you. Went on their website to see if they would match a price for an air compressor from Summit Racing. They said yes and to call the Santa Ana store. I talk to a salesman and he said they needed a $175.00 deposit and I could pick the item up the next day after 10:00am. I gave him my credit card information and he followed up with a email to me with the Summit Racing price included in the email. Actually had a salesman complain about losing his sale because another salesman helped me out . I guess they feel your time is theirs to waste because they expect you to stand around until they feel like talking to you . This left my driveway stained and reeking of gear oil--with professional cleaning estimates ranging from $400 to $600--and I spent the entire weekend in anxiety, questioning whether my truck was even safe to drive, and eventually having to return it on Monday, which disrupted my business. During this process, I was communicating with my assigned service advisor, but responses were often delayed, unclear, or evasive; messages went unanswered, questions were redirected, and clear answers were difficult to obtain. When I brought the truck back, it was described as "just a loose axle" and claimed fixed, yet no documentation was provided proving that the differential or internal gears were inspected after I had driven it for an hour while leaking. Their claim that "there is no problem" or "everything is fine" is something no reasonable person could trust. With re-gear work, any mistake or improper setup often only becomes apparent after several thousand miles of driving. This is why a formal guarantee is not just a request, but a necessity. When I requested a formal written warranty, they only gave me a $0 invoice with no actual warranty terms or duration. For days, I calmly requested two very reasonable things: a formal written warranty and a fair resolution for the driveway damage. I never demanded compensation for emotional distress or lost business time; I simply asked for accountability. After experiencing this, I looked through other reviews and realized that my experience was not an isolated incident. I strongly urge everyone to READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS FIRST before coming here. You will see a chilling and habitual pattern: dodging responsibility, being 'afraid of standing behind their work,' and sneakily adding extra charges--then claiming they are unavoidable.
