I ordered a bumper on January 25 after verifying at the parts counter that they had it in stock and it would be delivered the following day or two days later at most as it had to be transferred from the Ontario store/warehouse. My bumper never arrived. I was then told that they had another bumper in their Compton store according to the inventory system and that they could transfer it over. That never happened because the bumper in the Compton store had been cut up and bolted to the wall... Took three days to figure out..... nobody in the Compton store answered the phone even after 10+ phone calls. Despite checking in with the store on a regular basis I was told it is no more than a week away and that my bumper would be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Long story short it took nearly 2 months instead of the 2-3 days to have a bumper drop shipped from the manufacturer. Could've ordered it on eBay and had it in three days for the same price, Drop shipped directly from the manufacturer without the runaround. All the guys I dealt with at the counter we're nice, however, the organization as a whole is terrible and I will never order from four-wheel parts again. Better prices online and better service, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Four wheel parts will never get another dime from me.

I give one star because your able to get brand name parts you need.. This 4 wheel part service is so poor.. First they set me up for my tires and rims install I paid a head this is all good but day of install the bug me to be their a 9am. Let me mention no one was here when drop vehicle off, again for just rims n tires install it is 4:30pm barely start working on my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle ask for a price to remove front spoiler they said they call me with price never got a call back. I called 4 times each time being put on hold 40 mins each time. If I would of known how poor service was here wouldn't of came.. don't recommend this place unless you want to be there at their will. Brian crazy how much more your customer service gets poor. Do you really read your reviews or just glance? I ask because all the other reviews pretty much all say same message.. Your locations store service is horrible instead of getting smug and insulted fix it because at end of day your employer is a retail store and customer service matters. Again every one all day to put on rims and tires. P.S the guys that give good reviews work at that location.

Just Bought a GMC 2500 Denali HD diesel. Very first thing I did was take it to 4 Wheel Part's West Covina Location. Want to give a big thanks to Omar, Luis and I believe Jr who was their shop foreman for doing an excellent job. Everyone was great there, excellent customer service. Went with 5" Rough Country Lift, Vertex reservoir shocks, kryptonite, upper control arms rolling on Toyo A/T 37" tires. Trucked turned out amazing, thank you again 4 Wheel Parts W.C!

After reading negative reviews I was very skeptical about coming here for work on my new Bronco. I came in to get a quote and honestly the guys behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. I came back a few days later and placed the order for a lift, wheels and tires. The parts arrived earlier than anticipated but the store was not able to get a hold of me for approximately 5 days, honestly idk if it was my phone or their phone but eventually we touched bases and I scheduled for the parts to be installed. Dropped off the Bronco and was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Showed up a few minutes early at the store and the Bronco was ready as they said. I have no complaints, the service was great, the car looks awesome. I will be coming back for more upgrades.

I had a great experience with the entire team there in Covina. I ordered a new ARB front end, lights and sliders for my Bronco and there were delays that were out of the shops control. They kept me updated every step of the way so there were no surprises. Even stayed late on a Friday evening to finish the installation. Not an easy project and I appreciate them sticking with it. These guys def take pride in their work. Final product was A-1.

Ordered a set of gears and paid for express shipping which they didn't send express. They told me I would get my money back from the shipping which I never got. When the gears came in the box was damaged. When opening the box the gears had already been taken out of all the protective packaging, the gears were chipped and we're not the right gears for my truck. When returning all they had were excuses to why it was like that. The manager was no help didn't seem to care that they were selling used product as new product was not helpful in the return.

I've been a customer of 4 wheel parts for many many years. Used them, off road warehouse, and many other brick and mortar stores. I noticed they're under new management and it shows. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Brian was the gentleman that helped me out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was in a tough situation with a dealership that put oversize tires on my truck, causing it to rub but at the same time gave my truck the illusion of being lifted 4 x 4. Two years of a nightmare with litigations and asking them and pleading them to fix my truck to no avail well, I eventually won a settlement and they gave me money to lift my truck professionally BRIAN thank you so much. So so bummed. On our way for New Years and Drove 20 minutes out of our way because I was told that they did in fact have SUV snow chains when we arrived they had none! Hah, blown away by they said they sold their last ones HOURS ago. I wish I got the guy who was on the phone with me who told me he was far too busy and suggested I come as they DO have SUV snow chains. They need to be more mindful and have another person to answer calls if their short on staff! Reviews matter online and I'm bummed to give this feedback. read more

Unprofessional, rude and incompetent! Purchased with installation 4 bilstein 5100 shocks, and steering stabilizer for a Ford F-250 with 2 1/2" leveling kit. - They Did not remove factory shock 2 1/2" extension brackets , when I purchased upgraded bilstein 5100 shock for 2 1/2 leavening kit. The Counter person advised Bilstein factory suggests 2 1/2 extension brackets for their 2 1/2 extended shock. I called the manufacture and it's Completely false! It was Just laziness to save unscrewing 2 additional bolts and adjusting the shock correctly. But I was charged full labor for their laziness. -There were greasy hand prints left on my new trucks white paint from the install . - They Forgot to install the steering stabilizer upgrade that I ordered and was listed on the invoice they wanted me to pay. - I was given new appointment to bring truck back for steering stabilizer install. Upon return 3 days later on the day and time instructed, I was advised I don't have an appointment, And they don't have time for the 15 min install. It's sad that service like this exists. And they were rude as if I was bothering them because they did not complete the work correctly. read more

My truck was hit and damaged by another customer on 8/2/2022 while it was under 4WP's care. I had dropped it off for new Bilstein shocks. I had issues getting information from the customer who caused the damage (he only left a phone number). After contacting the manager, Brian, on 8/6/2022 to help me obtaining security video footage of the event (just needed the license plate), I was assured a follow-up call. That never occurred. They lost a lifelong customer. Avoid this place. read more

Went to 4 Wheel Parts to day because my AMP steps were not working. The sales guy went out to my Jeep to see if he could find the issue. After trying a few things they still did not work. The other gentleman in the shop, (I wish I got his name) had the mechanic come out to the Jeep to troubleshoot the issue. Within a few minutes he was able to find the issue and fix it in the parking lot without even charging. Great customer service. This is my go to place whenever I want different mods that I can't do myself. read more

Horrible place. I spent lots of money for tires and wheels and got horrific service. I asked to keep my old wheels and they said they put them in the the back of the truck. THEY DID NOT!!! I bought the spare tire and they said truck was ready to go... no spare tire at all!!! They said they called me and I have absolutely no missed call. The guy told me he must have hit the wrong number accidentally. They totally lied. If I believed them without checking the truck they would have never called me. Very irresponsible and not professional at all. Shame on them. I will never go back here again. Believe all the ratings ( I did not). 1st time review. read more

The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

This place is awesome!!! If you have a truck or especially a Jeep,then this is the place to go! I have been to SEVERAL offroad shops and places that claim to be the "best", but this is the real deal. Just walking in the front door, blown away with top of the line set ups. Most places have a selection of rims to check out, but this place has them all down the wall, and quite a few even mounted on tires so you can see what a rim looks like with some nice tire tread on them. This place even has bumpers mounted on the wall. Like FULL ON WINCH bumpers!! Who does that??? Seriously though great place to check out parts for your rig. If you are in the market for some LED lights, this place has you covered, they even have a whole wall with lights hooked up and buttons you can push to see the light pattern on a drop down screen from the ceiling....talk about sick!! You just dont find that at any of the other grease shops you go to. I say grease shops because this place is clean!! Great displays and stuff to touch and see, and a super friendly staff. They always answer my questions. I've been in the off-roading scene for many years now. I've seen a lot of companies come and go; but the guys over at 4 Wheel Parts in West Covina definitely go above and beyond. I came into the store looking to do some modifications to my truck and the minute I stepped foot in the building the entire staff greeted me and made me feel very welcome. I knew they were busy because each guy behind the counter had someone they were working with. Though they still went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I took a moment to glance around and one of the guys on the counter freed up and asked if I needed help. Within in minutes Chris knew exactly what I wanted to do and gave me the advice I needed to take my truck from mild to wild. Himself and the 2 other salesmen on the counter; Joe and Scott, even recommended going to the Truck and Jeep Fest tomorrow 6-14-15 to save me some money; and that's what I'm going to do. The honesty and forthcoming nature of this staff will keep me coming back to this location. If I could give them 10 stars I would; the staff here is excellent and very friendly! A two-fer: Good on the folks at Glendora Chevrolet for recommending this store for purchase and installation of a RollBAK Tonneau cover on my Chevy. Good on Glendora for a strong recommendation. The product price was right; the over-the-phone purchase quick, installation smartly done by appointment in good time. Large selection of "Off Road stuff" but not very good customer service. Had several questions but the bunch of guys at the counter didn't provide much assistance. It maybe lack of product knowledge. read more
