Our GE Profile above range microwave had been giving us troubles the last few months. The door, the fan and no heat were some of our problems. We wanted to keep it working since it matched the rest of our kitchen appliances. Farhad Reshad did his best to revive it, he spent over an hour troubleshooting it. We hired 4Wires to repair our microwave a week before Thanksgiving. The owner came out same day we contacted him and returned a few days later with the needed parts so we had a functional microwave and vent fan in time for Thanksgiving. The price was very fair and the diagnostic was free with the repair opposed to Sears that wanted over $200 JUST to diagnose plus labor and parts, at which point it would've been cheaper to buy and install new microwave. The technician was also the owner and very friendly, responsive and got the job done quickly and just in time for the holiday. Farhad came to evaluate my refrigerator. He's very knowledgeable and instantly knew what was wrong. He attempted to install a part he already had with him but it didn't work so he reinstalled the existing one. He was clear about the cost to repair it. For now the frig seems to be working fine so I have a little time to shop around. Farhad is very honest and although he was willing to repair it, he recommended that I'm probably better off replacing it. What a great experience! Our washer died Sunday evening and even with a home warranty it was estimated to take over a week just to have it looked at. 4wires was a huge help over the weekend. Due to a worn power line going to our house half of the breaker was over powered. In an attempt to change a dimmer in the house I shorted out a LOT of stuff, including our fridge and dishwasher. Farhad was able to come over within an hour on a Sunday which is reason alone to give 5 stars. Prices were kind of expensive but that's what you get when you need emergency services. The motherboard in the dishwasher had exploded and Farhad was able to fix it same day with some souldering. Fridge was okay but needed the power outlet repaired which Farhad fixed with relative ease.
