I like their food and it's cheap. the only problem i have is when i order a pizza i asked for NO red sauce because i hate hate hateeee red sauce and i ask for them to put garlic oil on it and if they dont have garlic oil just use olive oil. i avoid ordering pizza cuz i hate that i have to tell them how to cook it.. it's not hard. stretch out the dough. sprinkle olive oil on it as the base (instead of red sauce) and then sprinkle garlic powder on it (if they dont have it i said it's fine cuz i have some), then put the cheese and whatever toppings. and cook it.; not hard..... -_- read more

This place has pretty good food my boyfriend orders a buffalo chicken wrap from here at least once a week. The people taking orders are not very great and they will most likely mess up your order 1/3 of the time. Also the delivery is not very fast count on at least an hour even if you live 5 mins away. read more

We have ordered from 5 Herb before, but this is the last time. Was told 45 min for delivery. After an hour and 10 min I called. Was told, sorry short drivers. I said, you should have called to let me know. He said, I should have called? Wht, your food will be hot in there in a couple min. The driver showed up, didn't take it out on him but told him I would be calling tomorrow to talk to the owner or manager. He said, please call. Best place in my area so far! I have ordered 3 times from them . I haven't tried the pizza yet ,which is gonna really be the test because i also work at a restaurant cooking pizza and appetizers and sandwiches .But so far the buffalo tenders ,wedges,fish and chips ,cheese fries ,steak and cheese and spinach pies are great . My boyfriend and I come here all the time for their BBQ chicken pizza and their clam strip dinner basket. The food is absolutely delicious and we come very often. We don't have any complaints and have even shared jokes with the staff. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot! read more

We have been ordering from here every now and then since they have opened and have never been disappointed. The best french fries hands down! I love getting the Italian sub and hubby loves the meatball sub. The pizza is always oozing with cheese just the way we like it and the crust is always perfect! I have to say everything we order from the menu never disappoints us. The service is excellent, the restaurant is always nice and clean and the prices are very reasonable. Honestly, I think you could do better at almost any other pizza place in the surrounding area. The best comparison would be a supermarket frozen pizza with the bland crust and cheap, plastic-like cheese. Honestly, just choose somewhere else. Even Domino's may be a better option. read more

I've ordered from 5 herb a few times. About 5 minutes ago I got a pizza, not the one I ordered, a half hour after grub hub projected delivery. I waited 1 Hour and 45 minutes for the wrong pizza. I called and asked to speak with the manager and told him what happened he started talking over me was very rude and offered no solution. Yeck! Never again will I order before reading reviews! Pizza was as mundane, dough-y and undercooked as others say. Fried clams - were there even any clams in the undercooked too-dough-y coating? The cole slaw swam in a mayo sauce - had to rinse it off and was left with maybe an actual bite of actual slaw. Garlic bread - where is the garlic? - also undercooked, seems microwaved. 5-Herb has been very good to my fiancé and me. They are extremely pleasant to deal with on the phone, in person and even when they make a mistake they have made sure to make it right. So many pizza places around here just don't offer great service with consistently good food. They have an above average Greek Salad and I really enjoy their pizza. It's much, much better than chain restaurant pizza. Even their generic mozzarella sticks are somehow much better in taste than others I've tried. We usually get a simple olive pizza and I enjoy it so much. Such good, thick pizza with a great crust. They do a really great job of creating nice ratios of sauce to cheese to bread. I enjoy their hot wings and I can get just 5 of them for under $4. I always get a great value from every order I've had with them. I order through EAT24 (which they use very well) and usually have a nice little promo code so it makes the price even better' Oh, and the spinach pie was very nice as well for when you are in the mood for it. First and last time! That's for sure! The cheese from the pizza was stuck to the top of the box, half cooked dough, tasted like it was a bunch of leftovers thrown together. Chicken tenders were a soggy mess. Surprised they didn't some how mess up the bottle of pepsi.... If Dominos is the McDonalds of pizza this is the New York System of pizza... Worse staff ever! So my wife goes I'm there and orders a 1 topping pizza and cheese fries (carry-out). They tell her 15 minutes so she goes back in the car and waits at least 20 minutes to go back inside to get the order. So they tell her it's not ready (they started arguing, sounds like so and so always forgets to put the orders in) and we wait at least another 30+ minutes to get our order. Meanwhile staff is arguing with each other (in their language at this point, which is fine) so I couldn't tell you what they were arguing about. Phone is ringing like crazy with no one answering (more arguing). There's at least three other guys who appear to not even work there just walking in and out of the kitchen (very unprofessional)......now for the food....so we get home open the pizza (we say wow it looks great! Nice and cheesy with the right amount of sauce).... Big let down, as the dough tasted like it was definitely undercooked, the cheesy fries didn't impress either. NEVER EVER WOULD I GO BACK THERE OR ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!!! Not liking the food is one thing, it could have been an off day which I would give another shot if it doesn't get you sick but terrible service is just never acceptable. read more

This place is so close to home that they can probably hear me type. We wanted to love this place, but their customer service is horrible. They have CHILDREN under 16 who run the register, which is illegal. The 1st time, my husband was told it would be 5-10 minutes, and he sat there for an additional 25 minutes at a nasty, unwiped table. We decided to give it a 2nd try tonight, and after being told once again "5-10 minutes" he arrived 10 minutes later, paid for his order, only to find that they had not even STARTED making it! The owners were too busy yelling at all of their employees about their schedules to even consider that there are customers watching this all unfold. I am a manager in a customer service based industry and you simply should not berate your employees at all, let alone in front of customers. After waiting almost a half an hour, my husband asked to get his money back and suddenly the food was ready. We won't be giving them a 3rd try. Catanzaro's has better pizza anyway. read more
