Fun Ralph Lauren inspired Polo bear coffee shop that takes you back into time. Nice selection of pastries and espresso based drinks. Chill out in their cafe or shop the Polo store. Great for fans of the Ralph Lauren brand plus lots of cute polo bears!

Of course I have to visit a coffee shop that is all over social media! The inside of this coffee shop gave everything Ralph Lauren the design. The aesthetics were absolutely perfect. The young lady who took my order had a smile which always goes a long way for me. If you like coffee, you will like their bean . If you are not a coffee fan and you really like super sweet coffee, this may not be the place for you.

Finally made it to Ralph's Coffee, and it definitely lived up to the anticipation. We arrived just in time, right before a long line started to form, which made the experience even better. We ordered two iced vanilla lattes topped with brown sugar cold foam. The balance of sweetness from the foam paired perfectly with the smooth espresso, refreshing and not overly sugary. The baristas were friendly, efficient, and professional, which kept everything running seamlessly even as it got busier. The space itself is aesthetically pleasing, classic, and effortlessly chic with the rest of the store filled with RL clothing. Overall, a nice coffee experience that combines quality drinks with a polished atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

I love this place! A darling cafe inside Ralph Lauren. A menu full of delicious coffees, teas, and pastries. I was taking a morning walk from my hotel, and just happened upon this place. I asked what was the best on the menu given it was my birthday, and was recommended by Trinity to try the Oat Milk Draft Latte and add maple. WOW! Simply divine! Outstanding! My coffee was creamy, and slightly sweet. Perfection in a cup. In addition to the delicious coffee, the pastries are also very well made. My plain toasted croissant with a side of honey was flakey and buttery. Also a divine representation. While chatting with the employees, I learned that there are several Ralph's around the nation. Good to know, since I fell in love with my order. I will be seeking those out... I ended up coming here four days in a row. I did not encounter a line with the exception of my last day. That was a wait of about 20 minutes. There are several tables inside, but when there's a line/crowded you would have to take your order to go. There is a 45 minute time limit on the tables, however. Thank you Trinity for your recommendation! When I'm back in Chicago, I'll definitely stop by.

Ralph's is a cute shop, just incredibly overpriced. My latte was over $10, while it was good, no coffee is worth $10 in my opinion! Service was nothing spectacular, and there are not very many tables.

This place is all about the ambiance. It is so cute inside. The line was pretty long but luckily on a Sunday morning was able to get seating. The cardamom bun was surprisingly good and the coffee was good but is more about the aesthetic than the drinks.

We're in Chicago for a campus tour at Loyola, taking in that classic 20‑degree, sunny Chicago weather that somehow feels both brutal and beautiful at the same time. After the tour, we wanted a place to warm up and relax before heading to dinner, and that's when we came across Ralph's Coffee, tucked right at the entrance of the four‑story Ralph Lauren flagship store. The moment you step inside, the space reflects exactly what you'd expect from Ralph Lauren: polished, elegant, and full of that signature upscale charm. It's a small café area, and because the store was pretty busy, the line was long at first. We decided to browse the store while waiting, and by the time we came back down, the line had thinned out enough to give it a try. The barista was genuinely kind and attentive. My son ordered a matcha latte, and she immediately let us know that their matcha isn't sweetened, something I really appreciated, so she offered sugar on the side. Drinks are made to order, similar to Starbucks, but the menu itself is fairly limited. Not a huge variety of drinks, and the food selection is minimal as well. Our drinks came out quickly. I ordered a chai latte, and while it was fine, I'd say Starbucks still does it much better in terms of flavor and balance. My son enjoyed his matcha, but overall the offerings felt more about the brand experience than the beverages themselves. In the end, it was a pleasant stop, beautiful atmosphere, friendly service, and a fun little break in the middle of our day. But in terms of coffee alone, we'd probably explore other cafés in Chicago before coming back here.

Yes, a tourist attraction - but a good one! There is always a short line. But the coffee comes out fast. Seating is very limited so if you want to sit down have a friend go sit while you order! The interior is cute, very on brand with the signature white and green. Good for photos! I had the vanilla latte with oatmilk - $9.

Saw on TikTok and had to go! Downtown area right next to the Ralph Lauren store. Cute coffee shop. There was a wait when we went but it went by pretty quickly. Super cute! We tried the matcha lemonade and then the iced chai latte! 5/5!

Ralph's is a cool concept as a coffee store in front of the retail right off of Michigan this location is cool. It adds a more boutique consumer experience as you can order some coffee and then browse the aisles for new styles. I ordered a specialty latte and my wife ordered the matcha which she felt was pretty milk heavy (we just came back from Japan) and a chocolate pastry. My coffee was pretty good nothing out of this world for the price point but just solid. They did provide relatively fast service which was nice. I do think they could expand options a little as well.

I really enjoyed our visit to Ralph's. I've seen it all over insta, and since we were in town, I took full advantage of a visit. We went mid November and they already decorated for Christmas which was really nice. We went on a Saturday morning and the line (shockingly) wasn't out the door. It moved quickly, and after a 5 minute wait it was our turn to order. I ordered a latte and my boyfriend ordered a seasonal gingerbread latte. The gingerbread latte came witha cinnamon gingerbread man on it which was really cute. Mine was traditional latte art which looked really nice. We sat and sipped for a bit, but the space is so small we wanted to free up space for others and left after a couple of minutes. It's for sure worth checking out, just don't plan on staying there if it's busy!

Maple latte was good. I heard the pastries are good but can't confirm. Good spot if you're in the area but not sure I'd go out of my way to return

What you would expect from an overpriced tourist trap. Drinks were decent, but the croissants were still half cold after being heated up. Aesthetics were nice but isn't worth the price or waiting in the line for in my opinion.

They were very friendly and talkative. Def it made it more pleasant. This is also were I believe they have their coffee bean demos. The second floor had a cafe and express pizza - food to go order no alcohol. I ordered their ube iced latte with coconut milk was excellent and the cup was unexpected and cute souvenir. They did not have the affogato though it was listed in their paper menu. It's a little confusing to order. Also tried their whiskey barrel donut. This was a bit too sweet for me but not bad. Their 3rd and 4th floor I wish I would have seen before ordering on second floor. There they have flights, I would have liked to try their flights specifically their martini one. I'm only here for a short time of time allows May come back for that's Their 5th floor seems to be their most popular but they didn't have any openings aside being midweek to try. I have other family members gift a meal or two for me which was eggplant parmesean and I have to say that it was pretty tasty. The portion size i think is generous as well though it did make me really sleepy and nearly almost put me in a coma Nonetheless, it was pretty delicious. They have a wide variety of other goods to choose from as well downstairs. When you take the escalator or elevator to the upper floors, there are dry goods such as breads, tomato sauces, cheeses, bread, and much much more. The wine wall was pretty spectacular as well amd they divided the wines by region. The other part of the store has a stand alone restaurant towards the back which was packed. They also had these stations woth an open concept kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking as well as the bartenders preparing drinks. That was fun to witness as I walked by. It was very hustle bustle and they had one lounge style sit down eatery with waiters and another casual restaurant in the back with waiters. I highly recommend it if you have not gone.
