Finally made it to Ralph's Coffee, and it definitely lived up to the anticipation. We arrived just in time, right before a long line started to form, which made the experience even better. We ordered two iced vanilla lattes topped with brown sugar cold foam. The balance of sweetness from the foam paired perfectly with the smooth espresso, refreshing and not overly sugary. The baristas were friendly, efficient, and professional, which kept everything running seamlessly even as it got busier. I love this place! A darling cafe inside Ralph Lauren. A menu full of delicious coffees, teas, and pastries. I was taking a morning walk from my hotel, and just happened upon this place. I asked what was the best on the menu given it was my birthday, and was recommended by Trinity to try the Oat Milk Draft Latte and add maple. WOW! Simply divine! Outstanding! My coffee was creamy, and slightly sweet. Perfection in a cup. In addition to the delicious coffee, the pastries are also very well made. My plain toasted croissant with a side of honey was flakey and buttery. Also a divine representation. While chatting with the employees, I learned that there are several Ralph's around the nation. Good to know, since I fell in love with my order. I will be seeking those out... I ended up coming here four days in a row. I did not encounter a line with the exception of my last day. That was a wait of about 20 minutes. There are several tables inside, but when there's a line/crowded you would have to take your order to go. There is a 45 minute time limit on the tables, however. After the tour, we wanted a place to warm up and relax before heading to dinner, and that's when we came across Ralph's Coffee, tucked right at the entrance of the four‑story Ralph Lauren flagship store. The moment you step inside, the space reflects exactly what you'd expect from Ralph Lauren: polished, elegant, and full of that signature upscale charm. It's a small café area, and because the store was pretty busy, the line was long at first. We decided to browse the store while waiting, and by the time we came back down, the line had thinned out enough to give it a try. The barista was genuinely kind and attentive. My son ordered a matcha latte, and she immediately let us know that their matcha isn't sweetened, something I really appreciated, so she offered sugar on the side. Drinks are made to order, similar to Starbucks, but the menu itself is fairly limited. Not a huge variety of drinks, and the food selection is minimal as well. Our drinks came out quickly. I ordered a chai latte, and while it was fine, I'd say Starbucks still does it much better in terms of flavor and balance. My son enjoyed his matcha, but overall the offerings felt more about the brand experience than the beverages themselves. In the end, it was a pleasant stop, beautiful atmosphere, friendly service, and a fun little break in the middle of our day. Ralph's is a cool concept as a coffee store in front of the retail right off of Michigan this location is cool. It adds a more boutique consumer experience as you can order some coffee and then browse the aisles for new styles. I ordered a specialty latte and my wife ordered the matcha which she felt was pretty milk heavy (we just came back from Japan) and a chocolate pastry. My coffee was pretty good nothing out of this world for the price point but just solid. They did provide relatively fast service which was nice. I really enjoyed our visit to Ralph's. I've seen it all over insta, and since we were in town, I took full advantage of a visit. We went mid November and they already decorated for Christmas which was really nice. We went on a Saturday morning and the line (shockingly) wasn't out the door. It moved quickly, and after a 5 minute wait it was our turn to order. I ordered a latte and my boyfriend ordered a seasonal gingerbread latte. The gingerbread latte came witha cinnamon gingerbread man on it which was really cute. Mine was traditional latte art which looked really nice. We sat and sipped for a bit, but the space is so small we wanted to free up space for others and left after a couple of minutes. It was rather cold outside so we wanted to warm up with some hot chocolate (avoiding caffeine in the afternoon to preserve my night slumber). Was the perfect choice for this cold winter day. I was recommended to visit Ralph's Coffee. When I arrived there was a line starting to form. I got in line and waited maybe 15 minutes. Coffee shop is located inside the Ralph Lauren's store. Grab yourself some coffee or latte and headed over to the other side for some retail therapy. Ralph's menu consists of a variety of cappuccinos, hot chocolate, lattes, lemonade,tasty pastries and croissants. There is merchandise and chocolate candy bars that are available to purchase. The atmosphere is cozy and the decor is really nice. This coffee shop reminds me of an upscale old school coffee shop. I loved the green and white colors. The service was quick despite the long line that was forming outside the door. I was able to get a table and enjoy the vibes. While sipping on my latte and eating my croissant. Ralph's Coffee's selection of coffee is narrow so this is not the place to seek out a bold, original drink special, but they do an excellent job with the classic coffee beverages. I typically have come to the location when there is no line. There are times when there are significant lines, so unless you are only in town for a short amount of time, I would try and avoid high volume times given the long waits for the menu that typically minimally changes throughout the year. I have passed by this place so many times but never tried it. They only have locations in Chicago and New York. They have a very small simple menu- while most people highlight getting the coffee. It took me about 20 minutes to get towards the front. The decor is all green/white- they sell branded items towards the front. Its a really cute tiny space with seating, but not enough. All of the tables were in use so we weren't sure after ordering if we would get one, but we did. It was a tight fit, right up front and people were constantly standing by us waiting for drinks. We got a peppermint hot chocolate with a shot of espresso, iced vanilla latte with extra syrup and a ham/cheese crossiant. Everything was good- but was it worth all of that? Probably not. Id say the coffee is like having Starbucks on a good day. The pastry I do think was above average- I just wish it would have been heated up longer. The storefront and decor is insanely adorable. It makes you feel transported to an old timey type of shop. The staff here was so kind and you can tell that they love working with each other. This is the CUTEST and most picturesque coffee shop. I would say that it's quite touristy since it's off the Mag Mile, but we didn't have a problem finding a spot to sit. I would also say it's a little overpriced, but again to be expected on the Mag Mile. It's also a pretty limited menu. Mostly drinks and a select few pastries. They also didn't have any zero-sugar sweetener outside of add-yourself Splenda packets which was a little troublesome as a Diabetic but not a huge deal. Staff was very patient and efficient and did offer some insight about the in-house sweeteners, but unfortunately I couldn't have them even if I wanted to lol. We stopped by Ralph Lauren's coffee shop with some friends, and while the concept is definitely cool (a designer brand with its own café) it didn't quite live up to the hype. The space itself is tiny, which makes it tough to enjoy your drink on-site. Given that it attracts not only locals but a large number of tourists, the limited seating and crowded vibe make it more stressful than relaxing. It felt more like a chaotic pickup spot than a coffee break destination. As for the drinks, we tried a little bit of everything: an Americano, cold brew, hot chai, and hot chocolate. All of them were just... average. Nothing stood out, especially in a city like Chicago where you can find some truly excellent coffee, chai, and chocolate options. The drink sizes were fine, but the flavors didn't impress. I will say, they do have some cute branded goodies and a charming tea set that make for nice gift ideas or photo ops. Ralph's was cute! I came here after having lunch RL with some friends. I've seen so much hype about Ralph's online, that I was excited to actually give it a try. I was surprised to see how small it is inside! It sits right in front of the store, which is brilliant marketing. It's super cute and cozy, which was perfect on a cold winter day. I got one of the special lattes - I think it was caramel sea salt (I can't seem to find it anywhere online) and it was okay, the taste was just a little off.
