Great coffee!! Stopped by here on my trip to Chicago and was pleasantly surprised! Of all the coffee we tried in Chicago...this was my favorite. I got the honey foam iced cold brew and WOW! It was so yummy. The honey brought out the sweetness of the coffee, and who doesn't love a foam with their cold brew?! While getting the actual coffee once we ordered didn't take long, it did take a while to actually order. In total, it took us 30 min (getting in line to receiving our coffees). But we were there on a Sunday so there will be a weekend crowd, and I think the brand will draw a crowd too. The shop itself is really cute and actually connected to the Ralph lauren shop. So after having your coffee you can go and walk around and check out the clothes. The trinkets in the shop were EXPENSIVE. $120 tote bag?! So we did not get any trinkets but it was fun to look around, and it's a really cute shop. Surprisingly the coffee was not insanely expensive. SO CUTE! I had this on my list for a quick weekend trip and when we walked right past it, it was meant to be! The line was out the door and we knew it was a good sign. Their menu is pretty big and the staff were super sweet. There is limited seating inside the Ralph Lauren store but we were able to find a table as people were leaving. I tried their special honey caramel oat milk latte and my friend got the oat milk latte and both yum! Not super sweet but kind of a lot of milk. We also shared an affogato which was also delicious and aesthetic. All the merch, decor, and treats leading up to the counter are all beautiful and tempting. Ralph's Coffee is nestled into the first floor of Ralph Lauren in Chicago. This is a busy spot on the weekends so expect a but of a wait. While the line was a little long, staff moves through orders quickly. Their menu is very straightforward with coffee and tea drinks, pastries, and a couple of other non-caffeinated drink options. I wanted to order a latte which they only offer vanilla or chocolate flavors for outside of the seasonal special. When I visited, they had a Salted Honey Cold Foam Latte. They were able to make this flavor hot for me and just removed the cold foam. I really enjoyed the flavor and all drinks came with milk art. My husband got the Chai Latte which was made from a concentrate and tasted okay. They have a ton of branded merch on display that you can browse or purchase. The inside truly felt like a cute cafe. I'll be honest, I had very low expectations for the coffee, I only wanted to go because I love the clothing brand but this was amazing coffee! The coffee was strong but still tasty and came out quick. I would recommend not staying to drink because it is a small shop attached to the clothing store so it fills up quickly. If I lived closer I'd become a regular here. The prices aren't bad either, the croissant is $6 and it is a huge croissant so you'll get your money's worth. I love this place! A darling cafe inside Ralph Lauren. A menu full of delicious coffees, teas, and pastries. I was taking a morning walk from my hotel, and just happened upon this place. I asked what was the best on the menu given it was my birthday, and was recommended by Trinity to try the Oat Milk Draft Latte and add maple. WOW! Simply divine! Outstanding! My coffee was creamy, and slightly sweet. Perfection in a cup. In addition to the delicious coffee, the pastries are also very well made. My plain toasted croissant with a side of honey was flakey and buttery. Also a divine representation. While chatting with the employees, I learned that there are several Ralph's around the nation. Good to know, since I fell in love with my order. I will be seeking those out... I ended up coming here four days in a row. I did not encounter a line with the exception of my last day. That was a wait of about 20 minutes. There are several tables inside, but when there's a line/crowded you would have to take your order to go. There is a 45 minute time limit on the tables, however. I recently visited the Ralph Lauren Coffee Shop and tried their Cortado--it was absolutely delicious. The coffee was perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. The service was excellent as well. The server who helped me was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I was hoping to try some of their pastries, but unfortunately, by around 6 PM everything was sold out. On the bright side, I guess that says a lot about how good they must be! Finally made it to Ralph's Coffee, and it definitely lived up to the anticipation. We arrived just in time, right before a long line started to form, which made the experience even better. We ordered two iced vanilla lattes topped with brown sugar cold foam. The balance of sweetness from the foam paired perfectly with the smooth espresso, refreshing and not overly sugary. The baristas were friendly, efficient, and professional, which kept everything running seamlessly even as it got busier. We're in Chicago for a campus tour at Loyola, taking in that classic 20‑degree, sunny Chicago weather that somehow feels both brutal and beautiful at the same time. After the tour, we wanted a place to warm up and relax before heading to dinner, and that's when we came across Ralph's Coffee, tucked right at the entrance of the four‑story Ralph Lauren flagship store. The moment you step inside, the space reflects exactly what you'd expect from Ralph Lauren: polished, elegant, and full of that signature upscale charm. It's a small café area, and because the store was pretty busy, the line was long at first. We decided to browse the store while waiting, and by the time we came back down, the line had thinned out enough to give it a try. The barista was genuinely kind and attentive. My son ordered a matcha latte, and she immediately let us know that their matcha isn't sweetened, something I really appreciated, so she offered sugar on the side. Drinks are made to order, similar to Starbucks, but the menu itself is fairly limited. Not a huge variety of drinks, and the food selection is minimal as well. Our drinks came out quickly. I ordered a chai latte, and while it was fine, I'd say Starbucks still does it much better in terms of flavor and balance. My son enjoyed his matcha, but overall the offerings felt more about the brand experience than the beverages themselves. In the end, it was a pleasant stop, beautiful atmosphere, friendly service, and a fun little break in the middle of our day. But in terms of coffee alone, we'd probably explore other cafés in Chicago before coming back here. read more

I really enjoyed our visit to Ralph's. I've seen it all over insta, and since we were in town, I took full advantage of a visit. We went mid November and they already decorated for Christmas which was really nice. We went on a Saturday morning and the line (shockingly) wasn't out the door. It moved quickly, and after a 5 minute wait it was our turn to order. I ordered a latte and my boyfriend ordered a seasonal gingerbread latte. The gingerbread latte came witha cinnamon gingerbread man on it which was really cute. Mine was traditional latte art which looked really nice. We sat and sipped for a bit, but the space is so small we wanted to free up space for others and left after a couple of minutes. It adds a more boutique consumer experience as you can order some coffee and then browse the aisles for new styles. I ordered a specialty latte and my wife ordered the matcha which she felt was pretty milk heavy (we just came back from Japan) and a chocolate pastry. My coffee was pretty good nothing out of this world for the price point but just solid. They did provide relatively fast service which was nice. I was recommended to visit Ralph's Coffee. When I arrived there was a line starting to form. I got in line and waited maybe 15 minutes. Coffee shop is located inside the Ralph Lauren's store. Grab yourself some coffee or latte and headed over to the other side for some retail therapy. Ralph's menu consists of a variety of cappuccinos, hot chocolate, lattes, lemonade,tasty pastries and croissants. There is merchandise and chocolate candy bars that are available to purchase. The atmosphere is cozy and the decor is really nice. This coffee shop reminds me of an upscale old school coffee shop. I loved the green and white colors. The service was quick despite the long line that was forming outside the door. I was able to get a table and enjoy the vibes. While sipping on my latte and eating my croissant. Been eyeing this cafe for many months and finally on this snowy day my furbaby and I decided to drop in. It was rather cold outside so we wanted to warm up with some hot chocolate (avoiding caffeine in the afternoon to preserve my night slumber). Was the perfect choice for this cold winter day. They also had affogato which was super tempting but because I didn't want to disrupt my sleep, I made the adult decision to pass this time. They also had soft serve espresso and a few pastries which I would like to try the next time. There were decent amount of indoor seating to warm up and enjoy your drink. I have passed by this place so many times but never tried it. They only have locations in Chicago and New York. They have a very small simple menu- while most people highlight getting the coffee. It is connected to the actual Ralph Lauren store. I was planning on going on a Saturday, so I figured it would be busy. I got there a bit after 10am (when they open) and the line was already outside! It took me about 20 minutes to get towards the front. The decor is all green/white- they sell branded items towards the front. Its a really cute tiny space with seating, but not enough. All of the tables were in use so we weren't sure after ordering if we would get one, but we did. It was a tight fit, right up front and people were constantly standing by us waiting for drinks. We got a peppermint hot chocolate with a shot of espresso, iced vanilla latte with extra syrup and a ham/cheese crossiant. Everything was good- but was it worth all of that? Probably not. Id say the coffee is like having Starbucks on a good day. The pastry I do think was above average- I just wish it would have been heated up longer. I typically have come to the location when there is no line.
