This place doesn't care about its customers or appearance. They have no loitering signs posted, but don't enforce them. I have spoken to the employees and the owner about one person in particular that they allow to sit outside their store all day. People give him money and buy him stuff, because they think he's homeless. He is not. He likes to look that way, because people give him money and buy him stuff. Unfortunately, he lives with me. Trust me, I don't want him home, but I have a conscience and have tried to get the store to listen. I'm trying to get him out of my home. I have explained to them that he is schizophrenic and is refusing to take his medication. It's safer for me not to have him in the house, but a lot of children go to this store. Plus, there are real homeless people out there that could use the money and food that people are giving to him. They just shrug their shoulders and say he seems calm enough. What part of off his medication do these people not get? There are several people trying to get him help. But, the system works slowly. I've even called corporate and they have done nothing. I tried. I'll definitely be the first one talking to the news when something happens, which it will. It's just a shame that it's going to take that to happen for something to be done. This store should care about its paying customers more. I'm a paying customer. I should say was a paying customer. The police tell me that they can't do anything unless the store calls about his loitering. read more

Dude literally gave me the wrong change and when I asked him for the correct change acts like a total jerk. Hey 711 can you at least teach your workers to understand how to give the correct change which the computer gives them. And as always customer is always wrong. 10/14/2023 2:55am I show up to get food for myself and my family, I try to open the front door and I can't, it appears there it a make shift metal wire lock to jam the 2 entry doors jammed shut, I have seen and made tried to make contact with the 7/11 clerk and he ignored me. I go to this 711 all the time because it by my apartment.... Haven't had very many issues until today..... I bought cookies there this morning.... And I go to open them right now and there's 2 1/2 cookies in the damn bag! And I'm trying to call and no one answers the phone when called. And I doubt they are going to give me my money back. And these cookies are expensive. If they try to accuse me of eating them I'm going to be so mad and I will go to corporate. They need to make this right. read more

I almost never stop in this 7-11 because it's not very convenient to my house, but I've been here 3 times recently while at different friend's houses nearby. The employees have been really nice each time. The outside could use a little cleaning up, it's often littered with trash, but that's probably not any fault of theirs, and I'm guessing that kind of comes with the neighborhood. Inside has been clean and well-stocked each time I've been in though, and that's what matters. read more

After moving to a new apartment and visiting the 7-Eleven closest to my new place a few times where the employees were rude and unwelcoming, I realized just how awesome this location is! The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they do their best to keep the beggars and whatnot away from the store. I actually now go out of my way to visit this location even though there are 3 7-Elevens closer to me. read more

The have a huge problem with their mask policy. Twice I've been there and say violations. the 1st time the cashier wasn't wearing a mask and was helping people. The 2nd time the customer in front of my at the register wasn't wearing a mask and the cashier didn't say anything and rang him up like it was no big deal. read more

The staff here are less than friendly. They don't acknowledge you and could care less if you buy anything here. They also tried to overcharge me today and I had to let the guys know but he was busy on his flipping phone. They don't even speak proper English. Get a clue get better people to work there. This 7-Eleven is a short walk from where I live, but I go to the one of Monument and Oak Grove simply because they are so much better. Same company but the management obviously makes all the difference. What comes to mind when you think of a 7-Eleven? Slurpees! I have gone a few times to this one, and multiple times they have been out of all but one size Slurpee cup, or don't have all the flavors running. And then the guys who work there literally act like they cannot see you. I acknowledge that working isn't always super jazzy fun. So I try to say (wherever I am a customer), "Good afternoon!" and smile. Literally nothing from these guys. Thank goodness there are so many nearby so I don't have to go to this one. read more

After my last visit to this particular 7 eleven I refused to give any star ratings unless there is a negative star option. In the past I've had some nice exchanges from the cashier's but, over the last year to two year there has been a change in customer service dynamics. Over time the attitudes towards customer increasingly gotten worse! Monday, March 23, 2020 a situation with a woman cashier involving my minor child went from bad to worse. The cashier was upset with my child because my child defended another (black person) and helped the person out by giving him $5 to pay for his items. Apparently the female cashier was upset with the young man for having only loose change and proceeded to yell at him and spoke to him disrespectfully calling him stupid and continued by saying this is why she doesn't like black people. My minor child explained to the female cashier that her comments were rude and disrespectful she intern replied to my child; "shut up you bloody black bitch!" When my child returned home she was so upset to the point of hysteria and tears. I immediately walk to the 7 eleven and even while being upset I maintained a level of calm. But in the end the woman showed her true colors after not wanting to admit what she said to my child and then finally confessing that is exactly what she said, she then threatened to come to my house(to do God knows what), then she called the police on me and my child. She was overly upset for me speaking up for my child. I never once threatened her as she did me nor did I yell any racial slurs as she did to my child. Once the police arrived the female cashier was so over the top and so animated with rantings that the police didn't even bother to speak with her. CPD did make sure my child and myself were okay and asked if we needed and thing and asked politely for my child and myself not to return to the store just to keep the peace. Of course after that nasty exchange I wasn't going back.I wouldn't recommend shopping in this particular 7 eleven. So if your black don't shop there, they openly admit they don't like you, AND especially if all you only have loose change! read more

Nice store with what you need. I do like the selection of slurpees they have. The store itself has a nice selection, it's bright and clean. It's a bit in a odd location though but don't let that stop you from going. read more

I live near this 7eleven and I go there often they do have a nice selection of items but as far as the customer service they are awful! They are extremely rude and greedy, for example the other Day when I went in there to get an iced coffee my bill ended up being $2.40 so I gave the man $2.50 he took it upon himself to just put my money in the register and not even give me back my change. Now normally I usually would've taken that change and put it in the little penny container that they keep at the front of the register for other patrons to use as change but when I looked at the guy he looked at me and he's like I can't open my register, so of course I just rolled my eyes and walked out of the store and got my truck and left. Now today for instance was another episode of how exceptionally awful their customer service is, this morning after dropping my son off at school I went to 7-Eleven to go get a big gulp full of Diet Coke well as I was walking from the soda stand over to the register the lid popped off and my soda then fell on the floor, I felt really really bad that it had fallen and I told The worker that I would clean it up myself as I started to pick up ice off of the floor and throw it to the garbage, The worker looked at me and said no I got it so I went to pick up my cup went back over to the soda stand refilled it and can went back over to the register it was at this moment that the manager was now doing the register so I looked at the manager and told him that I had the soda to pay for and if you wanted to we could charge me for the one that was on the floor as well.
