A five star review for a 7/11 you ask? I happened to be in the area and getting my weekly CA lottery scratchers. Came across this 7/11 and noticed it was located in a bigger location than most and no customers. I was able to park with ease and get in and out quickly. I did not feel unsafe as with some others in the "hood" and the store owner/associate was very friendly and efficient. i've been patronizing this 7-11 for 20 years. it's consistently clean, friendly, etc - probably the best one in the city. so why two stars? today, dude carded me, and as i pulled out my ID, he laughed and said, "just kidding." when i was like 'que?', he laughed harder and repeated himself. look, i know i'm a woman of a certain age at a spot next to a college, but really? just don't card me at all. i laughed, and laughed as i told a friend about it afterward, but damn, bro. why you gotta be like that? rude. also, this spot always puts blueberry coffee in the house pot, so although i've never mentioned this before, now i'm gonna call them out on it. read more

Not 24 hour. I can't even count how many times I've come by and the doors have been locked with some vague handwritten sign. Completely unreliable and counter to everything about 7 Eleven's reputation. I even just ordered on the 7 Eleven delivery app and the driver showed up unable to pick up the order wasting their time and gas for nothing. I would stay away from this 7/11 AT ALL COSTS unless you would prefer to get your card info swiped by them. This happened to me and they spent $500 in the diamond bar area. Confirmed this place because I don't use that card anywhere else and look at their readers they're obviously tampered with. There's a 7/11 on Anaheim & Studebaker that's provided excellent customer service for me since then. read more

I haven't been back to this 7-Eleven for over two years because of the rude service that the employees give. Specifically the men/boys behind the counter. The girl there is great. She's really friendly and pleasant; but the guy today ( 7/14/2021 at 11:20pm) is one of most impersonal employees there. The last time I criticize this 7-Eleven was of another male worker who was just as rude as the guy today. What is with these male employees and their poor behavior to customers! To the owner of this business; screen your applicants thoroughly before you hire. read more

In our crisis, this businessman got in loads of TP for his neighboring customers and preceded to sell it all to one guy. This store needs to close in this crisis as he doesn't care about anyone but himself. Probably a friend that will resell for outrageous amounts and he'll make more. Boycott this 7-11 and drive to PCH and Clark. Not taking care of your regular customers will cause a shutdown. Let's all get together and shut down this store. read more

This 7-Eleven is notable for being the official eatery of the CSULB Music Department. The Music Department is on the far out fringes of the campus, far from any official campus food and beverage services. Walking to 7-Eleven is much closer and was a ritual between rehearsals and classes. When I was going to school there, there were a few dusty vending machines in the department, but they had been long neglected and weren't stocked, and eventually they were removed all together. Occasionally 49er Shops would humor us and send a vendor down our way, but why would we bother to pay for the Man's overpriced food and drinks when we were already so used to relying on 7-Eleven. I graduated a long time ago, but I'm still around from time to time and it doesn't appear to me that anything has changed. Viva 7-Eleven! Thanks for taking care of us hard-working music students when the campus didn't. read more

Actually never rated a 7 eleven before but the customer service here really stood out!

This 7-Eleven has everything I need whenever I have a reason to go to a 7-Eleven. When I feel like a quarter pound hot dog that's been rolling around in the grease of thousands of other hot dogs that came before it needs to go in my belly, they have it. When I need a Red Bull when I'm physics-ing late at night, they have it. When I need ungodly amounts of candy and Cheetos in my and around my mouth, they have it. Hopefully, when I get diabetes, this 7-Eleven will be there for me. With a hot dog and a beer. Also, the employees who work at this location are quite nice. Hats off to them. read more

Ah my home away from home. My favorite convenience store. This is the much cleaner and in my opinion the better 7Eleven. The cashiers are real cool guys and crack jokes with you at times. There really isn't much to say about 7Eleven except that it's very convenient hence a convenience store. read more

Bought the prepaid Minecraft card for my son and the cashier didn't activated correctly. Went back to notify them with no help. Told me to come tomorrow and talk to owner .He had the nerve to tell me that I just wanted to add more minutes and I'm pull some kind of scan..FYI. Mindcraft is a game and just requires the card to be activated and then u go on-line set u account and download. Dont buy any pre paid cards from here. read more

Right next to campus! I have been coming here since I moved into the dorms 4 years ago and it doesn't disappoint. All the workers here are super friendly and when you're having the late night munchies or drunchies, definitely a place to go. The parking lot is super small with only about 20 parking spaces catering to 4 businesses, but if you're a student you can park in the back lot. There is also 30 min street parking right next door. read more
