Number 1, friendliness, or lack of. The male person who typically works at checkout, never smiles, mostly borderline rude and is always preoccupied on his phone or the music that he is listening to. They never offer a receipt, and when you ask for it, they seem put out. Now thier new scam, as petty and trivial as it mean seem is not to give the correct change back when it is questioned, they reply " it's because pennies are hard to get." They always round it up in their favor. That happens every time I go there. I am sure that they are doing the same thing to others. Since they are open 24/7, I would imagine that it has up to a substantial amount of money. My thoughts are, perhaps they should be absorbing that, at least part of the time. This is not good customer service and relations. 7-11 has always been recognized as a place to go for convenience and dependable to serve customers. This location does not exemplify this. read more

The cashier at this 711 was really friendly, which I appreciated. But compared to other convenience stores where hot snacks like pizza, taquitos, and hot dogs are always hot and ready to go, this location fell short-none of the hot food was loaded, so I was stuck with cold snacks. read more

Not "Open 24Hrs". And no signage stating why or what their hours actually are. So what, right? No big deal...maybe to you it's not. But I drive for UberEats and it's incredibly frustrating taking the time to drive to this location just to find out it's Closed, then having to go through the whole process of Cancelling and informing the customer what's going on. There's a way to shut down the UberEats program in your tablet so you don't just keep automatically accepting these orders. A lot of people rely on you properly fulfilling your part in all of this if you say you're going to. Meet your expectations, or don't. But at least turn off the damn application so that people will know that you're closed and can't be counted on. ‍ It's such a little thing to do on your part but has such a negative impact on everyone else you're not thinking about (i.e. delivery drivers and customers). read more

He gave us swag bags not only for ourselves but for our bridal party and included enough masks for everyone at our reception to wear for a group photo! I was able to get some cute photos with my bridesmaids holding the slurpees and my husband too! Came on free slurpee day 7/11. They ran out of the small cups so they started to charge people. I shouldn't have to pay if your company can't prepare for the biggest slurpee day of the year. Went there a few weeks ago and their slurpee machine was out of order. Worst 7-11 ever. Will not return. read more

Been here a handful of times and 3 out of 5 times they've been closed. The last time I tried coming here the workers were inside and doors were locked at 10:40 pm. I told them through the window the internet says open 24 hours, and the lady tells me they close at 12am, and I said "it's 10:40" and she says we're closed early for "emergency". I love the location. It is right by my kids' school and so easy to get in and out of. The staff is al and friendly and they are well stocked with items in the store. I also greatly appreciate that this location has donated money and coupons for free items to the school my children attend. It's great when businesses give back to the schools. read more

The last two times I've been to the store The employees we're both rude and frankly a little scary. One night I went in there and there was one other woman waiting and no one was behind the counter we waited for several minutes I had to start searching the store and when I knocked on the restroom door he responded with a big pound back and the man threw the door open and was holding a box cutter knife. He never said a word to her or me just went behind the counter. Scared both of us I don't think I'll go back again. read more

I've been to many 7-Eleven's in my lifetime. In general, the cashiers are robotic and non-caring. My experience in this store was very different, very positive. There were two cashiers working... a young woman and a young man. I was greeted in a genuine fashion, and was asked if I needed help finding anything. I felt like a valued customer. read more

They get 5 stars for me. The family who runs it are very friendly and the store is new and clean. Gas is a little expensive. Their Big gulp is still only $1.and they have all the snacks it's a good place to bring the kids after school or on a Sunday afternoon. read more

My daughters and I went to this local 7-11 for the bring-your-own-cup slurpee deal. We walked there coz it was close and it's a store we have visits quite a few times. We brought a 1 gallon empty water jug, which fits the rule coz its 10". When we walked in, everything was fine and there were several kids ahead of us. Then things started to go down hills when the owner started to shout to the kids "you can only take half of those containers", even though their containers were within the rules. I was fine with her request coz I didn't want my kids to have so much slurpee anyway, but thought the lady could use a better attitude. I put that aside thinking that she must have had a long day dealing with kids who brought pots and pans for slurpee. It was our turn to pay and that's where her attitude really rub me the wrong way. I gave her two $1 coins and she immediately said something to me. Due to her heavy Indian accent, I couldn't understand her exactly and asked her to repeat. She then raised her voice on me and asked "what are these?". That caught me by surprise so I naturally reacted by saying "these are $1 coins, have you not seen them before?" She then proceeded the needless conversation by going on and on about how they looked like 50-cent coins and how she had so many coins in her cashier. I was ready to get my change and go but she continued on with "haven't you seen 50-cent coins before and here they are...." I couldn't believe her combative attitude but decided not to do anything to ruin my day and be a bad example to my kids, so I just told her "okay whatever.." and walked out. I can understand why she was frustrated with this program but there was no reason to take it out on me. There are two other 7-11 around. Even though not within walking distance, I will go there instead after this terrible experience. read more

Clerk tried to scam us out of a $50 scratcher redemption by saying she didn't have cash. Tried to redeem it at neighboring retailer & they told me it was already redeemed. I sent my husband in and she said she didn't redeem it and was waiting on cash. He returned 10 minutes later and she gave him $50 cash and didn't even scan it through the lotto machine. read more

Went to this place with my cousin to pick up some tea we buy the tea and then leave the store and sit in his car in the parking lot i spill dip on me and i go back in to clean it off with napkins i leave the store and as im walking out the clerk runs out and says "Hey fool don't ever come back" i was confused thinking that he was talking to someone else but it was directed at me.
