There needs to be better collaboration between this location and the taco spot next door. It is unrealistic to expect them to "police" your parking spots which, also, I don't understand how you can "own" almost all the front parking next to another tenant. It would be maybe understandable during the day time, but not after 10PM. It may also benefit this location to make it clear that their parking is just for them instead of adding white paint with "7-11 Only" onto the ground of each spot that no one can see at night when parking. Does not make great business sense to seemingly be abrasive to an establishment that may potentially lead to you having more customers before and/or after said customers eat at noted taco spot. I grew up literally right around the corner from a 7-Eleven., So this store always brings back lots of memories. Back in those days I candy bar was $.45 and they had Jolly ranchers for five cents. So that meant you could go to 7-Eleven with a dollar and get two individual jolly ranchers and two candy bars. Nowadays you can get anything from beer or wine, chicken wings, pizza even Valentine's Day gifts! 7-Eleven really has diversified their offerings and they even have a reward system where you earn points. Had a issue at this location a while back and was given coupons for the mix-up. Went to use the coupons and ended up getting banned and told to "go fuck myself" by the manager. Hope this location becomes a corporate location soon, whoever is franchised at the location has lost control of the ship. (The other reviews reflect the same.) read more

I bought a Gatorade from here and I threw it away. (I should've definitely taken pictures or something but I was pissed so I just threw it away) It was the type with the white strip you need to uncover and put the cap back on to drink it.. the cap you can twist to drink it and close it.. anyway.. I open it and the lid is broken from the inside and the white strip is ripped.. I go back thinking i can trade it or get my money back since it was tampered. I walk in and the cashier says "it's fine you can still drink it nothing's wrong with it" Clearly I wasn't about to drink a fucking tampered Gatorade but she wouldn't let me trade it when I didn't completely open the bottle... are you serious. read more

There is almost always a delay in check out. 4 people standing behine register and only one person with an attitude working.

Worst place ever. Stopped in real fast this morning to grab something and they were harassing an elderly gentleman about his dog. When he said it was a service dog they started giving him a hard time. I spoke up on his behalf and stated that is illegal to ask customers if it is a service dog or not. In return they started snapping at me saying it wasnt against the law and they can ask what they want etc. I told them "am just stating the law and you are not allowed to ask". She asked me why and I told her "because it invades their privacy on their disability etc" the elderly man checked out turned around and thanked me. The whole time I checked out I had all 3 of the employees going off on me. This is one of the top oddly placed 7-Eleven stores - that I've seen. The people living near it either love it or hate it, I suspect. This is predominantly a residential area (apartments, duplexes, and some SFR). Never very friendly and staff seems preoccupied with their phones or random conversation with a co-worker. They don't care and it doesn't seem to matter. It's older and fixtures, walls, floors, counters all show the wear. Stuff stacked and jammed in various places .. behind the counter is a mess. Need a pack of smokes? Maybe a "cold one"? These are safe. Keep to the packaged stuff. I wouldn't attempt anything here coming from a machine or needs that needs prepping. Does anyone actually read these? If you do, avoid giving these men your business. They're terrible people with bad business practices including banning their patrons and making false accusations without any evidence to back it up. Referring to the infamous night shift man. He is RUDE & he even went so far as to ban my son from the store due to supposed theft. However, the man has no evidence. He was with a friend and the friend admitted to accidentally putting a cup of fruit in his pocket. Whether his acts were intentional or not is unclear to me but my son didn't do anything and the guy even said he didn't see my son do anything but he refuses to allow him back. My son is quiet, shy, and would literally never do anything like that. Guilty by association, I suppose but honestly I don't think the other kid did it on purpose either. He recently suffered a major head injury and he gets brain fog. He earns his own money and pays his own bills, he's a super responsible kid. He tried to explain his situation and had more than enough money to pay for the items. He really just "spaced out" The guy would not listen. I Come here regularly with my girlfriend, tried to buy her pepper spray today and the older gentleman with a beard at the counter scanned my Drivers License with their scanner and it got rejected for some reason, I have a legal ID and I'm over 18 years old. He must of thought I was giving him a fake ID because he flat out told me "no" was glaring daggers at me and as I left I can't be quite sure but I think I heard him say "have a terrible night" needless to say I was very disappointed and embarrassed not only for your system malfunctioning but in the lack of customer service during this visit. Be careful if you're getting ID'd here because you just might get screwed over and embarrassed like me! read more

Oh this places brings back good fond old memories! I used to live across the street from the 7-Eleven and would go there all the time. Now it happens to be on my route to work so I stopped in just for the old visit. The place is very clean and they were working diligently to keep the shelves stocked. The cashier was super friendly and even reminded me that I should have bought two rockstars instead of just one as they were on special and saved me a couple bucks! read more

I love coming here but the night shift guy ruins this store and I hate coming there at night. He always seems to have a problem with everyone, he stares at everyone in a dirty looking way. I went in and he was picking at his nails and had me waiting, seriously? And he never says anything like please and barely even talk at all it's just absolutely rude. He never puts my items in a bag too ,it's ridiculous. And when I buy cigarettes he does like a quadruple take at my ID and face. I know I'm not the only one who has a problem with this guy I've even seen people ahead of me in line have a problem with this guy. Please please(!!!!!!) put someone else on the night shift but him. I don't know what his problem was, but the night shift guy seemed really ticked off for some reason. He was just standing in the doorway when I arrived and I had to squeeze past him to get inside. The people in front of me in line paid all in change and he looked at it for a second and just dumped it all in the register (I don't know if he counted it or not). He practically threw my snacks in a bag and slammed the register closed after giving me my change. Maybe he was getting ready to close and then a bunch of people came in. I was under the impression that this place was open really late. Well whatever crawled up his ass, this is the last time I go there at night. Friendly staff. I pop in here often because the RedBox is located in a great spot outside the store. Honestly, I try not to come alone after 6:00. Apartments all around are pretty seedy. Although I have felt nervous here many times, nothing has ever gone south with me or my family while picking up a video, or going inside for lotto tickets, and owners are very nice. read more

It's such an improvement over the last store that was there. The food is fresh and not expired. The employees are pleasant and don't give off that criminal vibe that some convenience store employees do. It's a nice neighborhood store. They also carry both Pepsi and Coke in their fountain drinks, so everyone in my family can be happy at the same time. I'm glad to see the store succeeding so well. read more

Have always frequented this store & found staff friendly & helpful- dont like the new staff near as much or the lines the constant stream of new employees create- but it beats the lines @ Safeway-&- I can wear my pjs & fit right in :) read more
