Stopped by this Starbucks on my way back home. Placed a mobile order and it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. This location is inside a strip mall and has plenty of parking available in the lot. The interior is pretty spacious, clean, and well-stocked with napkins and other essentials. Service was a bit cold, but they had my drink ready and it was correct. So that's more important to me. read more

Terrible service harassing a elderly man for using the bathroom saying he was in there for an hour in a half when I have been sitting looking at the bathroom for two hours and I saw him go in and come out and was in there for less then 5 mins. They are entitled and wrong. But the woman with a baby who doesn't buy anything gets to walk away without the same treatment. Make it make sense. read more

I ordered a hazelnut espresso today and it literally tasted like water! I have never been to this location prior and I posted a mobile order that a co worker picked up and I wasn't able to taste it until they were already back in the office. It was really bad. Not sure what is going on but when I pay $6 something dollars for a drink I do expect it to not taste like ice water. read more

Not sure what this was in my bag. It was a jelly like consistency but tasted sweet(?) the order I made was savory. Maybe it was a spill/ cross contamination from another food item? Apple cider is the only thing I can compare it to. I hope it was a clean spill and not from a person. I initially was uncertain if I wanted to make this review, but I felt grossed out. Three stars as the contamination seemed unintentional/ accidental but it surprised me. Apart from that, the sandwich was great. It was a tomato mozzarella focaccia that I always order at Starbucks. read more

I make it a point to drive to this Starbucks on purpose, because the one across the street from my place is awful. The staff is always friendly, and quick, even when the drive-thru line is busy. Not the most convenient location, only because you have to cross all the way over a very busy main rd and make a U-turn if you happen to be going the opposite direction. But I'd rather hassle that to patron this location. read more

Definitely the worst location of any Starbucks. Was in April 3, 2024 at 3:45pm. The crew at this time was the rudest most inconsiderate excuse for "employees" I have ever had the displeasure of working with. First of all the order was wrong, and second and most important was the fact that when I returned I was refused a re do and simply told I got what I ordered. I got the manager and the district managers numbers and they had no voicemails which in my opinion is unprofessional, how do I know who I called? Anyway please avoid this wreck and choose another location. If you do the first drink is on me. read more

I ordered my green tea latte on the app with no foam and extra matcha. When I got there my drink was about 3/4 full and full of foam, which means I have about one half a drink. I asked is they could take the foam out and make more? She said yes but then she only heated up milk to pour fill up half a cup. I asked her to please add the matcha to it. She argued it was already in there and didn't add any. Once you have messed up the drink order the first time do it right the second and just do what the customer asked for and paid for. My drink was horrible. It tastes like warm milk and that's what it was for 5.65. Annoying. Now I get to the end of my warm milk and I can see why it tasted horrible. The barista obviously did not froth the green tea into the milk. Just put it in the cup and poured the milk over. LAZY!!! read more

Happen to be in the area with hubby today and wanted a coffee so I decided to stop in. I was greeted by the cashier and and took my order pretty fast. There was the cashier and 3 barrister behind the counter. I ordered hot 2 drinks a chestnut praline latte made with almond milk and a green tea matcha latte made with almond milk. The place is small and super cute probably sears 30 max. It's Just nuts that I ordered 2 drinks at 12:05, got one at 12:15 and then received the second one as of 12:19, but to make the situation worse my order wasn't completed, they gave me one of two drinks and gave another customer her order before finishing mines and her order was also wrong. I just don't understand why it took as long as it did. I guess you're better of Moblie ordering ahead. read more

Nice little coffee shop It even has a drive-through! Located in a small town, this coffee shop is pretty cute. The folks who work there all seem to be young teens, and have a fun time working there. The inside of the store is clean, and the chairs and tables all seem new. The quality of the coffee is decent, pretty much what'd you expect at any Starbucks. There is always empty seats inside with a small crowd, so you will be able to find seats without it being too quiet. Overall, a good place to hang out and work on your laptop a bit. read more

One star for cleanliness and safety procedures! Normally, I feel confident buying food/drinks from places where employees wear gloves for food safety purposes. The employee who took my order was making drinks prior to taking my order. She kept her gloves on while taking my order -- ok, cool, that's fine. Gave her cash, she gave me change back, done. Then she proceeded to go back to making drinks, WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON, touching all the kitchen equipment, cups, ingredients, etc. ‍ I guess the gloves are only to protect her of germs, bacteria, sticky ingredients, etc. Not so much for food safety procedures. I mean, I suppose the lack of cleanliness and safety in their kitchen/behind the counter/bar is carried over to the lobby. Yikes! Never going back to this location again. read more

My drink was made correct so I gave two stars based on that. But the girl who was working the drive -thru basically threw my card at me when I asked for a second to put my drink in my car and was glaring at me for it. Super rude ! I'm sure not all staff are like this here. But she was definitely lacking social skills. read more

We usually stop at this Starbucks every Sunday before heading to the grocery store. My daughter brought her baby in today and asked for a "puppacino". The lady was so sweet and gave her one for her and her baby. She was so excited she couldn't stop telling everyone at the grocery store about it. Thank you for making my daughters day! read more

Slow service and not very friendly. Don't recognize or thank customers. Walked in the girl looked at me walked into back room without saying anything. Set my stuff at a table came back and another person asked if had been helped when I said no she had to get another person to hell me. She was more concerned about sweeping. I walked to this Starbucks with my 3 kids today, stroller and all only to find that the lobby was closed due to "short staff". Totally understand that short staffing can be unavoidable at times! Their drive thru was open still and no one coming behind us, I tried to order from the drive thru and they said I can't order in the drive thru unless I'm in a car. The girl was super rude and saw that I had 3 small children with me! Could they not have tried to accommodate us!? No apology or anything basically just said get out of our line. read more

Your standard Starbucks coffee spot. I came in for lunch because I had a couple of gift cards and got the Turkey panini and salami/Monterey cheese charcuterie. Both were delicious and the turkey panini was warmed by the barista. It came out a little too cooked and turned in to a crouton. I almost broke a tooth. Restrooms just got cleaned and they had a pretty strong bleach smell and were still pretty wet. read more

Overall I have had pretty good service here. It's right across the street from my work so sometimes we do big orders for all the employees and even then our drinks come out quickly and are delicious. I wish they did not close so early because it's a bummer when I'm working night shift and can't get something on my break because they close around six, but overall I really can not complain. read more

Not a bad Starbucks but I wish they didn't close so early. The baristas are usually friendly. The drinks are average for Starbucks. Their hours are terrible. Their website says they're open till 8 PM. The last time I was there they closed at 7 PM. The nice thing about Starbucks is, most of them taste similar... obviously. So I guess this ones not bad. read more

These kids who run this Starbucks are doing excellent job, I'm going to drive true at the busiest time like 8:17am and there are 6 cars ahead of me guess what 8:18 and I have my grande caramel frappe in my hands! And they're welcome you with a wide beautiful smile! Nice job guys. Ps: that's why every morning instead of going to the one 2 minutes away from me I prefer to go there. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for a few years, and I have to say, these guys are the best! Nobody does it like Fairway and Five Star! At least that's what I always say. I mean, every single thing you could think of in terms of what makes a fast food joint-no, a restaurant, work, these guys do it to PERFECTION!! It's ALWAYS clean, I'm in and out of the drive thru so quickly that I forgot I even waited in a drive thru, so I end up going again!! and god, the staff! Without a doubt, the nicest, most capable, patient, and qualified people to be running a Starbucks! I've seen a fair share of horrible customers showing up here, and to my shock, these pros never failed to handle them with grace and precision, as to never escalate any situations! Gotta give a huge shoutout to Kelly, Lauren, Savannah, and Kat, for always getting my order right and just giving off cool vibes all the time. They're probably super fun people outside of work ! I know I just praised those four for getting my orders right, but to be honest, the entire store gets my order right! This Starbucks really doesn't feel like your average run of the mill Starbucks. This is a fine dining coffee establishment, and I bet they're fully aware of that. Never once have I seen another Starbucks demonstrate so much class, professionalism, and overall awesomeness as this one. I now refuse to go to any Starbucks if it isn't this one. You have to try this Starbucks. We have done alot of traveling and this place rocks !!!! If you can ask for David , Sharlet ,Babs ,kayla or Jaz these folks will treat you right. I only wish I lived closer to this place . I can guarantee you every time we are in the era we will be here. Starbucks franchises should make a training video on these kids at work. We are truly impressed!!! read more

Employees are completely blind to customer service. I stood at the counter and all four employees ignored me. I asked for the manager and she was just as ignorant to customer service. I explained that I didn't have all of my order and she said "yeah sometimes the tags don't print- you can get it yourself" read more

I like coming to this location whenever I am in the area they are very friendly and very quick to take your order this is a very clean establishment inside and out side the restrooms are very clean They use only the best quality and all of their drinks that they prepare for each customers my favors drinks are the white iced mocha and the iced Carmel machitto is also a very great drink my mom loves when they have the seasonal drinks my favorite drink seasonal Christmas is the peppermint white mocha plus they have really great black ice tea I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area who loves coffee as much as I do very great visit very great establishment delicious drinks I look forward to my next review here very soon for another great visit and another great experience thank you Starbucks for being so quick and making the best drinks in the area I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great drink they don't just have coffee they also have black tea that taste like iced tea read more

I'm out of coffee at home so this weekend i decided to get coffee out. I live between 2 stores so yesterday I went to one and ordered inside. There was no menu so I just ordered an old standby and some pumpkin bread and called it a day. Today I ordered from the app (so that I could see a menu) and came to this location. Apparently, the pick up when you order from the app is on the other side of the store from where you pick up drinks ordered in store. After everything was made and I was still standing there I was asked what I had ordered and directed to the other side. I guess Starbucks no longer believes in signage? FYI-There was no menu in this store either. I don't know if this is temporary or they are changing prices or why. Not impressed. Now I know why I make my coffee at home and don't bother with this. read more

This location is super close to the Roseville Costco (just down the street!) and this store also has a drive thru (convenient if you need it), though we didn't use the drive thru since there wasn't anyone else in the store at 7 in the morning. Staff was very friendly and my order was done very quickly. Pretty clean location with lots of parking. read more

He roasts his own beans, bakes his own pastries, and does it all with no employees. I walked in here not knowing what to expect. I was somewhat overwhelmed by the abundance of variety of Torani syrup flavors on the wall and the lack of a menu to help hone my decision of the most difficult question to answer in any new coffee shop you enter - "what the hell do I want?" Edwin explained he usually converses with customers to zero in on what they would like to drink. He and I briefly chatted, and had zeroed in on a dark chocolate cherry mocha with oat milk. It was incredible. Edwin used the perfect amount of cherry flavoring and dark chocolate. I also had an incredible, homemade, blueberry muffin. It was perfect. Big, juicy blueberries, moist cake housed under a perfectly baked and delicately crisped muffin top. I gotta come back.
