Stopped by this location (& have in the past) to fill up my tank. This location is super easy to get into & come out of. It's very rare that I see people waiting to fill up. Also have ordered Amazon & Red Box here. The gas dispenser let out a ton of air & for the first time in over 16+ years filling up gas the dispenser popped out of my tank & on to my foot/floor. Luckily not much gasoline spilled & I wasn't injured but it was such a strange thing to experience.. There was a time I stopped by maybe a year or two ago with 20 quarters ($5) & $10 cash. I would love to give this location a ZERO! Normally I use my debit card but chose to pay by cash today. Went in and gave the cashier my $30 and said I wanted to get gas. Went back out to the pump to enter my rewards number and it wouldn't let me. I went back in to ask the worker about entering my number. His response was that the reward program is only on Mondays. That he could not put my number in the system. The whole reason I stopped was to get my rewards off my gas price. I would not have stopped at this location otherwise. This is the 3rd time I've been here to order a pizza and drink. My first 2 times went great. This time a different employee took my order and when I paid, he went ballistic towards me because I didn't tell him in advance that I was paying using my EBT card, as I've NEVER been told that ever before, including my previous 2 times here my a different employee(same 1 both times). Just moved here and this is the closest 711 to my house. I'm a big slurpee drinker. Let's be real that's one of the best things 711 offers. First time I stopped here literally all the flavors were not ready. Tried giving them another chance following week and still same thing. I've gone back 5-6 times and guess what they NEVER work. The employees for this 7-Eleven as far as I've been coming here has just went downhill and gets no better, thus making customer service complicated when it doesn't need to be. It's rarely clean, food will not be up to par, and make sure to check the expiration dates! I tend to avoid this particular store. Also, IF THEIR ARE TWO EMPLOYEES WORKING, THAT GIVES NO RIGHT TO CLOSE THE STORE! Chris & Le, work better as a team and communicate. Got gas here because I was on my way to get bagels at Einstein and didn't want to drive to the Convoy location. Like Convoy, there are 12 pumps and there is rarely, if ever, a line for gas. Place is well lit, clean, and very safe because it's right down the street from the police station. The convenience store is pretty big. They usually have fresh coffee and all the other standard 7 eleven goods. The gas price here is few cents higher compared to Convoy from what I've seen. Plenty of unhealthy food options. Lot of parking and very easy to get in and out. They have some tables out front to eat your food. It makes it nice for a 5 minute lunch. It keeps your car inside just a little cleaner. They have a gas station and their is plenty of space for those getting gas and those not. Some places are so tight cars are backed up into the street trying to get in the parking lot. read more

This 7-11 store has the most RACIST employee, whose name is LE based on his name tag. My dad wanted to buy 1 Powerball and 5 Superlotto. LE, who must have issue with listening and speaking English, gave my dad 5 Powerball and 1 Superlotto. I saw and explained the problem. LE immediately told me and my dad to "go back to your country". I immediately told him if we had to go, he should go too because we must be from the same country based on his last name. I also told him that was not how customer service should be. But LE kept going on "fuck you, go back to your country, ...." The customer behind me was like, omg this guy (LE) has a problem. If I was not in a hurry to go back home with my kids, I would have stayed and called the police to file a complaint against LE. I would be surprised if LE could still work there or anywhere else. I was stopping by to this 7 11 to get snacks. I asked the cashier guy Le for Taquitos and he just told me like "You get them yourself". Then he asked me if I speak English which I do... He then said "Never mind" while moving on to the next customer in line. I thought in my mind "Excuse me?". I felt pretty offended he had to tell me that and ask me as if I'm a non-English speaker. He was pretty rude. So I went ahead and get the Taquitos in person from myself and paid while telling him I speak English despite the fact he didn't respond back. Supposedly 7 11 employees have to be respectful to their customers including myself. Usually they are the ones who are supposed to get the food for us since I have visited other more respectful 7 11's where they give the food in person. That honestly upset me personally. This has gotta be one of the nicest 7-Elevens I've ever been in. First of all, it's friggin' spotless. I'd almost consider getting open heart surgery on their pristine floors, but only if I were guaranteed a free Slurpee and a Go Go Taquito after the procedure. It's also only one of a handful of 7-Eleven stores in the San Diego area that has 'fresh' baked pizza! I had a slice that tasted anything but fresh, but it's a nice addition to the roster of unhealthy comfort foods at my favorite convenience store on the planet. If you're gonna hang out in front of any 7-Eleven like a total dirt bag, you might wanna scope this place out. It's like the Dom Pérignon of 24 hour quick stops. read more

First and foremost, I'll be calling this store to speak with the manager regarding the service I got today between the hours of 4pm and 6pm at this store. Since your employees didn't know their store number and weren't wearing name tags (a first for a 7-11 in my experience), I can only identify one of the workers at the time as either Todd or Ted. The other brown-clown with the light eyes is your problem - with his wavy hair, full sleeve tattoos and over sized earnings; CLEARLY this character wasn't hired for his professional chops, or recruited with a more lucrative offer from an otherwise budding corporate firm. He thought it'd be funny to tell me that your card machine would give cash back when it doesn't. After he realized that, he pointed out the fact that you have an ATM in the corner. For the record; there isn't a customer that walks into your establishment that doesn't know how to find the ATM in your store. If I'd wanted to pay a fee, I wouldn't have asked for cash back; and if he didn't know if the machine would provide cashback, he shouldn't have acted like he did. The stupid remark about their being an ATM in the corner just added to an already bad customer service experience. What's funny, is that I didn't need cash because I didn't have any. I need cash because an $100 dollar bill was the smallest bill that I had, and I needed something from the library, who couldn't change a bill that big. After pumping my gas and cooling down a hair, I went back into your store to buy something else with that cash so I could perhaps get a change return small enough to use at the library. What happened next was the height of incompetence. Firstly, the cashier didn't have any $20s and couldn't be bothered to get any, which wasn't too much of a problem. However, I noticed him loading my $100 bill change with copious amounts of bills, and eventually he started to struggle with a change wrapper. I stopped him and asked him how much cash he had already, to which he replied "$70". Are you doing the the math on this? This young man was about to give me $30 in change without so much as asking me if I was alright with that. I told him to cancel the order and give my $100 bill back. For about the next 5 minutes, he struggled to refund the one bottle of Red Line that I tried to buy (all the while, clinching my $100 bill), eventually having to call his colleague over to help him, and eventually releasing my $100 bill. Neither person working knew what their store number was, which is heinous (the police would ask for that same information if there were an incident), but the young man who looks like he just stepped out of a rap video is objectively incompetent, and shouldn't be working in a customer service capacity under any manager that gives a spit in a sandstorm about how their store runs when they aren't there. From the look of your ratings (which don't appear to be getting read), you've got a lot of work to do. Start by putting that unqualified stooge on the unemployment line, and you'll be well on your way to turning your store into less of a red headed stepchild of the 7-Eleven family. read more

I love 7-eleven coffee. Because of that I have been to a TON of different 7-elevens the past 20 years. I brought my 20 oz cup to the cashier (man with long hair, who works in afternoon), and he said $2.29. I was amazed how expensive this was, and have never paid near that price for a 20 oz cup, or even a 24 oz cup. What he said next amazed me even more. He said "we get a lot of businsess, so we upcharge." I couldnt believe he said that too me. I then said "I will stay away from this 7-eleven." He got extremely obnoxious after that, and practically wanted to fight me. The bottom line is, the owner of this store is seriously disrespecting his customers. Its definitely legal what he is doing. But going on yelp and warning people about this is also legal. Stay away from this particular 7-eleven. Because if you do business here, then you are putting money into some huge jerks pocket. I bought gas at the Aero Drive 7-11. This is the third time I paid in the store for gas, but each time I pumped the gas, the gas pump stopped before the full amount was reached. The other times this happened, the staff said, "The money will go back on your card." It never did. Today I bought $10 worth of gas. The pump stopped at $9.81. When I asked for the 19 cents back, the cashier, Sergio, told me I have to talk the owner. Yet, - He refused to give me the owner's phone number. - I looked online, and what is listed is the store's fax number. - When I called the corporate offices, I got a call center located outside of the U.S. I could not understand what the person on the other end was saying. I came into this 7-11 and the staff member Adam was very very rude. First he tried to overcharge me for a soda refill which is .99 across the board at all 7-11's with your own cup under 52oz. When he was corrected for overcharging me he lied and gave me a story his 7-11 charged more. Then was rude when I asked for the manager, his name and store number, he told me to get out of his store and threw out my receipt (which is on my debit card) so I would not have his information. Middle if the road is what you'll get, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. If you drink coffee from here often, ask for their frequent buyer card. Six will yield a free cup. Staff is friendly enough, and the location frequents several various fund raiser car washes if you're into that. The location also had a Red Box if you need movie rentals. read more

I got 2 Aquafina waters for a deal, got to work to drink them and they tasted like flat carbonated water. It was gross! My fiancé took the waters back for me the next day and they exchanged them without question. If I could give 0 stars I would, I've been going to this 7-11 since I got a job close by about 2 years ago. I paid for gas today cash and gave the wrong pump number, so I ran in to give the correct pump number and the teller said the gas was pumped already on the wrong pump....don't know how since I ran right back in. He didn't try to find who pumped it, I was left asking ppl in the store if they accidentally pumped my gas. No one admitted it. So you would think somehow the guy would see who pumped the gas or how they paid and give me a credit on the right pump????? NO he said its my fault since I gave the wrong pump number and refused to give my back my money. I spoke with the manager and she refused as well with a smile, she kept saying my mistake not hers. On 9/30/16 I stopped by this station to get $20 worth of gas. I paid the cashier inside. I pumped my gas and when it was complete I looked at the pump and it read $19.70. I left everything alone in case the cashier needed to verify the issue with the pump. When I went back in and explained it, she checked her machine, then went outside to verify the pump. I was just trying to advise them that there was a problem and I was told, "This happens a lot". I followed her back in the collect my 30 cents (principle alone) and I asked how many people must drive off without knowing they might have been over-charged?
