I usually come here once or twice a week to heat my meal prep food and purchase drinks and snacks for my workers. I've never had a problem with any of the staff members, but today an older lady working at the register gave a full story that she won't let me use the microwave insinuating I would've start a fire. If there's a strict rule regarding this you guys should put a sign and have better customer service when mentioning it to the customers. Honestly I feel like they have something against women. The gentleman never asks for my ID nor the other worked but the female owner always requires it- which would be fine if they all required it as law required. But for some reason only The eldest woman seems to dislike Folks who purchase items 21+ she will consistently avoid letting me enter my Point phone number and always has some smart remark of the day. She even charged me twice last time after making me return home for my ID and even with the receipt refused to acknowledge the extra charge. I would go farther to purchase more with a better experience honestly, preferably under more civil ownership. Would rate 0 of I could Anytime I enter with my husband or brother no such issue. Man working is terrible customer service was extremely rude because we put some creamer in our iced coffee and actually charged us a dollar for 4 small creamers and made it a huge deal. I just want to warn others that this location does not cash out your tickets lottery tickets if they're over $20 they say they don't have money available and turn you away. Also the customer service there is very horrible unprofessional and the management or owner is always angry and in a bad mood, do not buy the warm food like pizza, taquitos, etc. etc. unless you want to eat food that has been sitting there two hour plus. I do not recommend anybody go there unless you want to leave the location frustrated I would also like to add that there. Debit card machine doesn't always work. The older gentleman with the mustache who works the night shift here does not wear a mask despite the county mandate currently in effect. He is also rude, will not say a word during checkout, and regularly goes outside to hang out with the homeless who loiter outside the store. I ordered some soup and NyQuil because I was really sick and didn't want to leave the house or risk infecting someone. For a small order, I left a $5 tip. Not only did the order get delivered but Uber said that they have notes my file. That was it. I was free to contact 7-11 tomorrow if my order didn't arrive later that evening. What? They could reach the driver and there was nothing else they can do. 7-11 leads you to a website and once you chose order not delivered, you can't do anything else. And the confirmation states that they will get back to you in 2-3 days. Did I mention that I was sick and needed the soup and NyQuil? I tell you what...they could both take a lesson from Grubhub. At least they will give me my money back. I am removing this app from my phone because it's useless. And no one picks up at the store. Ugh! read more

I stopped in here after the lunch experience at the NY Pizza Factory next door. I was hoping for a positive up-spin to the lunch break. Well, Slurpees always make days better for me, so we visited the 7-11 pretty much next door. I walked in, and looked around. Compared to some of the other 7-11's I've been in, this one is quite large. Much like the TARDIS, this particular 7-11 seems to be actually bigger on the inside. The Slurpee are is all the way in the corner opposite the door. I quickly navigated my way over to it, and pulled a large Slurpee cup from the rack. I then investigated my flavor options. They've actually got two machines, and each one has a bit for the sugar free Slurpees. Well isn't that pretty dang neat setup? I assembled the cup, lined it up beneath the spout and pulled the lever to make it go. Cold and tasty sugar free sprite Slurpee rushed out of the machine and quickly filled my cup. I gave the Slurpee cup a shake to settle the icy treat beneath the lip of the cup. I lined it up once again, and pulled the lever just a feeewww more tugs to make sure the Slurpee was up over the lip of the cup, but still beneath the cover. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I've become quite the expert at filling up Slurpee cups as a resident of California. My buddy was doing the same with his Mango-Lemonaid sugar free Slurpee. I heard a 'woah' as the Slurpee lever got away from him. With a chuckle, I walked back up to the register. A husband and wife couple were assembling a display for something, and they discussed who would help me. Wife helped me out. While paying at the register, I noticed a new item for 7-11. Four red velvet cakeballs in a small box called out to me, and for $2.30. I wanted them, but I really only wanted to try one. I remembered I've got co-workers would definitely help me eat them. I grabbed the small box. next to the register, and placed it next to my Slurpee. The total was four and change. I paid, and was thanked politely for my patronage. Then I returned to work. Memories of poor lunch service now made all better with Slurpee and cakeballs. The cakeballs were Red-Velvet, and quite tasty. The Slurpee was cold and refreshing and tasty on a bright Southern California day. Oh thank Heaven. read more

Came for free slurpee day!! The nice lady manned the slurpee machine for the entire day & was super nice! I know she was there all day because I was there earlier for lotto tickets. We waited in line behind 25+ people and the lady that owns the place was smiling and sweet to every single person even if they were cranky and pushy! I come in for coffee and lotto almost 4 times a week and this is one one of the nicest 7-11s around. Keep up the good work!! Always clean always nice read more

I come to this location almost every day and have tolerated the stupid shit they pull, but I've become tired of it. They never check their food (I've seen a tacquito in the same place for multiple days in a row, knowing it's the same by the exact way it was broken in the middle), they put unpacked food in the ground while stocking, and worst of all, they have absolutely no customer service to speak of. I will be fair and say there are a couple good employees, but their are a lot of crap ones, including the ones I believe own the location! Very disappointing and I may start getting my shit elsewhere. read more

I did get contacted by the franchise owner, she started apologizing about not being able the cash in my lottery scratcher. She completely missed the point and I had to explain the issue again. Ashley greets everyone with big smiles, very helpful, the place is clean, and they let me have all the dead scratchers, so I can play the 2nd Chance Drawings. I stopped by this place to pick up a few grocery items on my way home. I'm struggling to hold everything I'm buying as I wait in the line of 5 with 1 person working the register. It's finally my turn and a man by the name of Raj helps me and rings me up. When it comes time to pay, I swipe my card and the reader says its unable to read my card. Being that my card has bite marks all over it (thanks, dog), this is expected. It's happened to me countless times before, and each time, once the cashier has manually entered the card number into the register, the transaction was approved with no problem. I share this information with Raj, and in return he looks at me with a blank stare, like one you'd receive from a toddler while trying to teach them the quadratic formula. Once I repeat that he has to manually enter my card number into the register, HE USES THE BARCODE SCANNER GUN TO TRY AND READ MY CARD. Then he hands it back to me, and baffled at the stupidity of it all, I repeat myself one more time before excusing myself to get cash from my car. In the 30 seconds that I was out, HE PUT ALL 12 ITEMS THAT I HAD INTENDED TO BUY BACK ON THE SHELVES. I was absolutely appalled and decided to take my money elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same. read more
