I've been seeing this French-Asian bakery pop up all over my social media, so I finally had to check it out. The Diamond Bar location inside H Mart is actually a pop-up, but don't let that fool you -- their menu is not limited at all. They still offer a really solid variety of drinks, pastries, and treats. We stopped by on a Sunday night after a girls' dinner, and Evelyn was the only one working. Let me just say... she was AMAZING. Super friendly, bubbly, welcoming -- honestly the main reason this review is a full five stars. She gave us great recommendations, and she even made me a strawberry matcha latte that wasn't on the menu. And it was so good. Easily a 10/10. We picked up a few macarons, some breads, and the mini tiramisu cakes. All of the cakes in the display looked phenomenal, but we were way too full to go all in, so we stuck to smaller treats this time. Everything we tried tasted fresh, authentic, and had that perfect blend of French and Asian flavors. They've got a surprising amount of variety for a pop-up -- popsicles, breads, cakes, macarons, croquettes, plus tons of drink options from coffee and lattes to matcha. The ube latte was another 10/10, and the lavender honey latte was just as amazing. The macarons were unbelievably soft and basically melted in your mouth. Tous Les Jours is located right inside of the Super H-Mart in Diamond Bar. I frequent going to H-Mart lately and always take a look at the pastries and breads they have on display here. They have ready to go sandwiches and drinks in a small refrigerated section if you need a quick bite for lunch. The chocolate croissant was a good option and the sausage bread as well. They also offer birthday cakes and other cakes for purchase if you're celebrating occasions. Personally, I like to grab some lattes from time to time since I'm always on the go. The Ube and matcha lattes are solid drinks. The prices are very affordable and the drinks are solid. Staff here is always pleasant and drinks are made quick. For me, they are a suitable option for cafe drinks and pastries inside of H Mart's food court. My favorite cake spot ever! Me and my family love all the cakes here, with the blueberry yogurt and earl grey being my personal favorites. They have some on display everyday but if you want a specific flavor definitely call and order ahead of time. I've also tried the strawberry lychee, mango, sweet potato, chocolate, and cloud cake. The chocolate cake is my least favorite because it's just a normal chocolate cake and I feel like they have a lot of unique flavors that are more worth trying! read more

I would honestly come here just for this drink. The matcha is well balanced, refreshing, and consistently good every time. The service is always fast and welcoming. I haven't tried the desserts yet, but the cakes look beautiful and delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more. I am a huge fan of Tous les Jous on Brea Blvd which is on my way to work. I was craving the Tiramisu Macha today (Saturday), so I googled to see if one was close to my home and it gave me Dbar. It turned out to be just a bit closer and difficult to find because its inside the market ,sort of like a starbuck is. They didnt have the Tiramisu Matcha and no foam options, but the biggest disappointment was their "Croquets" it was chewy and difficult to bite not sure if its due to due to being kept on a warmer each day until sold. I will attach a video before throwing it in the trash. This place ain't cheap so if you want to try it, go to the full service location where they bake the pastries daily. Located inside H mart. The first eatery as you enter to the right. Their display of baked goods are so tempting and inviting like look at me! Don't you wanna put me in your mouth?! Oh yes I did but which one of you will I choose. As we walked around a curry caught our eye. We shared the curry croquette. A toasted panko bread with veggie curry filling. A more mild curry bite with a sort of airy, eggy bread. The panko really gave that good texture to all the soft. Overall satisfying. Great service! read more

I stopped by here on a Thursday morning, and although they were a bit low on pastries that early, I ended up ordering an iced shakerato, an Assam milk tea, and a kimchi croquette. And wow ~~!!! I had no idea this place was such a hidden gem for coffee! The shakerato was honestly one of the best I've ever had, way better than most nearby cafés. The balance, flavor, and smoothness were on another level. The kimchi croquette was also surprisingly perfect -- crispy, flavorful, and a great match with the drinks. It's a cute little corner bakery tucked inside an H-Mart. It's tinier than most Tous Les Jours I've been to. There isn't really a café atmosphere; it's too squishy and noisy inside. The presentation is really nice though, but they also don't have that big of a variety of baked goods since they only occupy such a small space. There were only a few people, but there wasn't enough of a walkway to shop around comfortably. I'd prefer to go to a brick and mortar location instead for the aesthetic and calm aura. read more

I used to be a loyal customer at this location, but I stopped coming after one really disappointing cake incident. I had ordered a whole cake, and the quality was shockingly bad. The cream was cracked, grainy, and hard and the sponge was extremely dry, rough, and crumbly. I contacted the owner hoping for a reasonable solution, but instead I was told that nothing could be done and that I could get a 15% coupon on the cake "next time." That felt dismissive and unprofessional. Recently, I went back hoping to at least use the reward points I had accumulated from many past visits. Turns out the points can't be used on slice cakes, can't be used on roll cakes, and basically don't apply to most items I would actually buy. If that's the case, why encourage customers to collect reward points in the first place? Overall, this location feels poorly managed, and the customer service is disappointing. Located inside the H Mart supermarket, Tous Les Jours is a French Asian pastry shop that sells bread and also cakes. There is no place to sit to enjoy what you buy. So I believe most people just bring it back home to enjoy. I came here for a birthday cake and the selection was a little bit on the smaller side than I was thinking it would be. Still, I was able to purchase a cake and be on my way to a birthday for my friend's mother. We all were able to have a slice of cake with a party of eight. I asked for extra syrup & the barista kindly added more but said that usually thats an additional fee! I think its ridiculous to charge extra when the coffee is not even sweet. Ordered a cake over the phone for the next day and the person who picked up was really nice and informative. Very smooth process. Apparently they can't write messages on the cake, so you have to buy a message sign separately for $2. It's very shiny and reflects rainbow lighting but since I got a white color cake, it mostly did not stand out, unless at certain angles. I came to pick up the cake and also bought some other pastries. Ended up getting the: 1) Kimchi croquette: -Pretty good croquette. Warm with a flaky panko exterior. -Kimchi inside was soft (in a good way) and had a decent kick. 2) Melon Bread: -Actually honey dew flavor unlike Japanese style melon bread which just have the shell design on top with sugar. -It had a very subtle melon flavor but it was a bit too mush for me. 3) Milk Cream Vanilla Cake: -One of their "cloud" cakes -It's a small sized cake that's enough to share with with around 6-ish people for decent slices. -The cake is very "dense" meaning that a slice can make you feel super full. It's probably due to the "milk cream" within all the layers. It's sweet but not extremely so. -Overall it's an okay cake. Definitely needed a glass of milk to make it easier to down. -I loved the cute milk character on the cake and on the cake platter. Very cool that they have matches in the free cake knife they give you. -My only issue was that there were smeared stains on the platter. I suppose from placing it on there a bit clumsily. Altogether this was almost $50 so I was a bit disappointed with the cake and the melon bread. Maybe savory is the way to go here. read more

I tried it first in Las Vegas and loved the bakery. I was excited to have a location closer to where I'm from. This location still offers a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts. I bought a cake and was charged 2 times in a row. I found out only after my bank alerted me that there was a duplicate payment, but because it was a debit card I could only call the store personally. The store said they couldn't refund me, but they could give me credit, and I could use it as long as I came back next time. Because I live far away and not for a long time, I specifically checked with the store to see if it was valid, or if I could use it anytime I came, and got a positive answer that I could use it. Finally, when I came today, the clerk refused to use the credit and wanted to come back the next morning and did not want to call the manager to solve the problem. Very bad service!!! read more

Bakery is inside the market, to the right of the entrance. Lots of different choices of baked goods. Everything individually wrapped. Cake was $39 for the largest size they offered. Cream was light and fluffy, and cake was moist. Also purchased several breads, and they looked delicious as well. One star marked down for the staff since she wasn't being the nicest or helpful towards myself and friend. She was being super nice and pleasant with another Korean lady. But when she saw that we were ready to pay, she seemed short with her response and not exactly helpful. Not sure why we were not as welcomed as customers, spent over $60 on cake and bread. I was grabbing a quick lunch at the food court inside the Hmart and decided to try out their coffee. Ordered a hot vanilla latte w/ whole milk, the drink tasted like a water down milk with a hint of coffee which I took a zip before ended up in the trash can, what a waste of $6, should of just walk over to Starbucks which aren't great either, but at least better than this place. I love getting their espresso drinks here. Today I ordered a butter pecan latte and a mango smoothie. I wanted to try the pumpkin spiced matcha latte but unfortunately they ran out of matcha. I went around 4 pm on a Saturday. I did have to wait a while since there was only one worker so I hope management sees this review because I think there should be at the least 2 workers especially on the weekend. She did a good job multitasking like packing cake orders and making drinks. Anyways, both drinks were really good. They use real mango for the smoothie. I went to Tous Les Jours to try their chestnut bread a couple months back and was quite disappointed. It had a nutty flavor that was both subtly sweet yet had hints of sour. The bread wasn't bland, but the flavors didn't quite sit well either. I returned tonight in an attempt to try their walnut cream bread, and there is a minimum order of $9 for credit card, which was sad because I didn't have $9 at the time, and there wasn't another bread that I wanted to try after the first experience here. Excellent service attendants. Extremely nice and friendly. Was able to take my order for an upcoming visit to the family. The twisted donuts remind me of when my mother used to make. Moist, not overly sweet. It's just perfect, amongst the other pastries. When I picked up my order of the twisted donuts the next day, I took it to my brother. He, too, remembered the texture and loved it. It will be my to go place whenever I am in the neighborhood. The ambiance is clean and well lit. This is a tiny little shop inside HMart. I personally do not like HMart Market however, I go there for this bakery shop only. I love their milk buns and pastry. I always stock up on it when I go. I wonder if they have loyalty cards? The milk pastries and buns are a must try! The dough is super light, just like their cream. The cream is amazing! I can't describe how good it is. And it's not sugary at all! That's how I like my desserts, low on sugar. And their cranberry milk pastry! O M G drools! I am sure they have other delectables, too.
