Cute place, really small and funky. Definitely has a Keys vibe. Waitress was nice. She was training (someone needs to tell the new girl NOT to wear biker shorts. I don't need to see her camel) and that slowed her down a bit. They got my order wrong so I sent it back and they made it wrong again... so we left without eating. Great place to stop for a bite and a drink. We found this place on our drive down to Key West with the help of Yelp. We enjoyed our lunch here. My boyfriend had the snapper special while I had the chicken pita. Both were very generous portions and came with fries. We docked our 21 foot boat on their dock and it was nestled in a nice calm area. The restaurant looks like all other Key West buildings, nothing really fancy but adequate. However the beautiful, friendly and funny waitress made sure that we were well taken care of and they were taking extra great COVID-19 precautions (salt and pepper shakers were individually bagged and available upon request. We are vacationing from So.Fl. We went for a ride in search of a restaurant that was on the water and had social distance protocols. Have not been to a restaurant since March except curbside pickups. We came across this place and had a picnic table on the water. The view was awesome and our waitress Kara provided us with great service. The food was amazing! I had fried scallop basket and they were lightly breaded and delicious. My husband had a mahi sandwich and our son a burger. They also enjoyed their meals and the fries which I rarely eat were the best. We had takeout from a large chain in the area last night and the food was bland and generic. The key lime pie is overrated and service was a bit slow, but overall a good experience with plenty of outdoor seating. At MM 47.5, Gulf of Mexico side of the road, right on the water. They have reopened after being closed due to Hurricane Irma. Had the fried grouper sandwich. Huge piece of fish, larger than the bun it came on. Breading was good, didn't cover up the flavor of the fish. Awesome sandwich! Got my order to go, but after getting back in the truck and taking a bite of the fish, I ate the whole thing before leaving the parking lot. Service was great! Terrible service and a worker who stomped across the parking lot with her middle finger in the air ...? We rented a house on Little Torch for a month and have been having fun kayaking, biking, hiking and trying the various restaurants in the area. Stopped at 7 Mile Grill after a very windy bike ride on the 7 mile bridge walkway. We stood at the entrance for a good 5 minutes before being acknowledged, even though the place was not busy. There were 7 tables of two and 3 waitresses. Two tables left after we sat down. My knee was bothering me after the bike ride so we asked to sit at a high top table they called the 'gazebo' which is about 5 steps away from the other tables. We sat for exactly 25 minutes and then left after no acknowledgement at all that we were there. We sat so long because we were catching up with emails but then realized no one was coming with menus ... or anything. Then I started timing it as we tried to catch someone's attention. A table of 4 then parked, so we watched. They sat at a table and promptly received menus and silverware. What??? I guess their waitress was a lot better than ours. If you look at my other reviews, I'm pretty generous with my assessments, even more with the shortage of workers since the pandemic... but this place was a joke. The reviews on Yelp confirm the horrible service and the meh food. I should have looked first. There are really good restaurants very close by. Don't waste your time here. read more

We were also disappointed when we arrived around 11:30ish and by the time she came for our order she informed us they were switching to lunch only options as it was still 15 minutes till noon ... it clearly says on their menus "serving breakfast until 12" I read a previous review on here saying these were the best shrimp tacos they'd ever had.. The burger was over cooked, and the kids chicken tenders were just poorly breaded and preparred. Potato skins on the menu are now just loaded fries, the pasta was warm not hot.
