How amazing is that~~the perfect balance of milk tea and cookies. I've also tried their Belgium cookie milk tea, also sososo good.

I'm a big boba tea fan, and this place is one of my favorites. They offer a "tea of the day" in a small size for just $3, which is perfect if you want to try different flavors without committing to a large drink. The flavors I've tried so far have all been very good--interesting and unique depending on your taste. Of course, the classics like milk tea and Thai tea with boba are always reliable. They recently added soufflés to the menu. I tried the crème brûlée soufflé--it was okay, but the pancakes tasted a bit too eggy for my liking. Fluffy, yes, but not quite what I was expecting, so I'd probably skip the soufflé. On the drink side, they really shine. They have a wide variety of milk teas, iced teas, black teas, and green teas, all done well. The café itself is quiet and chic, making it a great spot to study or get some work done. I also loved the little story behind "Seven Miles," which they display on the wall--it's a charming touch that gives the place some personality. Overall, a cute boba spot that I'd definitely recommend trying.

Ordered the thai tea brulee & Biscoff cookie milk tea at 70% sweetness for both! Both drinks were veryyyy delicious and 70% sweetness was perfect, you can taste the biscoff crumbles in the drinks and overall it was probably one of the best drinks I've had (avid boba drinker of 10-15 years ) The tea for the Biscoff milk tea is strong as well and not light or watery at all! Looking forward to coming back again!

Second time here already and I'm officially addicted. Our first visit we tried the Ube Coconut Milk and Watermelon Jasmine. My husband loved the ube -- it reminded him of the motherland. The watermelon was just okay for me, I'd probably skip that one next time. On our second trip, we got the March Burlee and Dragon Fruit Lychee and both were so good. No regrets. I'm really glad this spot is so close because I'll definitely be back. Can't wait to come again.

Oops... I think I was given ONLY milk & lychee in my oolong milk tea. The barista was so nice (and seemed nervous), so when informed of the satisfaction policy, I didn't even think twice about sending it back... It was pre-shaken, so I can't be 100%. If there is tea in it, it's very light. To be fair, it does taste good... lol. But I'm pretty certain I paid $6 for milk.

I ordered the ube coconut milk drink through the kiosk and it was delicious! The drinks here are slightly on the sweeter side so make sure you ask for less sweet. The ube had a strong flavor, paired great with the boba and purple rice that's included. People were really nice there too. They made sure to ask if I liked my drink before I walked out.

I had no idea this place existed and I am so happy I now know of it. This plaza has been coming up since the development area has been blooming. The jasmine iced tea & jasmine milk iced tea here are amazing. Such wonderful floral notes with the perfect touch of sweetness. Plenty of parking & lots of seating as well. They also have a daily special drink & it rotates each day. I think that's such a good idea to sample the menu, which is pretty big. They also offer a lot of different toppings too!! Will definitely be back

Drinks are good, we got the watermelon Jasmine and mango passionfruit teas. There's a current 20% off back to school promotion by showing your school ID. Service not so good. We came inside, girl working front register no hi/how can I help you, no eye contact, just standing there quiet & awkward while we are looking at menu first time there, not offering any kind of help. Even when my partner was asking questions, it just seemed like she didn't want to answer them. I felt like I was answering more of his questions than she was and I don't even work there lmao. Make it make sense.

Got the mango sago to go. I would say they have the best mango sago; it wasn't overly sweet (sugar level adjusted) , and you could actually taste slight natural bitter taste of the grapefruit. It was delicious, I enjoyed their drink. The price is about average $6+. The service was friendly and helpful. I'd give this place a 4.7 out of 5. Will visit again for their milk tea.

The inside is soo cute! It's decorated nicely & is very roomy, but it doesn't make up for their drinks. I'm glad there's a decent boba place near me, but I would pick others over this place. All the drinks I've had so far, the sort of taste artificial? If that makes sense. The service is great & friendly. There's also a kiosk there so you can order your drinks without having to talk to someone. There were multiple times where I've walked in & the person behind the register is on the floor hiding while being on her phone

Would you drive 7 miles for tea? I definitely would! This place has some pretty good tea, the thing that peaked my interest was their grand opening bogo deal. Got to order and try 4 of their drinks which were their Jasmine Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea with Jasmine Jelly, and Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. The service was really quick from the ordering to the drinks being made. The design of the inside of this place was quite unique with bamboo type deal along the ceiling and the counter. Surprisingly each of their locations has its own type of style, so give their other locations and this location a visit! read more

First time here and the worker Mia is the nicest server I've ever met at a boba shop. Clean lots of parking. Ordered the avocado mango (make sure you stir this really good) Oreo milk tea, and ube coconut milk. Out of the 3 my fave would be the Ube coconut milk. The drinks are delicious and the service is great! The decor is super cute and modern, which made it cozy and comfortable. It makes it a great spot to hang out with friends or to relax on your own. I was recommended the Ube Coconut Milk, which came with Purple Sticky Rice and Boba. The boba was perfectly cooked and the Purple Sticky Rice complimented the drink really well. I also really enjoyed their classic Oolong Milk Tea with Boba. The tea had the right balance of sweetness and creaminess! The staff here was also super patient and nice, as they helped me and other customers answer any questions. The prices are reasonable and the portion size is generous. My cousins & I came in ~1.5hr before closing time & when ordering, the worker told us that the drinks we wanted were sold out & verbatim: "we caught them at a bad time" because they don't have any black tea & green tea. Literally 50% of the drink menu was made with black/green tea. Not even a heads up prior to ordering or sorry about the inconvenience, the worker only gave us attitude. The drinks were alright & definitely wouldn't come back due to rude service. read more

Was really excited to try this opening weekend! I tried the Jasmine green milk tea and Oolong Phoenix Milk Tea. I got both with 100% sugar and the drink wasn't sweet at all, almost thought they forgot the sugar. The boba is chewy but has no flavor or sweetness to it. I was a bit disappointed with the teas, they lacked a lot of tea flavor, very watered down. I felt like the drinks needed a good tea to milk balance, way too milky and not enough tea flavor. I'm not sure if it's cause they were very busy with the BOGO promos. Tried my friend's thai tea and he thought the same thing, too light. The shop is very nice and had lots tables to sit down. I'm glad a new boba place opened near by so willing to give them another shot with stronger tea. :) read more

My first time there and the person who took my order was so kind and helpful! I wasn't sure about pomelo since I'm not super fond of bitter notes but she assured me that the drink itself is sweet and any pomelo flavor was in the tiny pulp bits - which ended up making the drink so balanced! The blended mango was SO good and the sago really made it shine. I took advantage of the $3 mini and got the kumquat passion fruit tea and it was a good mix of tart and sweet, although maybe too sweet. I asked for 50% for my blended drink which was perfect. I should've adjusted the sweetness for the mini one as well. I can't wait to try more of their menu read more

so thankful theres a closer location!! the drinks never miss! highly recommend getting the ube coconut milk and mango pomelo slush :D got the crème brûlée soufflé for the first time, and it does take a while to make, so i recommend ordering it beforehand on the toast app. soufflé is super yummy and light, and the crème brûlée topping is delicious too :P my family and i will always support this boba shop, so we don't have to drive all the way out to artesia or sawtelle. Now that we have a VERY local Boba shop, we've been in at least once a week! The staff here is super friendly and helpful...they always greet you with a smile and the space is perfect for an afternoon break! Some of our favorites so far are the Smashed Lime Earl Gray, Sweet White Peach Jasmine, and Black Sesame Under the Clouds. The boba is always fresh and they have plenty of other yummy toppings like purple sticky rice and Oreo crumbles. 10/10 highly recommend read more

Super excited that they finally opened in the newest Chino plaza! We've been going to the Artesia location and now we have a local 7 miles. Interior is clean and bright with seating and a restroom. Wow! The drinks are next level here. I saw them on Facebook community page and saw a funny video. It was great marketing by the way. I decided to head down after work and I got myself the grape crush and their mango drink. Probably the freshest and the most delicious drinks. You can tell the owner cares about quality ingredients. Came during the grand opening day . Ordering line was out of the store approximately 15-20 minutes wait to get to the front. Typical of any new boba tea store on opening on day/week. Ordering was quick. Opening day had buy 1 get 1 free drink. They have Mango Pomelo. Ordered a total of 4 (2 paid, 2 free) And man oh man, finally a store that makes an awesome Mango Pomelo drink!! Now I don't need to drive Rowland Heights or Irvine a good Mango Pomelo. Store design is cute and simple. Will definitely come back again and try other drinks. Looks like they have an option to order online and pick up in the future via Toast. Hopefully they have a self-service option once the wave of people have settled down. They have 7-8 tables where you can sit down to drink your drink, chill. They offer free wifi but the password wasn't working. No biggie. read more

I'm so glad to see this high-quality boba tea shop open near our community. Their tea has an authentic Taiwanese flavor, with a wide variety of options, and, most importantly, it's not overly sweet like many tea shops in the U.S. Their service is also top-notch. I went here today with my mom and ordered the guava grape bliss 100 % sugar and avocado on mango 50% sugar both teas tasted super good. It tasted non artificial and better than a lot of other places I've been to. The service was very quick and easy they did have a sign that said they don't take cash so keep that in mind. The location was easy to get in and out of and the inside of the place was so cute with the color and the little icon. The ambience was super calm music wasn't to loud so that's a plus for me :) read more

The lychee coconut is a hit. I like how you can control the amount of sugar in your smoothie. Although it's cold outside, it's still a refreshing drink. I came here few times for the classic dirty milk tea with agar boba and always perfect. However yesterday morning, I got my usual but this time agar was all floating not underneath my drink. So I told the guy and he said "thats how is done". seriously? thought it was satisfaction guarantee? never had agar boba floating elsewhere. since agar its floating I have pull out my straw to drink with the toppings! what a shame of service! Extremely adorable design and yummy drinks! I got the mango milk and phoenix oolong milk tea which were both good. The phoenix oolong milk tea and a nice fragrant taste to it. I also asked them to put the condensed milk on the side which was perfect as the shaved ice itself already had plenty of flavor so I didn't even need the condensed milk. I loved that they included actual taro in it and vanilla ice cream to it! The size was pretty average for what you pay for so no complaints there. Seating is a little limited though and it can definitely get packed really fast, especially at night time. They also have a lot of different things on the menu besides bingsoo such as drinks, halo halo, taiyaki, and other desserts too. Service was really fast and parking was really easy as well!

Snowy Village is such a great spot if you're craving Korean shaved ice desserts (bingsu)! There is a time and place for that type of conversation, and I don't think it should happen in front of customers. Donuts: The donuts are pretty, that's for sure. Plenty of options and donuts I think ranged in pricing depending on the specialty level. The ones we got range from $4-$7. We got half a dozen donuts along with breakfast items & coffee to try. We got the ube mochi, hello kitty character, unicorn, Banana Pudding, Oreo and Nutella donuts to try. The design are very eye catching for sure. Donuts are nice and fluffy and packed with flavors. Kids really enjoyed them. They're a bit pricey and not something you can regularly buy in this type of economy on a daily basis. To me, they're fun to buy for special occasions and that's probably what we'll do for birthdays or events. For the food, we got a PD breakfast burrito. They offered to cut it in half. The burrito itself is already $16. They asked if we wanted to add cheese or avocado. I was curious and did it. We added cheese and avocado at an extra cost to it. Cheese was $1 and Avocado was $2.50. Extra salsa was 51 cents. It's the size of my hand and a hefty looking burrito. At that point, it's really a questionable choice of why am I spending almost $20 on a burrito.. Haha but it was a decent burrito but in the end, everything was an extra cost after the initial order of the item. Would I buy it again? No. Was it worth it? Not really. But definitely good to try if you are craving a breakfast burrito and don't mind the price. Drinks: We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee and Sea Salt Cold Brew. We added an extra shot to the cold brew. The cold brew was good. The Ube Vietnamese coffee was good too. It's a premade coffee drink and not customizable. It's more on the sweeter end than a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I usually like it not as sweet but it was the combo that I was curious about and went with it. Good flavors. Wished the coffee was a bit more bolder for the Vietnamese coffee part but it's not bad. Service was nice and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and I appreciated the explanations and recommendations while deciding.

I arrived at Chun Yang Tea (Chino) on Tuesday (around 3:21PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE! Chun Yang Tea (Chino) is a stall in the Eat Up Food Court inside the 99 Ranch Store. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers can also order at the counter, but Staff speaks limited English. Staff is very hardworking and professional. My drink took about one minute. FAST!! As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea ($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). I had to hold back the instinct to cry tears of joy. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I definitely recommend the Mango Milk/Agar if you like mango and I also recommend the dirty classic boba if you like your regular boba drink. Walking in I really liked the modern and ergonomic vibe of the shop. I was greeted by the cashier; she seemed nice. Ordered using their kiosk but waited around 16 minutes for two drinks. When I walked in there was only one other person in the shop, but as I waited more people entered. Four drinks were given out to four other customers who all arrived and ordered later than me. I got an oolong milk tea with boba; it was lacking any tea flavor and all I could taste was the milk. 7 Miles Tea Lab has become one of my favorite spots lately! The drinks are seriously amazing -- super refreshing, great tea flavor, and not overly sweet like a lot of other boba places. Love the inside, so pretty. Tons of drink selections, was even having trouble choosing because they all sound so good. Nice and familiar music and the staff is really friendly and helpful as well! Would definitely consider coming again! read more
