Been here 4 times now and finally doing a review. My favorite drink(s) are 7's Mango Pomelo and Avocado on Mango. The Avocado on Mango was recommended by Mia, a staff member and she nailed it! She recommended Sweet White Peach Jasmine on this visit so excited to try this one. Mia is so sweet and very helpful. Greets you with a smile and really makes you feel welcome. She even tells you about the specials that they have. This location is in the new strip mall in Chino and has plenty of parking. Upon entering the boba/tea place, you will find it clean, some tables and chair to hang out or do some work/homework and free wifi. The place is well lit and has one all gender restroom. This boba shop is so cute! I love the decor and their logo. There's plenty of parking in the plaza, which is convenient. You can order with the staff or through the kiosk if you prefer looking at photos before deciding. I appreciate the ability to customize your drink and the variety of options available. During our visit, I found the boba a bit tough, but I'm definitely willing to come back and give it another shot. We went to grand opening of 7 Miles Tea Lab in Chino, California. Even though the lines are long; most orders are fulfilled within 20 minutes. The store is modern, clean, and simple. On the grand opening we get buy one get one deals, so everyone in the family got one drink. I ordered black sesame under the cloud, rich, yummy and not too sweet. 7's mango pomelo with sago. Strawberry n' cream is kids favorite. The mango milk with agar is good but kids doesn't like it as much as strawberry n' cream. All 7's blend of creations of tea and milk specialty drinks with unique ingredients really stood out and are very smooth and tasty even they are blended. Will be back for more; our order was somehow missing and took 30 minutes, but we know it's grand opening and most orders are filled with speedy production and processing speedy. Kudos to their training and employees for handling the pressure and did really well. read more

I'm a fan! How did I not know this place opened a year ago? We've been frequenting Wushiland which I still prefer for their milk teas but sometimes we crave blended drinks with more variety. I have young kids so I appreciate a menu with more non-caffeinated options, and they have a lot of that here. This past weekend we came and ordered the Black Sesame Under the Cloud, Strawberry Cookies & Cream, the 7s Mango Pomelo, and the Thai tea. All the drinks were a hit. The black sesame drink might not be for everyone because it's on the plainer side but it's exactly what I wanted. I got 70% sweet but in hindsight I think 100% sweet would have been perfect for this drink. All the other drinks were perfect at 70% sweet. The guy who helped us with our orders was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back very soon! read more

The boba needs improvement as it was very hard. - **Strawberry & Cream (4/5):** The lychee jelly was a nice touch. - **7's Mango Pomelo (4/5):** I really enjoyed it. The mango flavor was strong, and I prefer it without Pomelo. - **The Mango Milk (3/5):** Drinkable but nothing special. - **7's Thai Tea (2/5):** I've had better. I'd pass on this one. We came here for their grand opening on July 13, 2024. The line was out of the door, but it moved at a decent pace. We waited a total of 20 minutes. My wife ordered the 7's Mango Pomelo and I ordered the Sweet White Peach Jasmine tea (50% sweetness level). Both drinks were decent and tasty. The tea flavor could be stronger in my drink, but the white peach was very fragrant and not overly sweet. Since it was their grand opening, drinks this weekend are BOGO. In addition to the promotion, they also gave away mini handheld fans when posting about them on social media (I posted an IG story). We will definitely be back to try their other drinks! read more

I've been waiting since 1992 for this location to open. 7 Miles Tea Lab just elevated The Preserve with its well-balanced offering of milk tea flavors and boba. Impeccable interior, sweet servers, and my gawwh, the drinks... Firstly, shoutouts for doing a Drink of the Day situation where you can get a mini sized boba for $3, to be able to try the variety of drinks from their menu. We did that and tried their Belgium Cookie Milk Tea. I wouldn't say it's my usual flavor, but I can see how the drink could be a hit for most. We also tried the Black Sesame drink and yooooo..!! It's not easy to 1) find black sesame flavored drinks around, and 2) for it to be decaf! I get pretty sensitive to caffeine so this is definitely my new go-to after 3pm! This drink was so good, I told my wife, "this drink is so GOOD", and one of the ladies behind the counter heard me and said "thank you!" Come to think of it... she might've been the owner. this location is in the same plaza as the stater bros and right nxt to a Starbucks. easy to find parking. I order the Phoenix oolong milk tea. it was pretty good. Loved our experience at this cute new boba shop that's popped up in Chino! It's tucked in amongst other eateries, businesses, and a Stater Bros, so parking is plentiful/easy to find. The inside of the shop is clean and inviting. I absolutely adore their mascot! The workers here are friendly and make their drinks quickly. What I particularly appreciate about 7 Miles Tea Lab is their vast selection of fruit teas. Many boba places nowadays prioritize the milk teas & lattes but never fruit teas. So far I've tried their Mango Pomelo and Guava Peach Bliss, both with light sweetness. Both were excellent drinks with a great mix of flavor profiles. I'm excited for future trips and will drive out of my way for this place in a heartbeat! read more

It is also very unfortunate that the Spanish Latte I ordered was delicious, BUT I will never be returning or recommending this place due to the horrible customer service. I have family in the coffee business and customer service is always a priority, not at this location. Very disappointed with whoever hired her and trained her.

I love this place and I think that the strawberry fluff drink is amazing. There is this worker named Mia and she was super helpful and she also was super nice to me and my friends. I definitely recommend the Mango Milk/Agar if you like mango and I also recommend the dirty classic boba if you like your regular boba drink. They also gave me and my friend a free 7 miles bag for sharing their drink with TikTok and instagram. My friend also bought me a boba figure and it was so cute. I loved the Oreo cookie milk tea and if you like Oreo's then if you don't get this you're missing out. I also loved the workers attitude because they look like they love their job and I appreciate that. This is my go to boba place because it is so close to me ( I live in homecoming 5 minutes away from there). Walking in I really liked the modern and ergonomic vibe of the shop. I was greeted by the cashier; she seemed nice. Ordered using their kiosk but waited around 16 minutes for two drinks. When I walked in there was only one other person in the shop, but as I waited more people entered. Four drinks were given out to four other customers who all arrived and ordered later than me. I got an oolong milk tea with boba; it was lacking any tea flavor and all I could taste was the milk. The other drink I ordered was a strawberry oreo drink; not refreshing (barely cold) and could only taste the Oreo flavor. The boba was a little overcooked in one drink but in the other it tasted fine...overall very inconsistent. Hopefully this shop can improve their efficiency and execution of these drinks with time. read more

7 Miles Tea Lab has become one of my favorite spots lately! The drinks are seriously amazing -- super refreshing, great tea flavor, and not overly sweet like a lot of other boba places. The quality feels very premium. But the biggest surprise was the Cheesetella cakes on the weekends They have these super soft, fluffy Japanese-style castella cheesecakes that literally melt in your mouth. The Original Cheesetella was incredible, and the Chocotella was dangerously good too. Perfect combo with their drinks. The atmosphere is clean, trendy, and relaxing, and the staff was really friendly even when it got busy. Definitely feels like a hidden gem in the area. I recently discovered 7 Miles Boba Shop and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots! I've tried several of their drinks, but the Mango Pomelo with sago boba (medium sweet) is hands down my go-to. I recently picked up an order from 7 Miles Tea in Chino for myself and my team at Blue Collar Movement LLC, and everyone loved their drinks. I stopped by 7 Miles Boba Tea on a whim and I'm so glad I did! I got the blended sesame seed drink and it was sooo yummy. I went with 30% sweetness and it was perfect! not too sweet, but not bland either. I also love that they offer a $3 random drink option, which is such a fun idea if you're indecisive. Cute new boba place. I love getting the Belgium Cookie Milk Tea which is creamy and slightly sweet. Their fruit smoothies are good too. They taste like they are made with fresh fruit. The person making my drink was nice and suggested black tea instead of green tea, which I didn't mine. I received my drink and quickly left to drive back to work. Their almond milk tea is subtle. Much water, less tea, and barely any almond taste. Their boba is chewy like taro or mochi jelly, but bland. Absolutely bland. So bland that I couldn't really fathom finishing my drink. I didn't reach the halfway mark and just tossed the rest. I don't think I will be back. I should have stuck to my choices, because the boba and tea aren't good. Surprisingly when they have such high ratings. I'd rather spend my money on a different boba place.

The small lemon tart was interesting, I think the lemon tasted different than I expected but I did appreciate the crunch factor layered on top. The mochi scones they serve are actually so good! Scones are usually brittle, but this mochi scone they have is really delicious, you can taste the strawberry in every bite and it doesn't taste artificial! The mochi is so good and they warm it for you and it's just soft, fluffy and melty, I would honestly come back to buy a few of these. I also ate it the next day and after microwaving it for a few seconds, it was just as fresh as the day before! I also ordered the mango panna cotta which was awesome, it's higher in price but they give you a huge portion of the dessert! Usually places either have a flavorful breaded fried tofu or they use dry seasoning(generally something a little spicy) after frying. Instead this was basically tofu + a soy sauce based shopping sauce from what I tasted. I was expecting more of a sweet and sour or spicy sauce. Overall felt kinda bland and the sauce was forgettable. I want to again say that the drink and tofu are not necessarily bad, but they weren't in my realm of expectation or my taste. If I still worked in the area, I would maybe give this place another 2 to 3 tries to see if it would be a study/work spot. If you like the drinks, this would definitely be a nice place to work or study at.
