Michael is a wonderful host and our experience certainly was amazing with his demeanor and personality. He made our group feel welcomed and valued the entire time. I found out that he is also a Taurus and we got even more excited. Happy Birthday Michael! I reserved the large room and stayed waitlisted for the VIP. Our room was filled to capacity and it was still comfy. The sound system was so much better than a much more expensive venue that I tried 2 years ago. There I could hear everyone screaming in all the other rooms and every noise including doors opening and closing ruined the singing. At Karaoke Q, there were better acoustics and I never heard a peep from any of the other rooms unless I opened our door. We used YouTube to cue our music and that was easy. I appreciate that there was projection in front and back so you were able to see and sing from different places. The star of the night was all of the fantastic food. Geez! I can't stop thinking about all of the tasty dishes. I ordered 20 Soy Garlic wings. 20 breaded plain wings. Fried Tofu. Fries. Onion rings. Sweet potato fries. Mozzarella Sticks and we literally tried all of the sojus. I probably went through like 15 of them. I also included bottles of Prosecco at the end of the night to enjoy with my cake. They allow you to bring one in, but nothing else. Hey! I can't say anything bad about this place. I'm ready to throw another party or sit there alone and sing my heart out. I'm going back for sure.

Service was pretty fast and workers were attentive. Only thing is the connection was a bit bad while using the YouTube karaoke lyrics but thats not their fault. Kimchi soup was CRAZY good we really enjoyed it and got the buy 2 soju get 1 free. I believe if you don't open the soju you can take them but don't quote me. Fun experience!

There's an open bar with tables when you walk in, and you can either hang out there or rent a private area for your group to sing their hearts out. I was honestly a little worried about it being crowded, dirty, and hard to get around when I checked Yelp before coming, but everything was perfect when we arrived. From the moment we called to book up to the checking out our bill, everything went smoothly. Our guests absolutely loved it! It's about 10 miles from the Strip, but the drive was totally worth it! I just wish they had more food options and extra microphones, but overall, we had a blast! I think we'll definitely add this to our Vegas itinerary whenever we visit! We were charged $700+ for the whole thing (you don't have to go that far--it's just me who ordered too much). I must have ordered way too much food and drinks for a group of 20.

The place looks amazing, and I think it is more of a place to book an appointment in advance for a big event. There were not menus available, and the tablets were in the room to pick songs. You also had to put a credit card for drinks and whatnot at the counter. Me and a friend ended up spending two hours, and I was assuming that they would tell you when your time is up. They did not, which seemed kind of odd because why would the customer need to keep track that. Spent 50$ dollars than I expected because I was confused. The owner was there, but please have some people who know the policies. The girl at the bar seemed accommodating, but the males at the counter did not seem to communicate as much to find information. Overall, would go to another venue to chill out.

Age range in our group was 21-60 so wanted to make sure everyone was going to enjoy. The R&B night caught my eye. I went on site BUT having a promoter to set it up was the best buffer because ours was easy to get a hold of and he kept us on the loop about everything as well as answer all questions since no one in our party has been there. Here's his contact. Brian Pfeiffer vip host for On The Record his cell is 773-459-8133. Reach out to him to find you a place for your event! The unknown worries me a little but I trusted him. Wow did her deliver! He situated us perfectly where we got the Kareoke room AND a table just outside. Let's just say after the night ended - our 21 yrs old said "it was way better than I expected" I believe due to the placement Brian put us at and being able to accommodate a party of 15 perfectly. To have the kareoke room and table to dance outside was the BEST. It was exactly what I hoped for and got. Both were used ALL night. My husband and entire party had the best time! Talking and posting about it for days it was so fun!

"Thunder nah nah nah, the thunder of guns blew me away," these are the famous lyrics from AC/DC…read more"Thunderstruck!" What a lure? Plus I needed another drink mine was only half full! This lounge has a fantastic name, the Underground; plus they play music with the videos on huge televisions. The music is of the rocking and rolling type with loud thumping bass and electric guitars. Sounds amazing so I feel right at home without even trying. When I visited on this occasion the bar had customers enjoying their drinks around the bar while trying to figure out how to hit it big on the gambling machines. As I walked in further the bartender was busy filling drink orders, but she nodded my way showing that she saw me. So great tunes, alcohol, and good service; we have a winner! When the bartender came over she was busy but still took the time to ask me how I was doing, we did the dance of social properness then I gave her my drink order of three margaritas with salt. I was by myself when I wandered away from the boys gambling wanting to explore this hotel more which is how I stumbled on this lounge. She did not inquire about where the other two individuals were either. It appears that this bar serves up multiple drinks at once all the time. The margaritas were delicious and served with prompt delivery and service. Although, I did not know they were going to be frozen; it appears this is a special that they offer here at the Hooters Hotel. The price of the frozen margaritas were a buck each, but one always says, you get what you pay for. The quality of the dollar margaritas was fairly good. On the next round the gents made their way over here to join me at the Underground, this time I asked the bartender for margaritas that were shaken and not stirred. As she shakes the tequila and ice around the glasses with salt are all ready to receive the contents from the shaker. These margaritas are on the rocks and one drink is all you need to know this is heaven in a glass. I have enjoyed many many margaritas all over the strip, aside as a comparison the margaritas on the rocks quality is equally as amazing as Sammy's place! One cannot top the Red Rocker when it comes to phenomenal margaritas, but the ones here are a close second. The prices are much better here too. The three margaritas on the rocks were $4.00 a piece. The bartenders here at the Underground Longe are very professional and talented. Seeing the prior reviews where the bartender is unprofessional and unpleasant seem to be personal bias that individuals hold. Maybe somedays we have bad days and experiences with our bartenders, luckily I got a fantastic bartender two different times that made killer drinks. Always remember to tip your bartenders it works out great for you and them. You will notice your drinks getting stronger the longer you drink because you are making them happy with green paper. Everybody wins in this situation! The actual bar area itself is surprisingly surrounded by a huge lounge that I mentioned before plays music videos with rock music. One can't help but be lured by the singing sirens of the 80s. I answered by sitting in the lobby to drink my margaritas while enjoying the beautiful noise coming from the television on the wall. The chairs and tables are not the greatest but they are typical pub style seating. At least the tables and chairs can take abuse since they are made extremely well. The flat screens are large and loud, they spared no expense when it came to the entertainment. The lighting is low and dark around the bar, but the seating area close to the televisions is a little brighter, but there are game tables in the back of the Underground. While I did not see anyone playing these games, they are here to entertain one if the alcohol and music is not enough. Or if you seek further excitement after gambling at the bar these games are offered for free! Now that you have the secrets to the Underground Lounge it is time for your visit here . There is no secret knock or password to get in! They only accept American money here at the Underground. The margaritas are best served shaken over ice with salt. The dollar margaritas are slushy style but tasty. On a tight budget the inexpensive margaritas are always golden. With the lounge being so large and when drinking sometimes food is necessary. One can bring food from Hooters or Steak n' Shake located in the hotel. We went from the bar to Hooters and you can bring your margaritas with you to the restaurant. It's so convenient no rush drinking them. The tunes may make you stay longer here, but where else do they play music videos from the greatest glamour era !
