Breakfast. Chicken and waffle plate, Peanut butter and banana pancakes.
    Ariyana J.

I've been meaning to leave a review. On the way back from my sisters house (who lives in San Leandro) we stopped at this spot for some breakfast. I was craving the chicken and waffles. My bf got the peanut butter and banana pancakes. Everything was delicious and freshly made. Presentation of food was immaculate. The servers were absolutely wonderful. I loved the way the inside of the cafe looked too. The only thing I would say is I wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger. Definitely would recommend this place for some yummy food!

Smoked salmon Benedict. Huge amount of food!

Quieter than I expected for a Sunday morning. We'd planned to eat at Huckleberries but their doors were chained. Service seems to be fast today, server is super friendly and helpful. I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict. Huge amount of food (at least for me). Pretty tasty! Smoked salmon, red onions, tomato, capers. I ordered the country potatoes side. Orange juice is fresh squeezed. Mark ordered California (loaded) scramble & hashbrowns (which could've been a little crispier) & side biscuits & gravy, which was a thin white gravy without sausage . Overall, food was fresh & tasty.

You're welcomed immediately by the hostess as you walk in

I love this place! A great find on Yelp!! (1) Good food, reasonable prices, (2) friendly and prompt service; and a (3) nice, roomy and clean environment will keep me coming back! I'm not a big fan of American breakfasts as the food is typically heavy on the oil and butter, and almost always too salty. BUT NOT at 833 Brick Cafe!! We had a party of 2 and the DENVER Omelette came highly recommended. The server was quick and friendly, got us our water and coffee right away, then took our orders very quickly. Seamless great service! I ordered my omelette on the softer side and it came just that. The ingredients were fresh and tasty (seasoned just enough and not too salty; which is one of my biggest complaints of dining out). And the part that impressed me most is the hash brown--- browned perfectly with a slight crisp, and yet it is not greasy at all! What a delight! We stayed; enjoyed our cups of coffee (free refills!), and sat for a bit while dining... all relaxed in a nice in-rushed environment. Really enjoyed the food, service and ambience here. 5 STARS!

Love love loved it here! It was our anniversary and we decided to check out 833 brick cafe, because you know, yelp said so! Haha We wanted to try a fee things so we got: Meat lovers omelette-- PACKED with meat! Def worth it! Breakfast burrito- had a spinach tortilla and was yummy! Kids egg breakfast- this was honestly a lot for a kids meal and definitely worth the price! Strawberry banana Bwaffle-- ordered with no whip and no butter (though I'm sure it'd be delicious with it!) Biscuits and gravy- these came cut in half and perfect for sharing Overall, we had such a great experience with delicious food! AND ITS SUPER AFFORDABLE! We were shocked that our bill came out to around $55 for all that food. (That was like 2 entrees at another breakfast spot we tried recently )

I really liked the vegetarian omelet it was very good, the "hashbrowns" not so much and the biscuit was old and hard. The day I was there it was quiet the server/host/bartender and all around hardworking guy was cool. But I can't get passed those soggy potatoes they called hashbrowns. I will not be going back.

    Side of sausage Patties. Delicious.

Great food, and good service. If you are small eater you can get away with sharing. We went on a Sunday and it was surprisingly calm. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms. We ordered fries but never got them. We enjoyed our breakfast and would go back.

My biggest complaint was about the wait time to get a table for two on a farmers market Sunday. I see the reason why they were busy but we were quoted 20-30 mts and got seated an hour later! We'll definitely come back (need to try the French toast and the waffles) but plan better next time I guess.

Not sure if it was the kitchen or the server but they got it all wrong. 1) Mocha arrived the table late and did not have whipped cream as requested - then we asked if it was decaffeinated and the lady could not confirm... so they said they would make another. 2) Once again it did not have whipped cream. 3) their breakfast order was incorrect over easy eggs (they ordered scrambled) and hash browns (they ordered skillet potatoes) I ordered Chicken Fried Steak and it was good. Cooked well, ratio even, and gravy was super flavorful. Over medium eggs were also cooked perfectly (all white cooked with runny center). I also substituted the toast for a single Lemon Ricotta Pancake - that was also very good! The lemon curd was a great addition!!! The portions are large and quite expensive... so you may want to consider to share a meal. Street parking is limited... so be prepared to drive around to look for a spot. 4 stars instead of 5 ... But like I said - we had a great experience, my brother... not so much. Would I go back? Yes.

This time I had the poblano panini, so full of flavor. We also got the queso egg tacos the blue tortilla is perfect with such robust flavor. Unfortunately I didn't get there in time for the mochi donuts, but I did have the mochi elote cake. Wow, so good. I had to get another slice to go. The brownie cake is rich and moist. The parfait was fresh, with fruit and a honey drizzle. The lavender cookie was delicious, with a very unique flavor profile The only miss was the fresh toast it seemed a bit overcooked. Overall, this place is a gem. There's a parking garage nearby, too.

The inside has a very open-concept, modern vibe that feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There's a good amount of seating indoors, along with some outdoor seating and umbrellas if you want to enjoy the nice weather. The food and drink menu is fairly extensive, and prices are on the moderate side, so it's worth taking a look at all of your options to find something that fits your taste and appetite. Everything I've tried so far has been tasty, satisfying, and filling. If you're dining in and order their house drip coffee, they provide a coffee mug, and the coffee is self-serve along with the available extras. If you decide to take your drip coffee to go, just keep in mind that they only offer one size of to-go cup, and it's not particularly large. If you prefer a bigger cup of coffee, you may be a little disappointed. The staff have always been friendly, welcoming, and professional during my visits. With all of the other options available in Livermore, this is definitely a place worth checking out if you're looking for a good spot downtown to grab some food and a drink.

I almost forgot we had to order first before sitting down lol. I have been on a French Toast kick recently, looking for the best French Toast in the bay. This Ube Stuffed French Toast might have a spot in the top 5. I scarfed this down in like... 10 minutes but it was so good. Ube custard wasn't overwhelming. None of this was overwhelmingly sweet even though it presents itself like a dessert. I have a sweet tooth tho so take that with a grain of salt lol. I only used a little bit of syrup but could've easily went without it. The banana in the middle was perfectly ripe and gave a nice relief of sweet freshness. Toast was thick brioche toast so not the lil flimsy slices of bread. Because this was $22 + tax and tip... I will try to recreate this at home. Their napkins had a nice message on it!
