This place was super good. The reason I'm giving them four stars is because of location. There is no street signage. I literally drove right past it and went to a barbecue joint in the same shopping center. I still couldn't find it and went to another smoothie place, in the same complex as then. I was really craving Boba otherwise I would've just settled and got a smoothie. Luckily, the staff there pointed out where 8Teas was for me. Again, no complaints on the service or the drink. It was impeccable just location.

Stopped by to satisfy a quick boba craving, and even though it was a little out of the way in Rancho Cordova, I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place was. It's a very unsuspecting storefront on the side of the main road; some seating but mainly a to-go kind of spot. A little pricy but to be expected with boba usually. It was almost 20$ after tip for 2 drinks (one being a smaller refresher). I ordered a mango fruit tea with boba and lychee jelly, 50% ice and 50% sweetness, and the worker made it perfectly. The boba was fresh and it really hit the spot. I also loved that they have a kiosk/tablet to order from. Not only is it great for introverts (me on occasion), but it's also fun to explore the menu and poke around that way. I also tried the passionfruit refresher with boba and mango stars (75% sweetness, 50% ice) and it was delicious. They definitely pay attention to customizations and sweetness levels, and if you're in the area for whatever reason, like playing soccer or baseball at Mather, this is the perfect spot to stop by after.

I always make a point to visit this boba shop whenever I'm in the area. Definitely the best boba shop in Rancho Cordova. On this visit I had the House Milktea with 75% sweetness with Brown Sugar Boba, and it was super yummy. Service was fast as my drink was made very quickly. The drink had the perfect amount of ice and a generous serving of boba. Their boba is consistently perfectly chewy and not overcooked or too soft like other places. The tea flavor was prominent, and the 75% sweetness level was just right, making it not too sweet at all. The shop itself is small with a couple seats but it is exceptionally clean and feels airy due to the large, bright front windows.

Over the years living in the Sacramento area and visiting the Bay Area on a frequent basis, I've grown quite accustomed to the bubble tea/boba drinks. Much to my surprise, I stumbled across "8Teas Bubble" in the Rancho Cordova area. Located directly on Mather Field Rd and tucked in between International Dr. and Peter A McCuen Blvd, this place has been dishing out delicious drinks, smoothies, and other various beverages since mid-2022. I came here on a whim as I was craving an iced cold boba and low and behold, I stumbled across this place. Parking is not difficult to find as this is in a much quieter area of Rancho Cordova. The exterior of the building isn't anything fancy expect for the name of the business with a cartoon of a green matcha boba drink. The inside is also very tiny but still has about 4-5 chairs in case you wish to enjoy your beverage indoors. The fake grass along the wall with several frames with quotes/phrases along the burnt-orange wall only adds to some of the charm this place offers. As is the case in many other boba tea places I've been to, this place offers a huge selection of milk tea, fruit tea, fresh milks, slushies, herbal tea, refreshers, and much more. And for those that wish to partake in sweet baked goods, they offer a nice variety of macaroons. During my visit which was the afternoon of Saturday 11/9/2024 at around 1:30pm, I ended up ordering a "Brown Sugar" milk tea (at 50% sweetness) minus the boba/tapioca pearls. Since there were other customers, this took roughly 10 minutes. My drink was handed to me and tasted amazingly refreshing. Not too sweet and a perfect consistency. As an added bonus, one of the employees also gave me a complimentary "crème brûlée Macaroon". This was the perfect addition to my drink and although I had just eaten lunch 30 minutes prior to coming here, I could not resist how delicious this was. All in all, "8Teas Bubble" is a great above average small business that I highly recommend. Great service, delicious drinks, and generous hours as they are open until 10:00pm 7 days a week while opening hours can vary. My rating, an above average four stars.

The drinks were not very memorable but not bad. I usually get 50-75% sweet at most places but thought 100% was more mild than those percentages for my mango fruit tea. My partner's kumquat fruit tea had a good flavor despite being 0% sugar - the syrup probably has more sugar content I suppose. They were giving out a free macaron with each drink purchase when we went, and I would definitely come again for the macarons. So good! There was not only buttercream filling but jam too. The buttercream was rich and flavorful, and the shells seemed fresh.

I LOVE Bobba Fruit Tea. Most places do not offer much of a flavor selection for Boba without milk. So, finding a place that has a variety of fruit teas is wonderful! Kumquat & Lemon is my favorite. It's all I will order when I can find it. Their's is delicious! This establishment is a small store front that sells tea only. They have 2 tables if you'd like to drink your beverage there. However, the service is fast and great if you want to get something cool and refreshing while you're on the run. They have ample parking also. Lots of small businesses are struggling right now. Please stop by this place, at least once, and give them a try. Thank you!

Stopped by on a whim since I was grabbing food next door. Upon walking in, it was pretty packed as it's a small shop. It's hard to see the workers since they're behind a tall work station so I wasn't greeted until I was at the cashier placing an order. Overrall, compared to the cup size, it's a bit pricey for what you get. Brown sugar boba had a good chew, but tasted pretty average & not much flavor. 9/10 - Mango Slushie: really yummy mango flavor & super refreshing; no boba needed since it didn't add anything to enhance the drink. 8/10 - Velvet (Taro & Thai): not very sweet at all so would recommend to add sweetness; taro & thai flavors were mild

The ambience is nice, it's more like a grab and go boba place. However, with the oolong milk tea we did not taste any tea flavor at all :(. Reading the other reviews, I thought the milk tea was gonna be good but it mainly tastes like milk with the smallest tea flavor at the very end. In addition the boba is not sweet as well :(. The honeydew slush was also very icy and very sweet. I would definitely not come back again for milk tea. :(

The place is very nice and tidy. The drinks are very tasty and there's a wide selection to choose from. They have a drink of the week that is very cheap starting at $4 at a small that's a random drink every week and the drinks they offer are usually good in my opinion. Would recommend this place if you're up jn Rancho Cordova!

8Teas Bubble is conveniently located across Mather Sports Complex where I frequent multiple times a week to support my husband playing softball. At least once a week I will tell him to go to 8Teas Bubble because I need a pick me up before a game. I absolutely love the options here, how small it is and how nice the employees are. I have had special teas, milk tea and baked macarons here. I cannot wait to try milkshakes, slushies, and herbal tea. My go to drinks consist of Velvet and Hulk. Lately, I have been adding coffee jelly to my drinks which I recommend adding other toppings such as popping boba, jelly and one day I would love to add strawberry hearts to my drinks, they just sound so fun! This place is great. There's plenty of parking out front and you will receive your drink in a decent amount of time from placing your order. I highly recommend for any tea lover.

decent drinks, nothing too special. we ordered a matcha milk with boba (which was good) and a house milk tea with boba, it was bland and tasted watered down. a bit disappointing since it's a basic/ classic drink. they also sell macaroons. small place inside, just a few waiting seats. parking lot out front. servers were nice! The tea was really nice. The barista even let me sample their boba. They explained that they cooked boba fresh every day. It tasted like brown sugar and was soft and not too chewy. It was very nice. Now about the macaroons- bright colors smooth, and just enough chewy. Each color in the multipack is a different flavor. I'll be back! I enjoyed this very nice treat! read more

SUPER happy another boba place has opened up in the Sacramento area. A little far from me but totally worth the drive especially when we do our KP market grocery runs. Love the tapioca pearls (boba). Randomly saw this place on yelp so decided to check it out since it was so close. Got the house milk tea and matcha milk tea, both with boba. The teas were on the lighter side, which I liked, and the boba was nice and chewy as well. So far so good. Will be coming back again soon. Nice little spot with amazing boba. The flavors were one of the best I've ever had in boba. We got a taro milk tea with boba, Brown sugar milk tea with boba, house milk tea with boba, and mango fruit tea with mango stars. We also got macarons (fruity pebble, Thai tea, and cookies and cream). The only thing we didn't like were the macarons. They didn't seem fresh because they were very hard. But it doesn't matter because the customer service was amazing. The house milk tea wasn't sweet at first but they happily remade it free of charge and gave us samples until we were satisfied with the sweetness level. We also sampled the mango stars before purchasing. The girl who helped us was wearing a Grogu sweatshirt and she was very kind. We'll definitely be back again! read more

Found this place after yelping for a new boba place in the area. There weren't many options. It's a pretty small place in a not so friendly dining location. It doesn't look new at all not inside and out despite just opening not long ago. We walked in and the two staff members did not say hi or acknowledged us coming in. They left the counter to go make other customer's drinks but they had a kiosk so we ordered there. We got a few drinks and they weren't the greatest. They are all pretty bland, especially after the ice melted. Not much flavor and sugar level was too low for our tastes. Overall a solid 3. Hopefully they'll improved in the future because it is convenient. read more

We have been here multiple times and they never disappoint! I always get the mango fruit tea with boba and it's one of the best I have ever had and I am pretty picky about my boba tea! My son and boyfriend love the Lemon Kumquat fruit tea. We have also tried the Honey Dew slushie, which is great! My daughter's favorite is the Passionfruit slushie. My mom has also tried the matcha which she loved! The owner is very friendly and always remembers us! She provides great customer service and makes great drinks! I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for great boba! read more

There are many boba places near our place in Roseville , but this place was definitely the best. and it's the place that I recommend. open later than other boba places but it's in the middle of no where. The worker is super nice and greets you. I asked for a recommendation and they took my order, I wish they asked me if I wanted to adjust the sugar levels because the drink was just too sweet for $9.00 for a large drink. That's a meal elsewhere. This was my second time trying this place and I was reminded why I did come back, the quality of the drink was not worth the price in my opinion, but definitely a last resort boba spot when the rest are closed. read more

Delicious boba drink in a quaint, cute space. They have lots of options and it's nice that they serve customized tea flavor too, on top of the regular tea flavors. It's nice that there's another boba place in Rancho Cordova that we can go to for our boba fix. The staff is pretty friendly, as well. I will come back and order more boba from 8Teas! read more

I work close by and wanted to give this place a try. First, I asked the cashier what the difference was between their "house milk tea" and "black milk tea", her reply "different tea leaves" - ok, thanks that was a very helpful response. I shouldve just left at that point but was still curious if this was a good baba spot to come back during lunch. So, I ordered a small, house milk tea, half sweet with boba. That was a bad choice, it tasted watered down and it cost nearly $6. Perhaps their specialty drinks are good but most definitely not their house milk tea. read more

What a neat little gem. They have only been open for a month but there is something special about a family business like this one is. I tried the "all well" tea. We went here after the visit to VA Hospital, and we ordered Dirty Thai Tea with Boba and Lychee jelly. It is 100% delicious. We also get strawberry cheesecake macaroons, and it sooooooooo good, tasty, and appetizing! Sadly, we only get one. We'll be back here again next visit! read more

Was excited to try a new boba place. Found them in Rancho and had to stop in. At first I was a little skeptical because of the area but I stopped by anyways. Super simple inside with a simple menu. Sometimes less is more, which means there's more thought and quality that is put into making the teas. Had the mango jasmine green tea and litchi black tea. Mango GT was very refreshing and has a perfectly balanced sweetness and mango taste. I'm not a fan of black tea but the litchi BT was not bad at all. It's run by a mom and daughter duo and they were super sweet. Glad to be able to support a small local business. I will definitely stop by during my lunch for some refreshing fruit teas. By the way...the mango GT was one of the best I have tried so far. =D read more

The star of the show was their macarons! Their macarons are loaded in flavor and have some unique flavors you won't find anywhere else. The tea was sweet and delicious. They have most of the main flavors that boba shops have. The Dirty Thai was the best one we had. Will be back to try the Taro or Velvet. The only thing that I believe could improve if the boba was coated in a brown sugar caramel of such. read more

We had our soft opening in April 2022, but was established in August 2020. Our love for teas, and tapioca pearls or "boba", were the foundation when we decided to open a tea shop. We visited Taiwan to explore what the authentic milk tea tastes like and try to recreate that experience in our shop. We aim to provide quality ingredients, authentic taste, and at a reasonable price with our drinks.

My daughter is allergic to everything, soy, dairy, egg, fish & shellfish. She can safely eat out at 4 places, and Caring Kitchen is one of them. We stop by every time there is a birthday party to pick up a cupcake so she can be included with her peers. We stop by for fun, we stop by because everyone deserves to be able to go to a store and say pick what you want. Now, for those of you who are like us and are worried about some cross contamination, Rancho does have nuts and soy. We have never had an issue with cross contamination with soy, everything is clearly labeled, and the team does a great job confirming any allergy's. I would double check depending on your nut severity, but many things seem to be pre-wrapped for this reason. The other location is even more allergy free (nut and soy free). I cannot reccomendation this company more, you will pay for the quality, but also for the safety, amazing taste and everything else that comes with a great bakery.

I recently visited 8Teas Bubble and I have to say, it's my new favorite place! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered the mango milkshake and it was delicious - so refreshing and perfectly sweetened. What really impressed me, though, was the amazing customer service. I realized after leaving that I had forgotten my credit card there. I called back and the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it, making sure it was secure and holding onto it until I could come back and pick it up. Overall, I highly recommend 8Teas Bubble. The drinks are amazing and the service is top-notch. I'll definitely be back soon! read more
