They went as far as putting 2015 tires that were very weathered on my car and blew out as I was getting off the freeway I'm lucky I'm f*cking alive and my car is a 2016!!! Best costumer service from Adrian, downfall 5 months later I still haven't received my vehicle registration & license plate, I've reached out them multiple times & majority of the time the answer I get is "oh person (Thomas) who deals with that isn't here" I've sent emails to Thomas & spoke ONCE with him, no replies on email, he said he'll get back to me on Monday...2months later (today) I went to DMV they said that they never sent in the title to dmv to finish the process. My paper license plate is faded out, if I get pulled over & car towed will they give me the money to get my car out of the pound? They need to get their shit together & going. I didn't buy a car to sit in my driveway because I have no license plate!!!! I'm really close to driving out there (2 hours away from where I live) & go see if Thomas isn't really at work. My husband purchased a subaru impreza from this dealership and one week later the tranny went out. After a full inspection by a certified mechanic he told us the car had been that way for sometime. We returned the car with the service note and the owner said all he could do was split the price of a new tranny. Imagine buying a car and one week later finding out it was a lemon! Well where do I start with my freaking frustrations!!!!!Just went in Friday & got a car which I was more than greatful for because of my credit and repo situation. Tom the sales person I felt helped me out a lot. At the time I felt like I was treated good because I arrived at 10 & didn't leave until 4. Now come Tuesday I'm driving it is starting to shutter and vibrate. Told them about it and I was told to come back down. The mechanic looked at it for me and we rolled it around the corner. Got back to the dealership and was told to go wait in the waiting area. He comes back a few minutes later and told me I have to call around to different ford dealerships about a transmission clutch warranty. Do just that but two different places said it expired and a clutch repair costs up to a 1000 or more!!! Problem is I just put down 1100 for my down payment & have to put down another 900 because all together the down payment is 2000. So instead of me enjoying my car, I have the stress of paying more than what I was expected & the most I was told that the car mechanic can do is change the transmission fluid to see if that stops it. Why should I have to pay for work on a car I just got & haven't even had a full week. I guess I will be seeing you guys in court. Went in the purchase a auto, on first entering the business we were totally ignored. There was no customers in the business. The persons in the business saw us but didn't acknowledge we were there. As we were about to leave I said hello to one. He ran down deal quickly what he needed which was not at all like their ad and very dry. Then offer junk for more money down. We left and I emailed him about his actions he apologized for his business but act like it was someone else who did it (he didn't introduce himself) I found out it was the manager himself. I think their behavior kept us from purchasing the 2008 Toyota lemon out back with alot so full in the front you couldn't fit another car in, why would you quickly offer a 2008 Toyota outback for 4 times more than your $399 down payment you advertised and when a customer bring it to you your total lack of respect, you make a joke and say you are sorry can you tell me who did it. Of course he remembers, it was raining and we were his only customers. It was a joke to him. I had a really horrible experience dealing with this dealership. I purchased an old 2011 BMW. I put $4500 down. Prior days before getting the vehicle I put 2K down. I was not able to drive off of the lot until I had the full amount. A few days passed and I come in with the rest of the amount. They sold me the car. I didn't even have the car for two months. They repossessed my vehicle because of a miss communication of a missed payment. I paid the first months payment. Me and the dealership resolved the issue and they told me they were not going to take my car. The next day they tell me to make my new months payment before the actual due date. I made the payment for the second month and Tom came and took my vehicle himself. He then told me he is not responsible for the payments I have made and to call the bank. I called the bank I financed with and they told me that Tom the "dealer" was in charge of that. This man is a scammer. He will take all your money, and still repossess your vehicle. He is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and does not care of any of his customers. He just wants money. He has been threatening to sue me, and put me in a bigger hole than I am in. I try to communicate with him but he will not. He hangs up and yells each time I try having a conversation. He also offered to give me 3K back. But initially I put 4,500 down and with both payments made it comes up to about 6 grand. This was a waste of my money. I don't have a vehicle and it's a big inconvenience. Please anyone looking to come to purchase a vehicle here, don't. They are scammers. Tom only cares about himself. read more
