Honest, and skilled, what a combination! I drive a mobility converted Toyota Sienna. The exhaust system began making a very loud, guttural sound and I was panicking that it would cost me a fortune. Toyota dealerships won't service the exhaust system because it's been converted. Clearly frazzled, confused, and desperate, I brought the vehicle to 954 Mufflers and spoke with Willie. They took it up on the lift (after making special arrangements for it because it rides low to the ground), and after a short period of time, brought it back down. I recently had an issue with my BMW's muffler and visited several places to get it looked at. The first shop told me to go to BMW and have them replace the muffler. The second place told me to order a new muffler on Amazon, and they would install it for $500. My third stop was at 954 Mufflers. The mechanic took the time to lift my vehicle and thoroughly inspect where the sound was coming from. He discovered that due to recent floods, the muffler just needed some WD-40 applied to a small hole. The entire team there is very professional and educational. They had the patience to go over pricing with me and the best way to set up my exhaust system. Some might say they charge a little high but I'd say it's worth the price. I took my dodge charger Gt to them, they replaced my mid muffler with a flow master super 10 that I bought online and brought to them to install, they removed my rear muffler and added 5inch exhaust tips. Went here to get my M-Performance muffler installed, I left with the biggest smile on my face. Absolutely amazing staff. They installed my muffler and downpipe perfectly despite it not being a perfect fit. Also one thing that was impressive, i needed my front lip splitter screwed in, i didn't have the screws on me. This was the best car experience I think I have ever had. I was in and out (paid and installed) in less than 15 min. I tried to buy another part and the guy said to wait to see if I relay wanted it (no high pressure sales here/ or unnecessary parts). they did a great job replacing my converters. that ask you to get a tuneup after. which is Ok. JUST MAKE SURE YOU DONT GO NEXT DOOR TO DO IT. He cracked one up my spark plugs installing it. I noticed it started to idle bad and my check engine light came on. but I was half way to NC. when I got there I had it diagnosed and fixed at Toyota. This guy gave me none of my money back. I wish I paid by card. I'd be able to get it reversed. read more
