We were in Longmont visiting some of the great stores in downtown and looked across the street and saw the 99 Bar Saloon. We were hungry for some lunch and it looked like it had some good reviews, so we hopped on over and got a table. I read through the menu and was excited about several of their burgers. I ordered The Breck with cream cheese, cowboy candy, bacon, lettuce and barbecue mayo. The burger was excellent and packed so many flavors. The cowboy candy is actually sweet pickled jalapenos, which gave the burger such a great contrast of flavors and just a little hint of heat. We also shared some fries which I thought were some of the best fries that I have had in a long time. The seasoning on the fries was a treat for the tastebuds, and they were served nice and hot. Our service was spot on, and while the burgers took a little time to come out, it was very reasonable. I rather have hot fresh food than something that comes out quickly and is meh. I look forward to returning to 99 Saloon, but will also want to try some of their other restaurants in the area.

All I can say is Chef/Owner Sean is the real deal. Creative, fun and entertaining. His restaurants are amazing. This evening was fun and took me away from the stress of midweek work. High West Distillery featured menu and drinks. Truly a fun and fantastic place. I guess I would say a complete surprise by looking at the name, but after knowing the history it all makes sense. Named after Sean's family ranch. Super cool place with amazing staff and food.

Well we did have a great time here! We had heard this was the best burger in Longmont. We were seated at the bar, which were seated immediately. The bartender was extremely busy and short-handed. But she was friendly and prompt. She took our order and made an excellent suggestion for my drink. I do like bubbles! We ordered a burger and a fried chicken sandwich and split an order of fries. The fries came out early and they were exceptionally hot, which I love. Our sandwiches were served shortly thereafter and I enjoyed it tremendously. It is a small restaurant / bar, there is street parking.

Loveeeeee this place!! My tattoo artist recommended I stop in for the fried pickles and I couldn't resist. There is a small dive bar feel but with upgraded, cute decor. The food is all phenomenal, I've had the 99 bar burger, the ned, and the Breck so far. The buns are homemade and the beef is local grass fed beef. They have great pickle shots and a nice old fashioned. They have a ton of great looking chicken entrees as well. Docked a star because it gets reallyyyy loud when the place is packed and service is hit or miss, friendly overall but inattentive.

We went back for a return visit after our initial experience on opening day this spring. I think it's safe to say the kinks were worked out! Burgers, fries, and drinks were delicious and super fresh. Service was a little slow but it was BUSY (Saturday afternoon Happy Hour during a day of the dead celebration) so that was understandable. We still felt taken care of at the bar. Oh and another recent reviewer complained that the prickly pear margarita "had no pear taste"...? That might be because prickly pear isn't actually a pear.

We used to order here all the time until we got our door dash order and the burgers were RAW

    How cool is this scene??!!

How cool is this place?! I was only in town one night but could've eaten here seven nights in a row. There were so many interesting things on the menu. I settled on the 99 bar burger with fries and arugula salad. All of it was EXCELLENT!! Pretty slow on a Tuesday night, I'm sure it's busy other nights of the week. Waitress was very friendly and helpful with the tempting menu. I would definitely come back again!

The only downside, if any, and it's not necessarily related to "Biker Jim's", is that you have to pay for parking to eat there. Most of the time, the street parking is all taken because of all the condos around, so you will have to pay for parking, which is a minimum of $8.00 for the daily fee, if there are not games going on a the time you decided to go downtown. Enough of the bad, now the good! We always make it a point to grab some Biker Jims hot dogs when we go to a Rockies game, and they usually only have two or three different dogs there. So it's always a treat to go straight to the restaurant to get something out of the ordinary. My wife picked the Elk Jalapeno and Cheddar, I got the Jack-A-Lope (Jack Rabbit & Antelope), my daughter chose the Elk and Jalapeno, and my son in-law decided on the Louisiana Red Hots. We also purchased some Fried Mac N Cheese traditional and some smothered green chili fries. Now keep in mind, arrived first thing, when the first opened up at 11:00, so it was and quite, but we have been there before when it has been swamped. The atmosphere was nice, the people working there were also nice and helpful with the menu when we had questions. If you are looking for some different type of hot dogs, give this place a try, you won't regret it. Also, if you're at a Rockies game, this establishment is located on the 3rd level above home base.

Honestly pretty mediocre, not anything really special and too expensive for a hot dog.read more

After one of my go-to nearby restaurants closed down, I decided to venture here for a burger. This place rocks! Boss Burgers and Gyros reminds me of a classic dive that we all know and love. Nothing fancy, no frills, no fuss, no pretentiousness, just tasty food at an affordable price. You order at the counter and the cashier gives you a table number. Plenty of outdoor seating with some indoor seating as well. This place gets pretty busy, but the staff hustles. Kitchen is cranking out relatively quick ticket times so you don't have to wait that long at all. For a cheeseburger with bacon and jalapeños and an order of cheese fries, this was $14 and change. And I added the bacon and jalapeños to the burger! In Denver, this would be $25, haha. The cheese fries (small) were really enough for two people. So you get your money's worth after a day exhausting yourself at RMNP. Burger was great. I added some mustard to mine at the table. It comes with LTO, ketchup, and mayo. This tastes like what you want at a backyard BBQ. Served on a red plastic tray with paper lining, this mom and pop place dishes humble food without breaking the bank. Bacon was crispy, cheese was melty, I had no complaints! Only knock on the cheese fries were that they desperately needed salt. It's not the best burger place of all time, but it doesn't need to be. These are the types of places I love supporting. Will return and maybe try an elk dog next time!
