For 99 cents, you really can't go wrong! I can't believe they're still able to honor that price with today's inflation. The slice was hot, the cheese was stringy, the sauce had a nice sweetness, and the crust had a decent chew. Didn't get the chance to snap a picture because I scarfed my slice down very quickly. Is it Joe's pizza? No. But it's really not that bad and does the trick in a pinch. Just be warned, you will probably have to eat on the go or rest against a little counter attached to the side of the building. We stumbled upon this spot (which is located right across the street from Macy's) and it is one of the only places that actually still has a dollar slice! How is their slice? It is a decent size in width and length for a dollar slice. No complaints there. The slices are fairly crispy too which is my preference. They are very stingy on the sauce though so the slice is fairly dry. Overall though, they have a satisfactory slice and the price is right. read more
