Quoted me a price for work to be performed on my septic system, I contacted a second company and A Advanced was 30 % higher, for the exact same work. A Advanced Stated I needed a new pump, they did not even test it. During the second estimate, they tested the pump while I was standing there watching, the pump was working fine. The "Project Manager" (Salesman), Dustin, very unresponsive to my calls. when he finally called me back, he could not answer my questions, could only read the "technicians" notes. CLUELESS! I received an invoice for work they did not perform. Moral of the story, always get a second estimate. read more

I believe we were grossly overcharged for the services provided. We had our septic/sewer pump light turn on and my mother in law had this company come out. The pump was clogged and needed service. They were able to pull the pump and clean the reservoir of the debris that caused the alarm to trigger. They inspected the pump, and said it was working fine. Less than 24hrs later, they call back and ask if everything is okay and the septic light was lit up again. They returned and drained the clean reservoir, charging us a full price pump fee and found the ball joint had stuck on the motor and was pulling too much current, flipping our breaker. They did not stand by the work, not even after 24hrs after the tech who reinstalled it said the motor was working. Not only that, but a full price pump fee on an already cleaned reservoir? Calling around to other septic companies I found we payed nearly the same price as pumping a full standard septic system, twice, on only a 25 gallon tank. They were shocked when I told them the final bill for both visits relative to the work that was completed. I called customer service to speak with a supervisor about this and share these concerns and was told I would get a call back in 48hrs. However, I received no call back. It's probably because my m-law had paid the invoice on the date of the appointment. Live and learn as they say. We will not be recommending or using your services in the future. read more

Value for work done seemed outrageous. Was quotes 637 for a pump but cost was almost double for added hidden fees. Said the tank was over 1200 gallons so an additional $400 was added but when I looked on the city site, my tank only holds 1200, how can it hold more? Then they hit you with the $75 "crust buster" fee to break up large junks of solid waste, which you would think is part of the job already but apparently it isn't. They also had the audacity to ask me, the customer for a hose and water. I had to help them do their job yet wasn't compensated for my equipment use and water. I would like a $200 refund for my labor/equipment/ water fee as they did for their "crust buster" fee. Don't waste your time, there are other companies that can do the job for you without breaking the bank. My septic alarm went off on Wednesday. I requested a quote through Angie's list online. I was thinking by using Angie's that the service companies would be of highest quality and honesty. I am not going recommend or recommend the companies. I will try to be factual. As I mentioned earlier, my septic alarm went off on Wednesday. A-Advanced Septic through Angie's List came out to my property on Thursday. I was not present, but had someone on the property to show A-Advance Septic where everything is. I checked my bank records when I got home from work Thursday. The amount $706.66 was charge to my card for the service call. I was thinking that the bill was expensive, but ok. I then checked my email from A-Advance Septic. The email had a link to a quote to complete the repairs and pump. The quote for the repairs and pump is $3,618.84. I'd about spilled my drink over myself. I was thinking to myself: the $706.66 charge did not include repairs? I called Gobel Septic out of Centralia. They quoted $500 to pump and will be out this coming Wednesday. Gobel Septic also recommended Roto Rooter Septic (also out of Centralia) to do repairs. Roto Rooter technicians came to perform repairs today (Friday). They were friendly and professional. They troubleshooted and repaired the issues under an hour. The service call AND REPAIR was $389.88. I have no idea how A-Advance came up with the $3,618.84 quote. Again, I want to share my experience, so you can make better informed decisions. read more

AAdvanced lacks communication and integrity, and all they've done is take my money with no results. While out on vacation our septic alarm started to go off. Thankfully AAdvanced was able to come to our home the next day to troubleshoot. But when the technician came, he couldn't find the key to the control panel so he was on-site for only 10 minutes and didn't troubleshoot anything. The key was on the side of the control panel, underneath the latch that secures the key (my neighbor was even able to find it in about 30 seconds without telling him where it was. This technician's name was Christopher Hale. He's lazy and stops at the first sign of an obstacle. If you decide to still go with this company for services, just make sure you don't get Christopher Hale. After I told AAdvanced where the key was, they came out for a second visit. This was a little better and they were actually able to troubleshoot the system. But after the visit, they were only able to guess what was wrong and recommended a rebuild. Once they sent me the estimate via email, I emailed back with some questions. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard back. I spoke with the manager, his name is Kyle, and negotiated a 50% refund for the first visit. It's been a week since that conversation and no refund. To me this shows Kyle isn't a man of his word. I decided to give this review 2 starts instead of 1 just because of how quickly they were always able to come to my home. But if you think about it, maybe they're so available because people already know this is a bad company and went someone else? Either way, I'd stay away from this AAdvanced. read more

I'm sure they do great work, but that was not my experience. A tech came out and poked deep holes in my yard then claimed he needs to use heavy machinery because my septic tank is 4 foot deep. I got an estimate the next day for over 2k. I called another company out and they found my septic tank within minutes using the county posted diagram that this company also had. My tank lid was 10 inches deep. They were wanting to tear up my front yard and over charge me for it. Shame on this company read more

They came out to renovate my drain field and install an overflow alarm on May 2nd. The drain field was renovated. As they trenched the entire yard to install the alarm, the wall of the septic well cracked, they claimed was unrelated to their digging. They back filled everything, and left. The alarm was not hooked up, grass was removed in the area they worked in and the septic well was cracked. I was in contact with Ryan for an estimate for repairs and finishing the alarm. I reached out to him on May 3rd, May 20th, May 27th, June 1st, June 13th, June 26th and July 5th. Every response was that they were waiting on something, then something else. I hired A Advanced to pump a septic for a real estate sale. I made my appointment with Kim, and was told I needed to have a card on file to book the appointment. I explained that I was a listing agent and they would need to invoice my client. I was assured that I would not be charged. I discussed with them that we didn't know the exact location of the lids and asked if they had an as-built for the property, which they assured me they did. They showed up for the pump and were there less than 10 minutes before deciding they couldn't find the lids. They left without even getting a shovel out. I was told they were sending my job to a different department for an estimate to find the lids. I called dispatch at A Advanced immediately to tell them I couldn't wait (I spoke to Malachai) I was under a time crunch so I hired another company who came out the next day and completed the job. Then I noticed a charge to my card for $250, which I called immediately to ask why I was being charged when no work was done. I have been calling and waiting on a response for weeks. They could not get their own tools to work (crustbuster machine). While they worked to get that started they were not using the hose to suck up the waste. We are disappointed with the service we received. First of all, we were charged more than most companies charge. Not only for the pump fee, but the fee to pump the pump chamber. Other companies cut the second pump fee in half. Also, we were told by your company that we needed a new pump. So we got a second opinion. Turns out, we did not need a pump at all! It was working just fine. A few wires were not working properly but the pump was still working. We expect at LEAST to be reimbursed for the troubleshooting fee.
