    Voicing my opinion, I attempted to do business with this company as shown by the attached photo messages. The company responded promptly within an hour or two stating someone would be contacting me to provide an estimate of service. A "week" later not even a phone call/email/text concerning the inquiry. So I wrote them back using YELP to let them know I had not been contacted and I'd be moving on; and as shown my the picture, the owner of this company thought it was a best; rather than potentially apologizing for the delay or showing any type of empathy for the inconvenience: "Heather" states good luck with my search. Is this the day and age we live in with customer service? As an owner I would have picked up the phone and just dialed the potential client. Instead of taking the high road, she chose to take the "I didn't need your business anyway" approach. I had provided my government cell number to this company and they had an opportunity of making things right and they didn't. This warrants/validates the need for this review since the provided experiences are what YELP is all about. I hope your experience goes better, but I personally would do business with any other company. Treatment like that especially from an owner shows the true nature of the business.

    Contacted K&M Electrical to have some recessed lighting installed in my older condo. I needed to have the existing fixture removed and the recessed lighting fixtures put in. My experience from beginning to end was amazing, and the price was very fair especially compared to the bigger more established electrical companies here in SA (Google "electricians in San Antonio" and I called almost every one). I left a message on a Sunday evening and was emailed back that night that I'd be contacted with a general quote. I was called back the very next day to work out the details. Heather called me back with some general questions and then forwarded me onto Marc who needed the technical details. He gave me a range of options on how to get what I needed done from purchasing my own materials to them providing everything. I went with purchasing my own materials because my situation was a little unique (internet connected LED bulbs). While I was informed that because I'd be using my own materials and K&Ms 1-year warranty on the work wouldn't apply, I was assured that I'd be taken care of and the work would be done professionally and right the first time. They were able to schedule me the next morning. Heather called me later that afternoon to confirm the next morning's appt and to make sure the materials I needed to purchase to get the job done were correct. Tuesday morning I was called once again by Heather to give me a status and to let me know K&M were on their way. They were on time and extremely friendly but professional when they arrived. They took a look at what they were going to be doing, gave me some good advice on placement, and then got to work. These guys work fast and precise, measured everything exactly to make sure the lights went in the way I wanted them to. They took the time to explain what they needed to do, and how they'd do it. To sum it up, looking for this type of work can be daunting and the opportunity to overcharge is very easy. K&M made me feel comfortable and confident that they're work was expert and no corners were cut, all at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend these guys to anyone, and definitely plan on using them again. The experience was good enough for me to write my first yelp review as I know how hard it is to find good electrical work at a fair price.

    Came here after recommendations from multiple customers (Next door App) that they were pleased with…read morethe service, price and the "care" of the owner Cyndi towards her customers. Looking for shutters and blinds combo. We met with Dallas and he he was very attentive and took the time to listen to our needs and than focus to show us what we were looking for etc. Didn't try to up sell us which is pleasant thus allowing customers to decide for themselves, yet taking his recommendations into consideration. Ironically, Cyndi was "off" that Saturday but she just happen to swing, so happy to have met her. She "chatted" a little bit and allowed Dallas to take care of us which we were ok with. On Monday we received the multiple quotes from Dallas since we asked for a couple of options. At this point, we've not made the purchase yet.. house is new construction so still a few months out. Next step: We will reach out to Cyndi / Dallas and that we are pleased with the quote provided. Our blind specialist was Julie and she was awesome. She was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She really listened to our desires and kept our budget in mind. She promptly send us a quote and gave us military discount. You pay half deposit when placing the order and then pay the remaining balance after the blinds are installed and you are 100 percent satisfied. We are very pleased with our blinds and every time we have company over we receive tons of compliments on our blinds. Blinded by Delight also have a referral program and they send our cute little handwritten thank you cards once you purchase. I highly recommend them! Be sure to ask for Julie! :)

    Home-tech installations may know how to put up a TV, but they have no clue when it comes to A/V set…read moreup and technical expertise with Hifi systems. Paid over $1000 for work and the most important element A/V was not complete. Calibrated apparently my record player but guess what it isn't working, receiver set up but hey guess what also not working. I would not recommend these guys at all. Aggressive on the text messages, horrible customer service and their bookkeepers are rude. Go elsewhere and stay away from this fake AV installer.

Oh man, have I got a company for you. My partner scheduled an installation for a home theatre. They sent over a "tech" whose job title should really be "wreck" because that's what they did to the wall and projector screen. It was already alarming when my partner noticed they arrived without the proper tools, but the REAL shock was that they arrived without the proper skills. Result: the screen immediately fell off after being "mounted" and ended up damaging the frame and wall in the process. The owner was supposed to arrive after the tech to inspect/finish the job, but he never showed. On top of not knowing how to train his employees, he doesn't know how to use a phone! At least, I have to assume that seeing as he ignored all calls and texts regarding the incident. But alas, my partner is a masochist, and when he was contacted THE NEXT DAY with a fake apology from the owner and a promise to come back and fix it- he agreed. That was his second mistake. The first was hiring this company in the first place. Now, I'm going to tell you a bit of a spoiler to this story: the owner never showed...AGAIN. Oh, I'm sorry, he had the grace to call 2 hours before the appointment and cancel. Don't even think about hiring HomeWRECK Installations. You'll be left in a worse place than when you started. Btw, still don't have a screen up (just a scuffed wall to look at and a sad, damaged screen propped against it). Now THIS should be a movie.
