This was a first visit to this drive through restaurant. Ordered at the kiosk at the drive thru. On arrival at the window was advised was told they were out of the drink I ordered and were sorry. Do not come here. There service is the slowest. You can pull up to the drive thru with nobody or 1 person in line and still wait 30 minutes or more for your food. Nobody tells you to pull to the side. Nobody greets you to tell you sorry for the wait. You will just sit at the window for 15-20 minutes til they decide to come to the window. Worst service. Just go to Mcdonalds or Jack around the corner. You wont regret it. read more

I was so stoked to come across this A&W on my way back from a road trip. There are only a handful of locations in SoCal. The burgers are great--dare I say even better than In-N-Out. This place is amazing I love their soft serve ice creams. And they're mini corn dog nuggets. When I go in there they have about a hundred million flies. Sometimes it smells like sewage in there! This place has been around for many years I ordered a soft serve ice cream in it took them 45 minutes to give to me I was in the Drive-Thru so I got out while my grandma was driving and went inside to order it but we got two free ice creams the wait was so long because there was some lady in front of us that the order was not to her liking so they kept having to change it. Great spot after a day of driving looking for snow! We got the best house made root beer, so fresh and creamy! We had hot dogs, chicken tenders and fries! Hot and Fresh and tasty! We live in Yucaipa, and any time we head to Forest Falls, it's a family tradition to end up at A&W for a root beer float and some cheese curds. We've had the pleasure of chatting with the owner of this particular location, and he is always pleasant. Due to the inability to dine in, the line was long when we were there the other day and the staff decided that it would be appropriate to upgrade our sizes for the delay. First of all, the drive thru is disgusting, the outside counter if filthy and there are quite a few dead flies inside the window behind the register. They take the trash out and leave it right by the drive thru lane, it stinks. The place is antiquated and it shows. Second, sometimes they close before the posted time, I've driven by and the open sign is off and it can be as early as 8:30. Lastly, the older Asian woman is rude and stingy. Trying to get extra catsup is nearly impossible. She's also very short and only speaks when spoken to or taking orders. read more

I got charged for the meal Which on the receipt says it came with fries and I got charged for a side order of onion rings as well. Great customer service! We came in as a big party after doing our family annual trip to greenspot farm. Omar was overly apologetic for our wait time. We didn't mind at all because we were a large group but it is rare to find quality customer service now a days. He even came to check that our orders were perfect after we received our food. Worst customer service! Not even one star... 0000!! You walk in and no one greets you. They know you entered because they just stare at you and walk away. They have no class when being confronted. I confronted them due to their mistake, and two employees yelled and ganged up on me saying it was my fault. This was a manager and an employee They have no accountability and no integrity. We stopped at the A & W on our way to Big Bear. It was absolutely beautiful after the remodel. We had a large Root Beer float and Onion Rings. They were Fantastic! What made it even better is the lady who was working the counter noticed that our Onion rings were in too small of a container because the cook made a mistake.
