The workers and managers here have really stepped their game up and many mistakes in the past have been left there. I have been coming here for a while since it's close to my old house. The other issue was this was old chicken (cooked days prior) that has been sitting under the warming lamps for way too long. We love to support the private and small business operators but we expect to get what a professional food business advertises, good food and won't get us sick from their negligence in straying from their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). That means knowing when to dump the old oil and use fresh oil. The other is to throw out meat when it's no longer suitable for human consumption. For us, it's KFC here from now on.
