I've brought two cars here so far and never disappointed with their service and pricing. My dealership usually charges me about 250 for an alignment but at arrow, it was about 120 for an alignment. I ran over a curb one time and was worried so I brought in my car recently, and the tech was honest and said he ran diagnostics and I didn't need an alignment so they only charged me 60 bucks. This company was referred to me by a good friend. Since the referral I've brought my 2010 4 Runner which was pulling hard to the right after some crazy off-roading. They got her straightened out at a very reasonable price. After my first experience I decided to bring my 72 C10 which was pulling a bit to the left. Donald got me a appointment for only 2 days after my call. Got me right in at 1pm and had Buddy look her over. They got her all straightened out and back on the road. Brought the E-300 in for an alignment after installing new tires. Researched a bit before coming here, of course, as usual. No regrets and yes Yelp guided me right. These guys are great, they are friendly, and to me they know what they are doing. At the end of the day, my alignment was pretty much on point when they checked it, they mentioned they had to make a small adjustment, however that did not warrant them charging me for a full alignment and they only charged me for the check. Wow, I gotta tell you, the stealership wanted $450 for what they did, and my price was in the sub $100. Plus the the Merc stealership was nowhere as friendly and helpful as these guys are. So yes, make an appt and go here. Even though no adjustments had to be made on my car (full alignment, just baby adjustment) I can tell these guys are pros. You can probably get an alignment done for less, but If you want it done right these are the guys! Most places will make sure the steering wheel is straight and send you on your way with an alignment that's "within spec". These guys take their time and do the job right. My ten-year-old travel trailer was wearing the tread off on the insides of the rear tires. I called the RV service department and the service advisor I talked to said they don't do alignments. All they can do is replace the axles at about $1300 each. He referred me to A Arrow and said they were the only shop in town that aligned axles. They're booked up three weeks out but it was worth the wait. They have sophisticated equipment and tools to check the toe in and camber and bend the axles back within factory specs. They got both axles done in an hour and a half for $400. It was tough finding a place to park my rig with 50 ft of truck and trailer, but their neighbor didn't complain when I blocked part of their bay door with the end of my trailer until they could get started on it. I'll definitely go back if I need another alignment or parts replaced. read more

These guys are great! Joe has a very friendly staff who is engaging and skilled and will get you fixed right up! We have been here for our alignment a couple of times on our "big rig" and they do a great job! I would recommend them to anyone and they also opened a body shop off of Blue Diamond so will check that out too! I wanted to say today we went in and Oskar took our rig for a spin before starting our alignment. He pulled us in and did a few tests and said "your well within the factory specifications and we really don't need to do anything". And sent us on our way. What?? Who does that? Holy bumpsteer, Batman! I have not been so excited since all of this COVID19 kicked off. And just like every car person we revert back to the car for solace but, there is breaking it....And there is memories along the trail. Oh well, Habits don't die on this guy. For a number of years I wanted to tackle this Jeep Cherokee that I bought like this but, with 33 mud terrains that eventually blew out and all of the tie rod ends, inner drag link, outer tie rod stripped out. So, I recently changed them all because of "death wobble" more like the inner drag link bolt sheared off on the interstate LOL. Disclaimer: This shop is extremely busy and a good reason for it. One must call and make an appointment. If you can't make your appoint ment, call to cancel. People needs the spot. That is how I got my spot and I thank whoever let me take their spot. Other note: Excitement and thankfulness may occur. I am thinking the owner is Mike M. and boy, I saw like five perfectly parked Jeeps! It is like I felt like a kid at first day of school! I went with my Dad and my sibling and Kylo Ren the dog. it is a small office, the outside bays are flippin' huge! and many of them. One can put a whole buses in it and align stuff I assume. Mike was so nice to spare me a couple minutes. He just walked up to me to tell me about the alignment of the jeep. So, if one was to lift the Jeep or any vehicle for that matter past stock it can throw off the wheels almost under so adjustable control arms are advised. He told me that I can have a slight bump steer when I go through the gears and just how it torques! I thought it was a Jeep thing hahaha. Are you kidding me? I am so pleased about the alignment! I had to smash going up on Washington to get around some old lady going 30. No wobble, It was flippin' straight! What can I ask for! Thank you Mike and the crew at AArrow Alignment.
