Initially brought to firestone and then to a Toyota dealership, and neither of these places understood and performed the services I needed the way A Arrow Alignment has. Chris @ AAA was a true Ace. I was able to show him previous alignment spec sheets and voice my concern without feeling like I was invading his workspace or being judged for "not letting him do his job". He was patient and understood that to eliminate the tire rubbing I was having as a result from replacing the stock wheels and tires with BFG 285/70 and 17x9 -12BS wheels, it required maxing caster positively. The previous places seemed to only ever adjust the lower control arms and met my concern with a shrug and a dismissive "ok yeah we know what to do" whereas Chris was all, "No you have adjustable UCAs, why WOULDN'T you use these?" The runner rides like a dream, and drives as straight as Chris Kyle shot. Will only ever come here and refer everyone to this place. Also, the review left about the camber f#@k boi who blamed them for his tire wear as a result of HIS choosing to 'stance', is the type of unfair and bogus reviews that attempt to stain an otherwise fantastic service provider. I will say the front desk lady seemed a little grumpy - but that in no way affects my alignment, which is the service I was after. If I wanted to be greeted by pleasantries and rainbows, I'd go to an all organic grass fed sustainable spa or something. read more

I was in desperate need of a proper alignment for my offroad vehicle. My tires were scrubbing and my steering wheel was crooked after removing lift spacers on my truck. I had been to 3 other alignment shops before A Arrow and then I came and saw Mike. These guys know "custom" and understand that some vehicles no longer go based off of manufacturer specifications due to aftermarket modifications. Mike saw what my truck needed and got me in and out of the shop in under an hour and a half! The ride was just like factory again and I was tracking straight with my steering wheel no longer crooked. He even explained to me how the alignment machine worked and what he needed to do to get my steering back to normal again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.!!! My dad Morris is 80 years old and brought his jeep with our mechanic Mo to a arrow alignment. Mo dropped it off in Jan. 2024 to fix. we got it out and the jeep had the same problems so Mo my mechanic brought it back to fix for the 2nd time because they didn't fix it right the first time. They never called or emailed us and just kept the jeep for 3 weeks without communication. Mo called him and he tried to say he tried to call Mo but he had 3 different made up numbers in their records. He finally emailed Mo a invoice for 4000 for storage fees but never emailed us a quote or what was wrong. At this point This fraudulent company was trying to steal our $100,000 jeep and they filed paperwork to put a lien on it as well. We went in and paid $4800 in illegal storage fees. They basically extorted money from me. when i asked for an invoice they tried to give me an invoice to not sue them. What a joke. i am going to file a law suit to get all my money back that they stole from an elderly man. When my dad and I picked up the jeep from them they messed it up even worse and now i have to take it somewhere else to fix the original problem and now the new problem they messed up. Took my RV in for an alignment. They were timely and the service was fast. Turned out my alignment was good except for my steering wheel. They charged me a lower rate to just correct the alignment on the steering wheel and had me on my way in no time. I have a '99 4runner with a 3" suspension lift and 35" mud tires. So, I knew finding a shop that could do the work accurately (if at all) would take some time. Some shops offer the service amongst a variety of other services but I wanted to find a place that specialized in alignments. Ultimately, I found Arrow through one of the on-line Toyota forums. They said Arrow can align almost anything, so a 4runner with big tires should be no problem. I called Wednesday afternoon to schedule and asked for their next opening. They had a cancellation for Thursday afternoon. Booked! I decided to get my tires balanced before getting the alignment, as that would eliminate any potential variables. I stopped by my tire shop first thing in the morning and then arrived 15 min early for my appointment at Arrow. I met Ridge (Technician) and he took my rig out for a test drive, right away. He then, explained what he was aiming to do. Once racked and tested, Ridge brought me into the shop to show me the specs and answer my questions, before making any adjustments. In less than an hour, it was all done and I was back on the road flying straight as an...well, you know. Hard to not give Arrow a five star review. No games or attempts to up sell anything. Accurate and professional. Patient in answering all of my questions. Plus, the price for my rig was only $120, which is substantially less than the previous (4x4 shop) charged me! Finding a place that specializes in something, makes a big difference and if they do it well, then your search is over! Now I know (and you know) where to go for an alignment. Since my initial review I have went back to this suspension shop a couple of times for work on both my cars (Corvette and SS Sedan), each visit has been spot on price and service wise. The most recent visit was due to failed strut mounts and end links on my SS where I decided to swap out lowering springs at the same time. The manager Mike ensured the job was completed perfect including the alignment after the lowering job. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE... Just went in for an wheel alignment coz my car drifts towards the right after changing my right cv axle. One of the guy took the car for a spin and after a couple of minutes they put the car in the bay. Another guy went under the car checking for something and then called me up and says he found the culprit... he pointed out that i have a worn control arm bushing and should be replaced before doing the alignment. I ask how much would it cost? He said he'll run a quote and boy it's a staggering 795.10! Obviously i didn't have that much money. I only have budgeted 89.95 coz that's what they quoted for the alignment. I did not expect that they would charge me 49.95 for telling me they will not align my wheel because i have a worn out control arm bushing and they would only do the work if i agree to put the new parts. Thank goodness they didn't check my worn out tires, that could have cost me more. I would be more glad if they told me I'm gonna align your wheel but if things don't get better don't get mad at us, it is because of your worn out control arm bushings and if you decide to install new parts just come back to us and we'll do the work. That would be understandable. BUT To go there for an alignment and tell you they can't do it because i have to replace control arm bushing for 795.10 dollars... do you call that robbery? this is the best part... knowing you don't have that much money, they will still charge you 49.95 for telling you that you have a bad alignment because of this and that (I didn't went there to ask if i have bad alignment, i already know it). I hope Karma gets them soon. They don't even deserve 1 star! read more

Got my alignment done today after installing my front shocks and doing tire rotations. Noticed car pulled to the right really bad with steering wheel at 12 oclock position before alignment. Now it pulls slightly to the left at 12 oclock position with car coasting in neutral (manual 5 speed) on multiple roads home. Called back and told receptionist of issue and got an appt for tomorrow to resolve this issue. Looking forward to getting this problem resolved. Will report back about my experience about tomorrow. Back from alignment shop. Steering wheel has been adjusted at a better position now. Adjustment done within 15 min of arrival. read more

Finally a business that delivers! When I arrived for my appointment, my 5th Wheel RV was promptly put in the shop for an alignment. The tech was knowledgeable and shared all the alignment measurements with me and explained what was needed to put my axles back within specs. Looks like a legitimate car shop, but the 1st initial contact with the front desk receptionist does not represent the business very well. 1st impression is everything, especially when it comes to customer service in the auto industry. The front desk lady did not seem very interested in helping me out, and simply didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Fantastic! I found out about A Arrow from a local Facebook group, and I'm glad I took everyone's advice. They're super professional, fair and knowledgeable. I took my 2012 Jeep JKU in and Mike got me all squared away (literally). They let you know exactly what measurements you came in with, and what they're at when you're done, and their prices are more than fair! Like others have said, they're VERY busy. Make an appointment! They also seem to do same-day drop offs but understandably they may be unable to get to you that day if they're all booked up. Called a day before to see if there were any availability for a wheel alignment. They were able to fit me into their schedule the next day in the afternoon. Quoted me at $85 for a Mitsubishi Galant V6, 4 door. Arrived at 3pm and they took my car in immediately to get serviced. Only took about 35 minutes so that was great. I was able to get this taken care of and move on with the rest of my day. Only reason why I gave this place a 4 stars is because I feel like $85 for a wheel alignment is kind of expensive. I saw on a previous review (I think it was a Jeep) and they only quoted that person $75. Ummm....so why would my little car...versus a big Jeep be more expensive for a wheel alignment service??!? read more

Now that I've had the time to take my wheels off and look around at my suspension I can write this review. As you can see from the photos on my cars Instagram page. My suspension is cleaned and polished and painted. Aftermarket lowering springs, aftermarket struts, aftermarket camber adjustable upper ball joints, and camber adjusters in the rear too. I first took the car over to my local PepBoys were the manager was a long time friend and the guy who does the alignment a friend when I worked there. He knew my passion for my car. So I figured that they would do a good job. The alignment guy at Pep Boys said that he could not do it. It would be too much work and take too long. So with that I figured I better not screw around and go to a real alignment shop. A Arrow alignments video on yelp is what convinced me to give them a try. The first thing they did when they got the keys to my car is they put covers on the seat so now my seat looks like a chair at grandmas house with the plastic cover on it. And they also put a cover on my steering wheel. Even though I have a floormat to protect my floormat they put a floor mat over that too. Why I brought this car in is because I replaced the steering rack. Installed front and rear camber adjustment kits. To make the adjustment for the 2 inch lowering kit. On the rear the adjustment bolt had to be turned six times just to make a minor movement on the camber it was difficult for the mechanic to get to it with the car being lowered the tire is right in the way of that adjustment. But he took his time and got the rear adjusted perfectly. The front was more difficult because the upper A arm adjustable ball joint is right at the very top of the shock tower where you cannot access it with the car on the ground. Their equipment compensates for the car being jacked up so they can make adjustments to get it very close and then put it back down on the ground to make final adjustments to make it perfect. I'm glad I didn't try any other alignment shops because they probably would've whined and complained and it cost me an arm and a leg to get it done. One other thing I recommend you do is to research a little bit about alignment, camber caster, tow in toe out, so you have some prior knowledge when you go there, For when they explain to you what was off on your vehicle and how they adjusted it to make it right. You'll be able to take all this that you've learned when you get back on the road and be able to better experience the changes to your vehicle. As for my inspection of my vehicle afterwards everything. It is still neat and clean and polished no dings or dents or chips. Has for all these pictures of these fancy cars at the shop that you see on Yelp. when I was there I saw the station wagon from SoCal speed shop. It came in for some work. There were also some regular cars but they were in and out in a very short period of time probably because they Don't all this fancy aftermarket suspension adjustment that needs to be done but simple get it straight and get it out the door factory suspension. read more
