I didn't get any work done here. I made a 12pm appointment to get then alignment on my car fixed. I thought that's what was wrong with it. I dropped it off and was going to take a walk to kill time while they fixed it. I was called back by the guy who took my keys and he told me it wasn't an alignment issue but a tire issue. I have not had service here done but the price is ridiculous. For a four wheel alignment they want $100. Called another place and they only want $50. For the same alignment. I even asked if they would price match and the lady said no!!! Pretty abruptly and then I asked if they would go down if I had two cars alignment done again no budge. I don't know how they get away with such a high price I'm from Colorado and have always purchased a four wheel alignment for no more than $75 out the door. read more

I'm very happy with the results. Joe definitely took his time working on my alignment. I have a lowered g37 on bags that have camber. My car definitely takes more steps than the usual car but he took his time working on it even after closing time. I truly appreciate it. where to start... a few months ago I slammed.my truck into a curb. I destroyed the wheel and rim. took the truck to Discount tire to get replacements, which they were able to do. They got a factory rim and a new tire the following day. It could have been same day but the I had miss there delivery from the dealership. I took it to get it aligned across the street and they said they did the best they could. They're best was well really bad the stirring wheel if you hold it straight the truck would go straight but if you left go the house whole truck went to the left. Discount Tire told me they recommend going to Quality Star down rancho. we brought it to them. Later that day they said it would be bout 500 for a control arm thats cracked. But it's still pulling so they need to work on it. Later that same day they called and said it would be another hundred and something for another part. they were really sorry but they are trying to fix it but they keep find problems. We went down to pay and see it is was down. when we got there they were test driving it. but told me the bill was now eight hundred and something. I was annoyed but just wanted my truck fixed. however when they were done with the test drive he said it's better but not perfect and ask for more time. we let them keep it a few more days but when we would call for updates it was just a run around. I had a gut feeling something was wrong so we went down and said we just want the truck back. they gave us a speech about how it's a process and we should turn it into insurance because the whole front end on the passenger side needs to be replaced. I said hell no and took my truck home on the way I noticed if you hold the wheel level it now went to the left and it you let go it quick pulled to the right. so I had to fight to keep it straight. I also notice when I got home they banged my drive side door frame so I am missing paint along the door we called a relative worried bout the truck and not sure where to go or what to do. He told me to take it to Arrow Alignment and they would take a look. He sends all his customers there that have issues with there alignments. We made an appointment and took it in this morning. They are pretty far from me. the Mechanic talked to us for a few minutes and asked for some background about the problem. he said the give him about an hour. I went back to work fearing another big bill. but thankfully that didn't happen. I went down and he said he fixed it. that it was the alignment and also the wheel as it had worn wrong because of how I had been having to drive it. Then the most unexpected thing happened. he didn't charge me a dime and said I had already paid enough and he was sorry it was so much trouble to get fix. read more

After reading a the reviews on this site, I was excited to have my dad come and check it out and ask for an estimate for my project car that had a bent passenger frame rail. Little did we know that the shop no longer does frame repair. We should've called ahead. What a bummer. The people who worked here were courteous though and was kind enough to provide a recommendation for a shop that does the work I need done. I wish i could submit a review without stars given that I didn't really have work done.. but I guess first impressions last and at least they provided a possible resolution. tl:dr Shop no longer does frame work. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. The whole staff was honest, friendly and helpful. I got in an accident in December in a parking lot the guy hit my tire, so I went thru my insurance brought it to the place they recommended I asked them if there could possibly be damage to my alignment they told me NO it should be fine and did not Even check it out. After 3 months with my truck still seeming off I had it checked out by arrow Alinment they call me and told me that it was from the accident and took the time to showed me were the bend in the upper control arm was and recommended replacing the whole assembly with salvaged parts. I was not sure about putting salvaged parts on my truck so Joe took the time to explain more and answer my many questions and even gave me a quote for used and new parts. I went with used parts but just my luck, when they went to install the parts the bolt on my truck was bent they got a new one and didn't even charge me for the part. Took an extra day but I am ok with that, they got me taken care of as quickly as possible. Oh there is more....... you thought I was done huh?? So as I am driving home my truck makes a noise, off and on, when i apply the break so I call the shop tell Nately is making a noise instantly she get one of the guys (James) for me to talk to, he listen to my rambling of trying to explain the sound reassured me it should be fine and that he would look at it in the Morning. When I bring it in the next morning we go for a test drive together in my truck once James heard the sound he instantly knew it was my ABS breaks engaging said i could be because of the used hub, so they decided to take it apart and found the ABS sensor dirty but to be sure that was the problem was resolved they drove me truck for a while and huray, problem solved. I was looking for a good wheel alignment and based on the positive reviews, I decided to give them a try even though I live in North Las Vegas. Overall, they did a good job and explain what issue was for the wheel imbalance. They even test drive the vehicle to make sure it drives correctly. I would recommend them. However, the only issue I had was when they test drove it, the mechanic did not wear gloves so the steering wheel was dirty. read more

I was very impressed with my experience at Arrow from start to finish. I setup a same-day appt yesterday with Joe. I ended up running behind and gave him a call to reschedule 3 hours before the appt. He was very courteous and offered to reschedule to this morning at 9am. I arrived today at 8:53, dropped off the truck and went to breakfast next door at PT's pub. The truck was literally done and I was out the door at 10:03. My 94" Lifted Chevy k1500 drives great and straight as an "arrow"-pun intended! Clint, the technician even took a couple minutes to explain his impressions of the vehicle and answer my questions about the results. He got the wheel set straight and did a great job. Joe was very honest about the quote and delivered on the quoted amount in record time. I wanted to get negative camber alignment, but the techs wasn't experienced with the suspension bits on my car. The front end needs to be unloaded in order to get the suspension to drop and to make use of the camber plates. It was strange because everyone was saying i don't have "camber plates" at this shop when clearly, I have camber plates and it is set at the most "positive" setting. Well what do I know right? I am not an alignment tech or work at this place so I did not argue. In fact, I took out the suspension myself to reaffirm myself that the suspension does work and slide on the camber plates, and it does. My recommendation is: if it is oem alignment stuff this may be a good place. If it has aftermarket performance bits, it might not be because they are not well versed in certain suspension systems as I can tell. read more

I went to Costco to put new tires on my Toyota Sienna minivan Sport model. The tires were almost $1,300 and I wanted to make sure that my alignment was proper because I recently bought this vehicle used and the tires were pretty much shot. I went to this place for my four wheel alignment. About 15 minutes into the alignment the technician called me out to the shop to show me the specs. Good news! He told me... My van was perfectly aligned already. Therefore they only charged me for an inspection not the whole alignment. My point is that they could have lied and made an adjustment to justify charging me the full price but they were honest. read more

I even went to the Mercedes dealership and they told me I need new tires and/or some sort of welding done, charged me $200 and it still pulled right. Overall a great job. I believe it was Joe that was my technician. I had an alignment done on my 2008 BMW 550i since it was pulling to the right. He was also able to remove my skid plate that was hanging off the car and making noise. I was tempted to give 3-4 stars since the previous day I drove 32 miles round trip, arrived at 3pm and was turned down from service because I didn't have an appointment even though there was only one car in the shop being worked on and nobody in the lobby. I think this was kind of a stupid oversight. So MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So you don't waste your time like I did. In the end though, the service is exceptional and it was worth going back. I had an overall good experience here. I had an appointment for 8am on a Thursday so I brought the car in a day before. I got a call at 10:47 AM regarding details as to whether the front bushings or the back bushings were the ones being replaced. I felt that everything was set after the call and that I would be receiving my car in the afternoon, but unfortunately that was not the case. When i called them after work I was told that they never started. I went with my gut feeling and kept the car there. The next day on Friday I went after work and they took care of me when it was time to pay for the inconvenience which was good to hear. They also went over the process and showed me the worn bushings. They gave me my alignment specs and I left overall satisfied. My car feels great, no more clunking. read more

I came here last Friday because Friday morning my alignment was off. My commute to and from work is very far. I contacted AAA around 0745. At 0806 I had a response from the owner and was able to schedule an appointment for late that afternoon right before they closed. It was for 1630, but I got there at 1600 and was seen promptly. My truck was in an accident years ago and the frame is slightly bent, which I had forgotten to mention. Once the tech realized that he was unable to get a perfect alignment he knew something was up and approached me. He could have just mailed it in and sent me out the door like Precision Tune Auto Care did to me a couple years ago. The tech answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful.
