These guys are amazing. They really went above and beyond this time... I felt like I needed to write them this review I moved into a commercial property about 3 years ago. For whatever reason, every year around spring time, we get a bee hive towards the back of our building. The first time I called A bee man was in 2023. Timing was crucial for me as it was affecting my new business, to the point where the bees were bothering customers. A Bee Man came out and addressed the issue immediately. They were quick, professional, very well priced, and very nice people. Great customer service. They always answer the phone. Always very helpful. 2024 - Received the same excellent service 2025 - Received the same excellent service 2026 - This time was a little different. This time the bees were inside of the roof of my building. David gave me two options, to exterminate them or to save them. I asked what is more affordable? (since I am on a budget right now) Exterminating them was more affordable so we went with that option. David sprayed the bee's and the hive with a special solvent to exterminate them. He said within a 1-2 days it should be gone. The next morning, I saw a lot of bees on the ground, and there was barely any bees left near the hive. It was only until later that afternoon, there seemed to be a large amount of bees that re-appeared and seemed upset. Concerned, I called A bee man back. Informed them about what I noticed. They had insisted to come the same day. David called me and said, "You don't have to wait for me, I can go there late at night, I can get onto the roof with my ladder" I said that's very nice but you don't have to do that it's ok. You can Just come by tomorrow or the next day, no worries, it's not a big deal. I saw on my security cameras that David showed up around 11PM, Climbs a 15-20 foot high roof and re does the treatment for FREE!!! Who does that!?!? Most people wouldn't!!!! THAT is what you call customer service. THAT is what taking care of your customer looks like. THANK YOU SO MUCH David and your business and for always taking care of me!!! We just hired David, the owner of "A Beeman", to rid of a swarm of bees building a hive between the walls of our house. Out of many pest control companies, his company is the only one which may rid of the bees environmental friendly way. It may take approximately a month. So, I shall give you the final result until then. Meanwhile, David put up a "bee-house" to attract all the bees to come out of our house and transition to that temporary housing. The egress is one way out for the bees and no way for them to go back in. At the end, David will collect the bee house with honey, I presumed . It is a win-win for all of us including the bees. He gave us instructions what we need to do and what to expect though out the process. So far, after a week, bees can be see coming out but couldn't go back in except to the bee house. A Beeman's price is very comparable and if you consider environmental friendliness and repair cost (if applicable by most pest control companies), the price will be more reasonable. We changed the service from terminating appx 50 scouts, to re-locating the entire colony to farmland. A friend recommended David (his services were used several years ago to remove a hive from a front yard tree). My dad gave him a call, and David came out within a few hours. He was professional and summed up the problem quickly: there was a 5 FOOT LONG HONEYBEE HIVE WITH 10-15,000 BEES in the chimney! YIKES! David started the removal work and explained as he went along. If you have any issues with bees, call David! We had a very unique situation with bees about 35' up in a tree. The massive oak tree needed to be limbed and the bees were in a section of the tree just below where the work needed to be done. I made arrangements with David to be there and calm the bees with smoke while the tree was being worked on. It was so impressive. He had a ladder on the roof of the house and up to the branch where the bees live. He was up and down the ladder every 5 minutes while the saws were buzzing. The 40" diameter limb was removed, and the bees were unharmed. A hugely successful result! David was happy that we could leave the bees in the tree and not have to attempt to move them...or have them killed. As a bonus, he came back later with a jar of honey as a thanks to me! I recommend using A Beeman for a great job. I had a huge establish hive that I wanted relocated. David came on a Sunday to take care of it. When we decided the wall needed to be opened he said he'd need a week to schedule it. Imagine how happy I was when he returned the SAME day to remove/ relocate the hive. I was looking forward to watch the procedure but unfortunately they turned out to be aggressive Africanized bees. Had to keep away. Though David gave a quote for honey bees he kept the price the same despite them being Africanized. Unfortunately they had to be killed and I did not get my honey. David is the BeeMan to call. We called on Sunday at 11:35 and requested them come remove a beehive we thought we had. By 11:55 David called me back and said he was on his way! He came over and said it was actually just a swarm of bees, so we caught it early before it became a hive. He was super kind and helpful and removed the swarm into a box and let us know he needed to keep the box in the backyard all day until all the bees relocated into it. He even showed us the queen bee! I'm writing this review early just because we had a great experience with him. He said he'll be back later to pick up the bees. He even gave us his card so that we could purchase honey from him later! He called a friend while at our house still to confirm he could take the bees for relocation. Really appreciate David and Lewis for taking care of a neighbor's multiple beehives quickly and expertly. He estimated he removed 7k bees in each of the 2 locations in a few hours. I am sure this business has had its successes for removing bees with other people, but our experience with this company was not that good. I have never chased anyone to come do work at my house, wait around for no shows and re-schedules as much as this guy. I asked for money back but was told that was not an option as his work is guaranteed for 30 days, so I persevered with him. In the end I sucked up the loss of money and got another company in. I notified him by text I didn't need his services any longer and he couldn't care less. Just texted back confirming my address and never said anything else. Completely unprofessional service. I keep calling to follow up and schedule, and they keep answering the phone by saying 'hello' and then when I ask 'Is this A Bee Guy?' they hang up the phone. We scheduled them for an appointment last week and they were supposed to tell us when they went on the property because the wasps were coming from a locked utility closet. They never called and they went to the property and did a treatment, who knows where? If you didn't have access, what did you do?
