I think this might be the cheapest buffet I've been to in Omaha so if you're looking for something on the more affordable side, this is perfect. It's your typical chiense buffet. The food is pretty consistent across the board, so I'd you're a fan of this type of Chinese food, you will enjoy it. Prices have stayed affordable for the quality served. We went peak lunch rush around 11:50am. Parking scarce in front of the specific store but able to be quickly found as people come and go from the businesses in the area. Steady crowd from when we got there till we left. With the steady crowd they maintained prompt refills on buffet items. I think the closers forgot to change out the ice cream as a couple flavors needed whole new drums by 12:30pm. It's nothing special, but not awful. Some of the entrees were pretty picked over, but the staff did appear to be working hard to keep things stocked. The coconut shrimp is the best! It is my favorite entree they have in the restaurant and everyone is really nice.

If you like the majority of the buffet being chicken or pork this is the place for you. The mushroom/beef was almost totally mushrooms with a few pieces of beef sprinkled in the beef was about the size of bacon bits and it was too frustrating to try to pick out any beef. The Mongolian pork was a surprise usually you can get Mongolian beef at Chinese places but not here. There was another bin that was labeled beef/onion I think but it was almost empty and I'm not much into scraping the bottom of a pan at a buffet. The chili sauce was extremely watery and so diluted it wasn't spicy at all. The hot and sour soup was fairly good but a little warm not hot temperature wise and since we were seated in a booth by a breezy cold wall I only got to eat 1/2 of the soup before it was too cold to enjoy. The steamed rice was enjoyable, I usually get fried rice but their fried rice was a bright yellow color and I decided to pass on it. We were overall very disappointed and I seriously doubt that we will be back. read more

Very good food at an affordable price. Some food items here are unique compared to other typical Chinese buffet. They have peanut butter chicken, which is breaded deep fried chicken with peanut sauce drizzled over it. Tastes good! Some of the worst Americanized Chinese food I've ever had. Most of it was bland and soggy. Hot and sour soup did not taste anything like it was supposed to. The only thing I actually liked were the mushrooms, shrimp, and the watermelon. Yet, like with buffets, I stuffed my face and felt quite miserable afterwards. I came because my coworkers frequent this place way too much and received customer reward cards for a $6.25 lunch buffet and I didn't feel like being healthy and eating the salad I brought for lunch. My advice is to go to a regular Chinese place or even Panda's and get a meal that actually taste decent for about the same price as you would spend here. We were there for lunch today. The foods are very tasty. Especially the pot stickers are the best I have ever had! There's green beans are very crispy and fresh. They have plenty choices of desert too. I was just too full to try any ice creams or fruits. The waiter was sweet too. Even we didn't talk much but we are too busy to eat, too! :D We are definitely going to Come back! The only thing I was not satisfied is that online shows it's a seafood buffet. For whatever reason this is the best buffet I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, and doesn't bother you throughout the process of eating, and is extremely quick with replenishing the food when the trays are empty and collecting your plates after each course. Great selection for the mongolian grill and great variety in the food that's cooked. I always get the chicken on a stick and it is so. good. I've heard a lot about the egg drop soup and it's not super flavorful but it's not bad. The fried chicken is also weirdly amazing, but the lo mein, mushroom beef, and peanut butter chicken are something I highly recommend! read more

I've been coming here for years, however I took a break during the pandemic. The food quality here seems to be slipping. I've gotten pretty good at spotting heat lamp wilted entrees, but every so often I still make a mistake and get something really old. On my last visit I got some very old heat lamp wilted teriyaki chicken which I had to spit out into a napkin because of how gamey, old and chewy it was. I wasn't about to play Russian roulette with that chicken because it was off. Anything with broccoli here is usually overcooked and wilted as well. The staff is always very friendly, and hasn't changed much in the many years I've come here. The chairs, the decor and the carpet are all getting a little dated and rough around the edges as well, but I understand in this bad economy not replacing anything. The prices have always been reasonable. I'm downgrading my review to 3 stars though due to the last 2 or 3 visits encountering old wilted food on the buffet line. read more

My office is a block from this buffet, and it is not uncommon for someone from our office to run down for carry-out at least once a week. We usually bump into someone else from our office building too! A+ has a fantastic 'pay by the pound' carry out deal that is extremely affordable and very convenient. There is a lot to like in this Chinese buffet. I always get some pepper chicken, some California rolls, an egg or spring roll, and coconut shrimp. The dumplings (pot stickers) are good, if not terribly authentic. The egg drop soup is also good, but when you are paying-by-the-pound, soup is not very cost effective, so I don't usually get it. They also have fruits, desserts, salads, and lots of other great options. In Summation: The quality of the food is decent. For the price and selection, this is a great place to go, especially for carry-out. read more

I love this place! They have a good selection of food and you can usually find a coupon online for 5.99 or 6.95 buffet. The drink is included so you can walk out of there with two people stuffed for less than $20. You can't even drive through Burger King anymore and be filled up for that price. We've all been to Chinese Buffet's before...so I'll get to the good/bad/ugly- Good: Peanut Chicken. Not sure what is so intoxicating about this oddity. It's literally a thin fried strip of chicken coated in peanut butter. I loved it...and it's so weird. Fried Dumplings...on point! Chicken wings-look like buffalo wings, but are really just fried chicken. Cooked perfectly! Mongolian Pork...excellent. Friendly staff! Bad: Sesame chicken-soggy and tasteless. Egg/spring rolls- both mushy inside...a Chinese food standard fails here. Desserts fall short. Ugly: They have self serve ice cream...like the 5 gallon tubs in a freezer that you serve yourself. The problem is...YOU SERVE YOURSELF!! Everyone has access to reach their hands INTO the bucket of ice cream. "Where have your hands been?" "Why is an 8 year old digging in the ice cream?".
