Alarm came with a warranty so all things said , good service, transparent quoting, patient and knowledgeable people. I couldn't recommend this shop enough. I highly suggest giving them a visit for all things car alarms, window tint, or sound related. I was looking online for a place to install aftermarket taillights on my civic and came across this shop. Yelp AI actually recommended them to me, so I decided to stop by for a free estimate. I expected a fair quote for a relatively simple job--at most, removing some trunk paneling. To my surprise, they quoted me $190 for the installation. That felt excessive considering this is a pretty basic install that mainly involves unscrewing a few clips and bolts. I've done light car work before, and I knew this wasn't something highly technical or time-consuming. I mentioned that other places quoted me slightly over $100, and at that point, I figured I'd rather just do it myself. It felt like the difficulty of the job was being exaggerated, and the price didn't reflect the actual labor involved. To be clear, I'm not rating them 1 star because I didn't go through with the service, and I'm not trying to harm the business. Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.

Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. Thank God I had the additional PPF protection--it helped protect my bumper from what could have been serious damage. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. The previous shop took the easy way to run the rear camera cable via the roof. I have asked about the side curtain airbag but they assured me it is OK. Subsequently I found out that this is an unsafe way to install it. It can prevent the airbag from deploying or the cable may break and cause bodily injury. I called a few other shops and they all suggested running the cable on the roof. I am lucky to eventually find Aaron. He definitely knows what he is doing. He was able to accommodate me on a Sunday afternoon to redo all the wiring. He ran the cable under the door sill and avoided the airbags. He added ties and clips for the cables that the previous shop missed. He even caught a missing heat shield that the previous shop failed to install. He installed the heat shield and remounted the front cam in a better position. Everything was put back the way it was. It was a very neat and clean job. The shop is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I highly recommend Aaron and will definitely go to him again if I need another installation! If your car has a side air curtain airbag, do not let the shop install the cable via the roof. Go to Aaron for a proper and safe installation. It's worth it.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE…read more Very Disappointed With the Quality of Work I brought my car to this body shop for repairs and unfortunately have had to return three separate times because issues were either left unresolved or came up after the repair. After the initial repair, they left a rattle in the door panel and another rattle coming from the wheel that I could actually feel through the steering wheel. I brought the car back a second time. They fixed the door-panel rattle, but the issue with the wheel was not fixed. About a month later, the paint on the bumper they repaired started chipping off. I brought the car back for a third time to address the paint issue and the ongoing wheel rattle. They did fix the paint, but once again, the wheel rattle was not repaired. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. The amount of time and inconvenience I've spent returning the vehicle for issues that should have been properly addressed the first time has been extremely frustrating.
