Went here after our post dinner walk and decided to get pie. We were trying to decide between their Mexican Chocolate pie, White Chocolate Banana Crea pie, And their Seasonal Yuzu cheese cake. (almost got us) Opted for the banana because I've typically liked regular banana cream pies and haven't had one in awhile. Not the prettiest looking in the container. It had this light whipped cream dusted with cocoa powder on top of this white chocolate banana custard. In that custard was also these large chunks of bananas which was unexpected. I did enjoy the pie, but I don't think I would crave it. One thing I would change would be the pie crust. Something about it wasn't doing it for me. All in all, a solid experience. I've been here multiple times before and tried a good majority of their pies. Still need to tried a pie shake as well as their other offerings. If you like pie, this place has plenty of them.

Cookies and Cookies & Cream Slice & French Apple Slice are so good!! 10/10 food and service

Clean, welcoming pie shop where you can get whole pies without a notice. It was my roommates birthday & we got him his favorite key lime pie. When I tell you, he said it was one of his favorites. The pie was very succulent with the perfect amount of tartness. Pie shop located in a great area with mostly street parking, a couple of small lots and there is a paid parking garage behind.

I can't say enough good things about this place! It's easily one of my favorite pie shops - every pie I've tried has been amazing. The white chocolate banana cream pie is my absolute favorite; I seriously dream about it, haha! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Definitely go check them out! (:

Felt like I gained 5 pounds just sniffing the freshly baked pies when I came in the place & with all the yummies displayed, I wanted all of them The place is clean & felt like gramma's kitchen and the staff friendly & helpful

Well well well did I see Savory Pies!! So we ordered a few savory pies the Cheeseburger 3/5 it was unfortunately salty, great flavor profile but it might just be an off day? Will let you know if I try again. The Spinach and Feta 5/5 so freakin' good definitely will be ordering more of these. Creme Brulee Cheesecake 2/5 I really really really wanted to like it but alas the cheesecake base is just too sweet let alone adding the brûlée, would be great to get more zest but I'm sure there are those who love it! For me I'll be going back for the Mexican chocolate pie mmmmm As always the service is always super sweet, friendly and helpful and the interior is lovely, high ceilings y'all!! Definitely worth a stop

Talk about pie shop/bakery that was amazing. After tasty ramen for dinner with friends while visiting friends in Seattle. They suggested walk next door for slice of pie. I never been so was pumped for desserts. They always good to best food spots in Seattle. It not often find not only amazing bakery but one that specializes in pies. The minute walk in not only smells of all baked goods heavenly. U look at the display of all the pies, savory pies, and tough just pick one. One that stood out for me was Blue Hawaiian. See Hawaiian not pineapple associate with it. Blueberry and coconut. I had to get it. It was da bomb! One slice more like for two. They also sell whole pies and even do classes want learn make them. The filling was so so good. Mound of blueberries, crust nice light delicious, and coconut shaving on top perfect balance. They also sell merchandise, two refrigerators different drinks, and chill pies ready also order. The inside cool. Not really many spots sit down eat pie. The service five stars from minute walked in warm greeting and all smiles. Next time in Seattle be back try more pies!!!!

Walking past this adorable pie shop, we could literally smell the pies baking from the street--it was impossible to resist. We made a point to come back the next day to see where all that goodness was coming from, and wow, we're glad we did! The staff greeted us with a warm welcome, and the menu had both sweet and savory options--which was exactly what we were hoping for. I had the shepherd's pie for lunch, and it was fantastic--the crust was buttery and flaky, the filling flavorful, and the mashed potatoes perfectly seasoned. We also tried the hamburger hand pie (so good!) and the chicken pot pie, which was just as delicious. Of course, we couldn't leave without taking home a few sweet pies. The peach pie was pure perfection, and the Hawaiian Blue--filled with toasted coconut, pineapple, and blueberry--was an unexpected but amazing flavor combo. If you're looking for a place with incredible pies, whether fruity or savory, A la Mode is a must-visit. You won't be sorry!

It smells so wonderful and warm when you enter and it's really a feast for your eyes. Everything looks so delicious and it's hard to choose. The staff was ver patient with me. My "go to" is the most famous twice baked almond croissant. On this visit ordered the "go to" , blueberry ginger scone, ratatouille sandwich, turkey havarti sandwich, banana bread, and some Americanos to go. This is not a sit down cafe so we thoroughly enjoyed them in the parked car. :) Every bite should be savored. Extraordinary!

The croissant was on the crispier side, especially with the almond crumble on top it was a bit too cripsy for me, but I tend to like soft and flakey pastries so it's probably a matter of taste. There was a TON of almond filling in the middle. I enjoyed the taste and texture but it was too much filling for me personally. I would have liked more croissant in my croissant, so to say haha. The chocolate was slightly dark which worked well with the sweet pastry and filling! Overall I enjoyed the croissant but it was a tad too heavy on the filling and cripsy/crunchy for me.

They have so many yummy options, but I settled on a mushroom and Gruyère pastry and an earl grey blueberry cruffin. The mushroom and Gruyère pastry was SO good!!! Buttery flaky layers of dough with a strong earthy mushroom flavor and savory cheese - an absolute umami bomb. We ate it the day after and threw it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes, and it was so delicious. The cruffin was huge! Topped with a delicious light Earl grey cream that wasn't too sweet. It was filled with a blueberry cream and was definitely very filling. There's a lot of sugar coating it, as is standard with cruffins, but it's a nice sweet treat. Definitely coming back for the mushroom and Gruyère pastry and to try their other delicious flavors. Their supreme croissant flavor switches often and we can't wait to try the next one! I originally planned to just grab a coffee and a croissant, but after noticing how popular the mushroom Gruyere croissant seemed, I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. While they serve Umbria coffee, which isn't my personal favorite, the food more than made up for it. The service was warm and friendly, and the overall vibe was welcoming. I'll definitely be back to try the mushroom croissant again or maybe explore some of their other pastries next time.

Unfortunately, there wasn't as much pastry selection as we had hoped by the time we arrived. We both love blueberry baked goods, but sadly, they were already out of their blueberry corn scone. They still had a few of the BLUEBERRY CROISSANT (6.10) left, though! The blueberries were juicy, but the croissant itself was a bit dry. I'm guessing it would have been much better if we had come closer to opening. The croissant was also beautifully presented, with an intricately braided exterior adorned with a generous amount of blueberries. They also have an extensive selection of bread, which you can pre-order a few days in advance, as well as a variety of cafe drinks. Overall, a pretty solid bakery with a spacious interior and lots of seating.

I have so many things that I need to go back and try, most likely with a group, so I can try lots of things. They do lots of specialty items, depending on the day which is a fun way to spice up their menu. I ended up going with the burrata focaccia sandwich which came with burrata, roasted bing cherries, pistachio butter, balsamic, arugula, and sea salt focaccia. SOOOO yummy. Great sandwich, and I am so glad that they did lunch items early in the AM. The cherries were such a unique addition to the sandwich but worked well, and they were also representative of the local area (Rainier Cherries). I wish that there was flaky salt on the bread. I didn't get much salt flavor wise, even though is says sea salt focaccia. The focaccia bread was soft which is my preference for focaccia.
