Attention- they have a $110 minimum. We had a clogged faucet. It took 1 min to open and clean the aerator which was $110! Firstly, they should have informed us about the minimum charge before hand. Secondly, I called the office and they were like "we cant do anything about this, you have to talk to the person on site" and the person onsite was hung up on his minimum charge and also added, "you should have you tubed it". Wow! What a ripoff! If you are going to charge a customer $110 for 1 min job, you certainly are off my list when an actual job comes up. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

Really excellent. We had an after-hours plumbing issue (ALL plumbing issues are after-hours - no one has plumbing issues during business hours because you're away from home like everyone else who's conducting, you know, business) and our "regular" plumber was of course closed for that day. Found these guys on a search for plumbers "open now at 7:45pm" and they were able to get here within an hour, diagnose the issue (small), and fix it. He seemed reluctant to charge me since it was such a simple fix, but I'm more than happy to pay for great people who are willing to be available at odd hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. I could have done it myself and he showed me how for the future, but it's good to have a pro there double-checking things and backing you up so you can be sure you're not messing something up (it was a gas issue, so I wouldn't want to miss something). Lonnie arrived to my house waaaay earlier then expected (which I didn't mind!) Was quoted a rate that was way lower then other companies. Many other companies were charging a weekend fee. Im going to go out on a limb on this Miracle Plumbing. The job was done over a Sunday, so I am guessing that was factored into the price. It was not a difficult job once diagnosed. Took total of 2 hours. One hour to do the actual work, one hour to get material and wait for glue to dry. Bill came to $895, quoted $800, was told it was up to the TECHNICIAN to charge additional. Job got done, but would have better off to use my regular plumber. My gripe is not with quality work, but the price. Just putting it out there if cost is a concern. read more

Our shower and toilet backed into the laundry in the garage. We looked on Craigslist to see if anyone was available today and found 'A Miracle Plumbing'. The Yelp reviews said they were on time and they were! We called at 10:10 am on a Sunday and they said they'd be out between 10:30 and 11 am and Lonnie arrived at 10:55. He was professional and quick and even wore shoe covers when coming into the house. He identified the problem and went to fixing it right away. Lonnie was done in about an hour and a half. When the pipes back up and you can't take a shower or use the toilet, you really need to bring someone in right away. I was worried that being a Sunday, it was going to be difficult to get someone to come out or was going to cost a fortune. After reading the reviews here, I decided to give Lonnie at A Miracle Plumbing a call....and boy was I glad I did! He told me on the phone that he would be happy to come out today, but because it was a Sunday it would be time and a half his normal rate of $89. I agreed, and he came out within 45 minutes of my call. He took a look at the situation, and gave me a firm quote -- even with a bit of a discount on his normal rate because the pipe was open and he had easy access to it. Even though it took him longer than he thought it would, the rate did not change and he cleared everything and gave me a 15 day warrentee in case the situation happened again. Lonnie has been out to the house twice - both times he was prompt, efficient and didn't try to oversell us on plumbing that didn't need to be done. He knows his stuff and when our bathroom drain recently clogged, he quoted me two prices - one for no snaking the drain and one if he had to snake the drain. UPDATE (9/18/15) The nightmare continues! Today I had to call another plumbing company to clear out my sewer drain, AGAIN! A Miracle Plumbing came in late July, and now my sewage drain is clogged again less than two months later!!! Two months!!! What can I say good about A Miracle Plumbing? Well, they were responsive, prompt and inexpensive. But, did they do the job and fix the problem? No. I called A Miracle Plumbing for a leaking toilet dripping into my neighbor's bathroom downstairs. The plumbers responded quickly and diagnosed the problem as a damaged wax ring which was replaced for $125....with a 15 day warranty. Two months later the toilet leaked again. Plumbers responded promptly again and replaced wax ring a second time charging me another $100. But, two days later it leaked again. This time A Miracle Plumbing quoted over $500 to fix leak without even removing the toilet. Well, I wanted another opinion so hired another plumber. The new company immediately found the problem, corrected the pipe, replaced the toilet with one that fit properly, and stopped the leak. All for much less. Bottom line. Hire a "knowledgeable" plumber who can diagnose and correct the problem the first time. read more

They are so highly rated on yelp BUT.... So they are super responsive, they gave a bid that was the same as another plumber, and significantly less then another bid. I knew exactly what I wanted and I knew it was simple but time consuming. In end what they did worked, but I went into the crawl space and realized they really messed up the subfloor they cut a hole about 3 times the size of what was needed in the subfloor(which I'll need to patch UGHH!!). We had a really bad blockage in our plumbing. When I ran the washing machine on one side of the house, the toilet would overflow on the other side of the house. The guys from Miracle came over and got right down to business. They charged me $350 up front which I thought was a lot at first, but they worked on the problem all afternoon -- 4 of them -- until they got it unclogged. A day or two later it backed up again, but the guys from Miracle came over right away and worked on it again. They didn't charge me anything for the second visit. Also, they give you a fixed-price quote ahead of time, and I found their prices to be fair. One time, there was a leak, but we fixed it before they came, so we were not charged.
