I'm glad to have taken there suggestions. For example, going with insolated panels and adding light fixtures. Both my wife and I are completely satisfied with the patio. We totally recommend Bravo!

However, the way this company has handled a clear mistake is extremely disappointing. During installation, their team drilled into the tile on our second-floor balcony and failed to seal the holes. When it rained shortly after, water came through those openings and caused damage to the ceiling in our dining room below. This was entirely preventable and directly tied to the installation. What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own. I'm still hoping they step up and resolve this properly, but based on my experience so far, I would proceed with caution.

The most important element to my project is the patio cover which everything else revolves around. The structural integrity, quality of materials, detailed craftmanship, and aesthetic appeal create the space and provide the foundation for all of the other elements to fall into place. I spent a great deal of time researching different types of patio covers and pergolas, insulated vs louvered, wood vs aluminum, regular aluminum vs extruded aluminum, costco vs custom, 4x4 posts vs 6x6 posts, etc. Every detail of my patio cover was considered and weighed. I researched and met with several patio cover companies. There are so many out there, and even the other contractors that I met with said they could do it too. I wanted to go with a professional who only specializes in patio covers. After reviewing these companies very carefully, I decided to go with Sun Block Patio Covers. Alex did not sell, he advised. He did not push, he listened carefully and respectfully gave his professional opinions. Communication, understanding every detail of what I want for my entire project (not just the patio cover), and his response time make the project go smoothly from start to finish. The end product is magnificent. 10' x 24' insulated patio cover with 6x6 extruded aluminum posts, 2x8 extruded aluminum header and beams, wi-fi enabled recessed lighting and ceiling fan, and 4000w infratech heaters. Alex and his crew are artisan craftsman. They paid attention to every detail (and I had a lot as you can tell from my story). Choose Alex. He is the best man for the job. Trust me. Pictures will be uploaded as soon as my deck and landscaping are completed. There's a lot of construction going on right now. Thanks for reading.
