Cherry pie

They serve Delicious pies with excellent service! They took our order ahead of time and had them ready for pick up so a friend could deliver them to us in Soldotna.

Front entry

Go here! The carrot cake was so good! Frosting wasn't overly sweet, it was packed with carrots, nuts, and raisins. Many other carrot cakes I've eaten have had more cake than anything else. My boyfriend got the triple berry pie and the crust was really good, the filling was perfect, a little tart and sweet but great berry flavor! Now the old man behind the counter....he was sweet and knowledgeable! Overall was a great experience.

Key Lime and Pecan pies. Yay!

Love these pies. Came in and got a Key Lime pie and Pecan pie for a special dinner and they knocked our socks off. I came in and thought there was quite a bit of good offerings at noon. I will come in sometime for the chicken pot pie since it's one of my favorite comfort foods. If I'm feeling a bit English I might even order a Cornish Pasty. I found the owner Steve to be an affable character, easy to talk to, and caring about his product. Some people think the $11 small pie too expensive, and that the Fred Meyer option is cheaper. Well sure, but you cannot compare chicken eggs to caviar. Will come again.

Best Key Lime pie!

By far the BEST key lime pie ever! If key lime isn't on your list the coconut cream, cherry and apple are to die for.

Delicious desserts!! We were in the 5th Ave Mall and stopped by for some sweet treats. The…read morechocolate pecan bar was DELICIOUS! I can't wait to go back for another one. The chocolate chip cookie sandwich was also very yummy. It had chocolate buttercream in between 2 big cookies. Very tasty! We will be back!

Ordered a wedding cake for a casual elopement…read more Cake execution: pretty awful. To be honest, the cake wasn't all that pretty to begin with but it got worse as the day went on and it thawed out more. Picked up my cake around 4pm and by 7pm it was a tilted Mad Hatter cake. I assure you, it was not damaged during transport. When we cut into the cake to serve slices, an entire chunk of cake was missing from the bottom tier and "spackled in" with frosting. This caused the cake to collapse and the top tier slid off to one side. There was also no dowel support between to the top and bottom tiers. Just a cardboard round which slid on top of the buttercream. That probably would have been ok if it weren't for the missing chunk of cake. People asked me if I made the cake myself. Hahaha. It was pretty embarrassing. But luckily this was for a very casual elopement, not a big wedding, otherwise I would have been pretty pissed. My parents did pay a decent amount of money for this, roughly $275. I've seen far better from Walmart's bakery. The shop got stars for the following... Cake flavor: very good! I ordered the champagne cake with strawberry filling for the bottom tier and chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling for the top tier. All covered in white chocolate buttercream frosting. The cake and fillings were delicious. The frosting was a little gritty, I assume from using granulated sugar, but still tasty. A little too sweet for my liking but it was still good. The cake layers were nice and thick. Customer service: Great! Response time from the shop was excellent. They promptly responded to my emails on the quote and design request. I called the shop when it was about time to pick up my cake and didn't reach anyone at first, but they called me right back. I guess I could have called the shop to let them know the issues with the cake but I have a feeling once the cake leaves their shop in good condition, they would put the blame on the customer. I just won't use them again, for cakes anyways. Anyways, thanks for reading and check out my Mad Hatter cake.

Stopped by because my mother now has me completely addicted--and I can see why…read more I picked up a variety of their tarts along with a chocolate cake filled with raspberry, and everything was absolutely delicious. Each tart had its own unique flavor, perfectly balanced and not too sweet, which made it way too easy to keep reaching for another. The chocolate raspberry cake was a standout--rich, moist, and layered with just the right amount of tartness from the raspberry filling. What really surprised me was how satisfying everything tasted without feeling heavy or overly sweetened--and even better, it didn't spike my blood sugar the way most desserts do. You can tell there's intention behind the ingredients and how everything is made. They also have plenty of other baked goods like cookies, brownies, and more, so there's definitely something for everyone. The staff are friendly, and the bakery itself is so cute--such a welcoming little spot that makes the experience even better. If you're looking for treats that feel a little more thoughtful but still indulgent, this spot is definitely worth checking out.
