This visit, we were seated in the back at a regular table, and I really enjoyed the extra space and more relaxed atmosphere. The ramen was excellent; rich, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. Everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Kenny, was attentive, friendly, and checked in on us throughout the meal without being overbearing. One thing you absolutely have to order is the kimchi mushrooms. They were so good that I'm still thinking about them the next day. Seriously, if Tonchin sold jars of them, I'd keep one stocked in my fridge at all times. Great food, great service, and a beautiful space. I highly recommend checking it out if you're a ramen lover.

The tonkotsu and miso ramens were good, but not particularly notable. Kyuramen is a chain after all, so the food quality gives that same vibe as comforting when you're just craving some. Second: Got the yakitori platter, beef ramen (seasonal) and curry ramen and I'd personally pass on all of them. Their meats are over cooked which makes them tough. Both times the service was fine, I appreciate the call button so both don't have to wait for awkward timing issues. I do like the aesthetic of the place, especially with the privacy of the room shades/dividers. p.s. don't forget their slurp and win program! I used to opt for individual booth seating but since we have a little one now, we got the table seating. The hostess was extremely nice. One of the perks is children under 8 years old can eat free and they also give kids a free handout and crayons to keep them busy. I also like their premium high chair. The waitress was okay, she confirmed everyone's seating so she won't mix up our ramen. The ramen is still as good as I remember it. There are so many good ramen restaurants but Ichiran will always be one of the stable.

The amount of noodles is decent and the toppings are pretty good the egg actually come with both half's rather than one like some places so that's good, my only gripe is that the cha siu isn't heated through after being served which tells me that they didn't torch it for long enough before serving. That usually also makes it less tender as the middle is still a little coagulated from being chilled prior. I would also assume that chicken broth is less calorie dense than pork so I also felt less guilty drinking it all. The staff is friendly and quick enough with the service and they also have rotation test menu items which is nice but there's a few items on their regular menu they are always out of like their oyster pancake
