Be careful asking any questions. Went in just fine. Explained my case. Asked a couple normal questions, that I would think anyone would ask. "Prices and do they charge to diagnose". For some reason, And I will never understand he said " I'm in a bad mode, and didn't want to help me. Not allowing to get passed any basic questions. I had my car being looked after by the dealership and after all this time there were so many things wrong with it that they found that were legitimately wrong. Bryan showed me that my ball joints were about to come out of their sockets and some other various items that were not being kept up on. As you can imagine I was extremely frustrated as I had always told my service advisor at Chevy to fix it like it was your daughter driving it and never spared any expense fixing my car. I've been using A1 Fleet for almost two years now and will never go anywhere else as long as they are around. Top notch service. I NEVER feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They are 100% transparent with all the services done or needed for my vehicles. I don't feel like just a customer, they treat me as if I were part of their family. They'll even provide a loaner vehicle if I give them enough notice. I keep most of my vehicles in south orange county so they aren't super close to me, however I would much rather drive a little further knowing I won't get taken advantage of. Brian and his team are great! I have a fleet of about 10 trucks and he keeps them properly maintained and on the road. First class customer service and they really go the extra mile. They have performed quite a bit of work on my 1966 ford too and really has done an incredible job. They have also done some build out on my service trucks ( reels, pumps, lights, Water tanks) great fabricators and installers. Backs up everything he does. We only have a small fleet of 5 trucks, so it's pretty easy to keep them maintained. But man, when one of your trucks breaks down at 4:30PM and is stranded, A1 really pulled through for us. They were able to have our truck towed to their yard and worked on first thing the following morning. Our warehouse is in Anaheim and they even offered to drive it back. A-1 Fleet Services is by far the best mechanic shop that I have worked with in the fourteen years that I have been managing truck repairs. Most shops do have the pickup and delivery service just like A-1 but that is where the comparisons stop. When we first started taking our trucks to A-1, I told Bryan that my biggest pet peeve is no communication between the shop and myself. I certainly have not had that problem with A-1. They are always there to assist us when we need them. I had a truck break down about two hours away from the office at 11:00 p.m. I called Bryan and he was able to get a tow truck out there to get the truck. They are very customer service oriented and will do what it takes to make you happy. read more
