My friend ordered the same thing but with the pulled pork; she said it was very good, too. Church of Smoke BBQ is located in the Canby Beer Library, one of 7 food trucks. Ordering was easy and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Street parking is available along with inside and outside eating areas (the outside area is covered and has overhead heaters for those chilly days). The meals were diverse, and there were plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, dairy-free, and full on give-me-the-meat diets. Did I mention the staff were friendly?
