I later discovered that the manager had been sitting behind the front desk for over 30 minutes while I was asking to speak with him. That level of dishonesty and disrespect is unacceptable. When I finally got my car back on January 24, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. While the vehicle was in their possession, my windows suddenly stopped working. I paid them to fix the issue, but now the windows roll up with a loud, violent thud. My brakes now make a loud clunking noise every time I brake, a problem that did not exist before they worked on my car. And to top it off, the very bumper they were supposed to repair is now loose and cracked. C&D Auto Body did not just fail to fix my vehicle, they damaged it, wasted months of my time, and showed zero accountability.
