CHANGED IT. AND THE PROBLEM STILL OCCURS. then had the nerve to charge me almost 700$. if you knew you could not fix what i was describing WHY THE HELL WOULD U FIX SOMTHING COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT. my car is more modern so i truely believe they didn't have the knowledge or even cared to deal with a potential transmission replacement and decided "well they're already here might as well charge them for somthing". Long story short for so called "transmission specialists" they sure don't know too much or would've saw the signs of it slipping. won't have to worry about me anymore i will NOT EVER be back.. and people say support small businesses.. yeah right

I began my journey with multistate in March and finally in July Integrity Auto mechanics in Colleyville fixed my problem after I had spent almost $6000 with multi state. My problem was obviously not transmission, but a completely melted down cable that controlled all the electrical parts of my vehicle which Integrity fixed for $600. Every time I would take my car back into multistate after replacing my transmission, they would say oh it's the cable from the gearshift, then it was the electric switch on the transmission itself. Finally, they admitted it was electrical and sent me to integrity where Matt promptly found the problem and fixed it for $600 and he said it was just a blessing my car didn't catch on fire and me driving it. Thank you, Matt at integrity auto. Go there first before you go to multistate it'll save you a lot of money.

this review is just for the time being and will be added onto when i have the time but for short…read more these guys are a joke, they secured my radiator by using a single zip tie, left bolts out of my bumper, left bolts half way screwed on my waste gate and when i told them about my disappointment after paying 150$ an hr for there crappy work, they stated they wanted to fix things so that i was a "happy customer" but then kept coming up with this and that and really just anything to get me to go away. i was offered labor hours on future work instead of a partial refund which i find crazy and denied because what logical individual would accept that after receiving work like that. so yeah these guys suck pretty bad. they had my car for 2 weeks and then after complaining they had another 2 and 1/2 weeks to fix this issue and now here we are. i wish i would've never gone to this place.

I took my vehicle in for a drain and fill. I received a call stating that I needed to replace my…read moretransmission for $3600. I paid for the drain and fill and left. Fast forward 8 months and my vehicle started making noise and my thought was "well I guess it is finally going out". NO...took to another shop and was informed that the mount was gone and was the reason for the original complaint that I took here for. Mechanic also let me know that the drain and fill was never done because there were no tools marks showing that the transmission plate had been taken off. So not only did they lie about me needing a new transmission but they didn't perform the work I paid for. AND possibly knew it was only a mount. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Well... I had an interesting thing that happened here at the spot…read more First it's just a small shop across from Maxine's just south of the traffic circle. Let's just say there were some things that happened to my car that were not happening before I pulled into the car lot. They obviously did something to cause something wrong but immediately when I told the guy it wasn't doing that before I got here.. he said OK will look at it and will fix the problem. He said if we did something they would get fixed. Everything worked out so I am a happy customer. I did have to come back a couple days later to actually get my inspection done on my car. I had two tires put on that I brought to them and air pressure was wrong so again I had to come back for that as well... But for some reason I will still say I like this place they may need to get some guys with a little more experience in the shop but they are quick to fix a mistake and very kind about it. Not to mention the guy in the front (I should have gotten his name) was very nice and friendly and had all the laughs. I will go back to this place to have my other tire put on as well... Maybe even the inspection.
