Easily one of our most memorable meals. Ok - not cheap - let's get that out of the way, but value is relative. We left feeling it was worth every penny, looking forward to our return. Attractive decor, great vibe, noise level lively, but we were easily able to have conversation at our table for four. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. Our exceptional "guide" for the evening, Belen, was welcoming, gave a brief intro to the menu, and absolutely added to the positive experience in every way. Service and the pace of the evening was on point. We did not take her recommendation of the Salatim Tower (flatbread with a sample of every spread) to start, but built our own choose 3 + pita - all delicious!! We were ranking the spreads as we moved on to open-fire Saffron Caramelized Cod, Moroccan couscous and fire-roasted carrots. Our conversation was replaced with oohs and aaahs and comments of "yum" or "omg". We all planned to pass on dessert, but Belen mentioned their signature tahini soft serve, adding customers have called it "life-changing", so we shared one and it was. I had such a great experience at Abbale Aventura! From the food to the service, everything exceeded my expectations. We chose to sit outside, which made for a beautiful, relaxing meal. The atmosphere was very boho and had the perfect Mediterranean vibe. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name, but we were seated at the table in the far right corner outside, and she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. To start, we ordered the Three Dips for $23, which included the za'atar labneh, whipped feta, and pomegranate tabbouleh. The pomegranate tabbouleh didn't really feel like a dip to me, but it was still delicious, fresh, and light. The whipped feta was my favorite of the three, it was creamy, flavorful, and the addition of pistachios gave it a unique texture and taste that I really enjoyed. The za'atar labneh was smooth, rich, and perfectly seasoned. Everything came out very quickly. We also ordered the falafel, which ended up being one of my favorite dishes of the meal. It was served over hummus with pickled onions, and the combination was absolute perfection. The falafel itself was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and honestly some of the best I've ever had. We also tried the Eggplant Baladi, which had wonderful flavors, although it was slightly bitter for my taste. The Shuk Salad was incredibly fresh, juicy, and essentially a Mediterranean-style shepherd's salad that paired well with everything else on the table. For our entrée, we ordered the half chicken with broccolini. The portion was massive definitely large enough to share with multiple people. **Vegetarian Friendly** Very stunning interior, with the indoors brought inside. They have some outdoor seating but majority is inside. I love a good tapas style restaurant to do family style, it's the best way to taste the entire menu. This place made SUCH a stink about reservations and required a deposit. Only to get there and the restaurant was EMPTY. Our Order: (1) Salatim Trio - no substitution allowed, even though many other yelp reviews said they were able to swap the onion tahini for hummus. My biggest gripe with this dish was their pita allotment. Only one piece for 3 dips, which you presumably will be sharing with multiple people. (2) Falafel - crispy, lacked flavor (3) Crispy Zucchini Blossom - It was crispy and paired well with the stracciatella (4) Crunchy Cauliflower - Crispy and had a delicious sauce (5) Tahini Hummus - not good, needed salt and apparently they didn't have any to bring to the table (no pita included) (6) Pan Roasted Halloumi - V had a soft yet crispy texture and paired well with the honey and pistachios (7) Za'atar Hand-Cut Fries - don't call them za'atar fries because there was barely any seasoning or flavor. (8) Harif - We asked for spicy sauce and this is what they brought us. Didn't tell us it was a menu item, and would be a charge. Was a disappointment because it wasn't spicy, but did have good flavors. My biggest complaint here is the pita allocation. Yes, the pita was hot and soft, but didn't even provide pita with the appropriate dishes. The server was not helpful in answering menu questions, however the food did come out quickly. The service staff tried to clear the table multiple times when we were still eating the food. Wow. In a sea of sub par, overpriced, think they're doing you a favor restaurant, this is an oasis! Phenomenal service from the well Informed waitstaff to the changing of flatware from course to course; a beautiful space that really feels light and Mediterranean, and the food. Delicious! We started with the 3 dips selection, we chose baba ganoush (yummy and lightly smoky flavor), the whipped feta with pistachio and mint (weird sounding but surprisingly delightful!) a d the labneh (a favorite of mine all around and well done here as well). The pita served alongside was fresh and hot, my only gripe is 3 dips came with one pita and extra bread was at a surcharge. We went in for one more piece and almost finished the dips with a bit to spare to pair w entrees. Hubs had the shakshuka with lamb added and was quite pleased, this is one of his fave dishes and they did not disappoint. My other two friends each had the lamb kefta and the steak shawarma wrap. They both raved and nearly cleaned their plates! I was a bit less hungry and opted for the kale salad with falafel. The salad was a large portion (they do encourage sharing but we all wanted different things this day) and the falafel were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. We ended our meal with a couple to go boxes, left over falafel and the fries. A fantastic meal overall and one (of the very few) place in south Florida I'd visit again! read more

To start, we ordered the bubbly Za'atar Laffa bread with tahini hummus--a nice crunch to pick up the creamy hummus. We shared the Halloumi cheese and grapefruit salad, with red cabbage, kale, cucumber, and radishes, was a surprising combination that worked beautifully. Other Sides included falafel balls perched atop hummus, artfully arranged to resemble a flower, and roasted cauliflower. Vegans will find plenty to enjoy from the menu. (This is not a kosher restaurant.) At a neighboring table, a burger caught my attention, looking utterly drool-worthy. Cocktails were creative, albeit pricey, especially for the portion size, running $18 to $20 per glass. The pièce de résistance was the dessert: Tahini Soft Serve 'ice cream' topped with shaved halvah and drizzled with date honey, with a crunchy orange zest roll. The flavor combination was next-level. While the unassuming strip mall exterior may not impress, stepping inside reveals a nice ambiance enhanced by Israeli music playing through the sound system, transporting me to Tel Aviv. I've had the tahini platter and chicken schnitzel and the pairings in the dish go fantastic together and the chicken has been prepared just right with crispy breading. Beautiful decor and great menu. We went for Father's Day and we were seated in a little private room which was wonderful. We had our 90 year old mom and 1 year old baby. This worked out great and the server was amazing / she seemed like she was starting in a Broadway production and explained every detail. Me and my boyfriend are a younger couple and I understand sometimes we are not taken seriously, but we ordered and got our appetizers in good time since the restaurant was pretty empty. Everything about the restaurant was great. First, it has a great outdoor look. Next, there is a friendly host who has a warm smile and welcomed us all. There were lots of servers and everybody was very helpful. They first brought us to a table inside, which is what we had requested, but then we asked to move outside and they did it without a problem at all. When I had made my reservation, I indicated it was my wife's birthday and they put a birthday card on the table. They also greeted her with a happy birthday wish. We ordered a couple cocktails and appetizers and put in our order and the server was very friendly and made suggestions. After we started eating, it started raining a bit, and they were very accommodating to move us back inside. She was so nice and sweet, a really good vibe! I started with a glass of the Vermintino wine and it was so refreshing and dry. My friend ordered their frozen limonana and she loved it. I really liked that their cocktails could be mocktails upon request and the fact that they have a full bar was great! Honestly, this place was so cute! It definitely takes you out of miami. We were starving so we were directly for the entrees, I ordered the Falafel Pita, which came with the nosy delicious Za'atar French fries. Now, it was plenty for one person because each half of the most delicious pita bread I have had in a while was pretty big with 3 falafel pieces inside, hummus and pickled cabbage. Those two pieces plus plenty of frenech fries to share and a little pickled veggies salad. I only ate half of sandwich and the fries which was even sharing with my friend, I had still plenty to go. My friend ordered the Shakshuka and it was a cast iron pan full of tomate based sauce with herbs and 2 poached eggs plus a mini challah bread (which was the cutest baby challah ever!). She loved the shakshuka! We then ordered the dessert, the famous Tahini Soft Serve which was creamy, not overly sweet and the best of the best! To balance the sweetness we also had some of their tea. I ordered the Moroccan Mint Tea, so refreshing! And my friend the Rose Petal Tea. I thought it was a cup of tea but they actually serve you a little tea pot which one would have been perfect to share! The tea comes with the most delicious sesame little cookie.
