Came here earlier and had a great time, mostly everything i had was fantastic! The lobster dip was essentially a deconstructed lobster rangoon it was very tasty, the sriracha made a good addition. The french toast had a texture similar to bread pudding and was delicious, I wish that it came with a little bit more syrup though. The mimosa flight was a good addition to the mix, I really enjoyed and I don't even like mimosas that much. We had dinner tonight with friends at your establishment . We got seated one table away from this very large table with a few children. The children were screaming at such a high desible throughout dinner.,... We said something to the waitress  but  she blew it off like it was nothing .  The parents werent addressing  the yelling in fact it seemed like they were encouraging it.  A manager should have said something to the lparents but they didbt.  We usually stay for  dessert but we couldn't take another minute of the screaming . On our way out my husband said something to the ladies at the  check-in station and one of them said " we'll what do  you want us to do they're kids.  Needless to say we wouldn't be back. read more

Highly recommend the Bee's Knees-- so tasty and a great portion! The burrata pizza is great too. I've eaten in the restaurant twice and ordered out once. I highly recommend eating in the restaurant but we had a delivery coupon tonight. The burrata pizza was cold so we reheated it in the microwave but burrata really can't be warmed up that way so it was a little more rubbery than I would have wanted. Eating the pizza in the restaurant seems to be the only way. I'm glad that the gluten free pizza is the same price as the regular (which makes sense because it is smaller). I really enjoyed the most recent meal that I consumed at this restaurant and I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. I believe that the placement of the candles on the table was a nice touch and that it added to the experience overall in a positive way. I thought that the service was fine, but I would not recommend coming to the restaurant on a weekend, because you will be waiting for an inordinate amount of time for your food; but that pretty much goes for most restaurants. I would certainly advise all patrons to peruse through the desert menu, because while you will feel full leaving the restaurant, it is certainly worth it. read more

Great first experience here! My hubby and I came here for dinner on a Sunday night- double date with a couple friends. Our waitress was SO kind and helpful, the food was delish: we got the lobster dip (amazing) and the sesame crab cake (also pretty good). For dinner I ordered the short ribs w/ mashed potatoes + carrots. It was delish! I loved that the restaurant has a little something for everyone: there is a bar with TVs, there are hightop tables for a less formal night, and then there are regular tables w/ white tablecloths if you're wanting a more formal evening. Been here multiple times throughout the years but never got around to reviewing it but it's about time. We decided to have our family dinner here tonight and on the average, the food is better than I remembered but the service was very off. We started with their popular fried shrimp & calamari appetizer. Very large portion and seasoned well. It did get a bit saltier near the end from the capers and olives but not overly so. Then for entrees, my mom and I shared the three cheese pizza and the rock shrimp buccatini. Both were shockingly pretty flavorful and with a pinch of red pepper flakes, it was just what we needed. All were about a 4/5. We had to knock off a star for the overall rating because our server, while a sweetheart and obviously meant well, missed on a lot of service points. She was so very forgetful. First, she had forgotten my daughter's order but then she offered to refill her drink while she waited but never came back with one. It also took her a long time to come back with my drink as well. Then when we were done with our meal, we sat around for about 15 minutes and had no idea where she went. Finally, we had to flag down the manager and another server came to help us pack up our leftovers and get our check. Our server did the Houdini on us tonight. So I guess to sum it up, I actually thought the food would be a 3 and the service a 4 but tonight it was the other way around. Perhaps it was just what we ordered that was good but whatever it is, I'm glad that it was satisfying this time around. As for the service, I am hoping it was just an off night. read more

Brunch at its best! Went to brunch with a group of girlfriends and had a wonderful time. First we were able to enter prior to opening, very kind of the staff! If you want a disappointing experience with prices to match, eat at Abby Park. The restaurant was overbooked, even though we made our reservations weeks in advance. My $16 hamburger was dry, over cooked and burned on the outside. It seemed to be someone else' order that was rejected b/c the sides were not what I ordered and it had been sitting so long that the bun soaked up all the juices and mushed up when I tried to hold it. I had to use my fork to eat it. The waiter seemed clueless. Most of the time he was inattentive and stood in the corner chatting with the other wait staff. Abby Park is a wonderful restaurant for a special occasion night out. I've celebrated my anniversary there, and my husband's birthday. I also recently attended for their Monday night "Ladies First" menu - $30 with a 3 course menu and alcoholic beverage included. Forget their takeout service during the COVID-19 crisis. We tried them a week or two ago and ordered a mezzi plate (middle eastern spreads and salads) but it came without the pita bread it was supposed to come with. What do you do with spreads you have nothing to put them on?? Reached out to them through their contact on their website about our concerns and they never even responded. Tried the chicken sandwich which was soggy and pedestrian and the Caesar salad with chicken was not impressive at all. Iceberg lettuce and dry chicken. Sad to see they can't compete with the other local South Shore restaurants that are taking this challenging time to strive and stay in business. read more

Second time dining here. First time had the filet which was excellent. This time I opted for linguini with clams. No bread was offered, and main courses rushed to table. The food was actually good but portion was like an appetizer. 4 clams with just a little pasta. I mean for $26 I would expect a few more clams and more boxed pasta. 4.5 stars!! Went for my wife's birthday and had a pretty great experience. We were fortunate to go during restaurant week so we got a fixed menu price and wanted to try it. Starters tomato and mozzarella, and a shrimp and calamari dish. Tomato and mozzarella was pretty simple, though I was disappointed to only find one slice of Crostini. The shrimp and calamari was pretty good. It included fried jalapeños and peppers, though what didn't agree with me were some sort of olive paste in the bottom. I'm just not a big olive guy so the flavor profile was weird to me. Entrees she got the BBQ braised ribs mac and cheese and I got the grilled chicken over parmesan risotto. Both were pretty good, though I wish I got something more adventurous. I definitely liked hers more than Mine. The dessert were raspberry sorbet and a chocolate mousse cake. The sorbet was alright, but the cake was great! Though a little Rich for my taste but we definitely left happy. I'd come back for special occasions. The service was great, and we didn't expect this, but the manager ended up chasing us down and apologizing for not comping our desserts (because of my wife's birthday) because he got caught up in a situation. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and wow it was so, so bad. You're better off buying nuggets from McDonalds. I love Chicken and waffles, and this is by far the worst I have ever had. The chicken had absolutely no flavor or crunch. I literally ate a dry waffle and called it a day. The mimosa flight I ordered was perfect. What I like about Abby park is its consistent. Every time I go here I know what to expect, service is always good. I've gone here mostly for brunch, I would recommend the Apple French toast and the short rib poutine. It's a small place and parking is a little tight. Nice place to have a drink. They are on the pricey side at $11 or $12, but I tried my dates's Mule with strawberry and it was very tasty. Typically I don't care for Mules. My T&T was just fine thanks. The 3 cheese pizza was OK, but not great. If that's what you want, you could have a cheaper night out at Bertucci's and have a lower bill (and better pizza in my opinion) The dessert was a banana bread pudding and it was very good. I would call myself a regular here and normally it's fine. They never wow you but it is a nice place to grab a pricey breakfast if you're looking to go out. Well this morning I did just that. We walked in and there were several seats available on the main floor but we were not offered those. Instead we were taken downstairs to their basement and seated at the back. There basement is like a dungeon, dark and cold, and very unwelcoming. With though of leaving but decided to stay. This was before we realized that we were near there storage room so we were constantly getting a draft as waiters and staff came in and out of the room. I dont want to look at your storage closet. My meal was not tasty. I took a few bites and pushed it to the side. Waitress made no inquiry. She asked about the meal as soon as the plates dropped but before the eating began. We paid and left. No thank you on the way out. No anything. The tomato and mozzarella came with a crostini and drizzled with olive oils and balsamic vinegar. YUM! Main: I ordered the skinny salmon. Jonathan ordered the chicken saltimbocca. The skinny salmon itself was okay. Lakes some seasoning. The brown rice it was accompanied with was entirely too bland. Tasted like cardboard. #notafan The chicken saltimbocca was delicious. It was juicy, flavorful and just scrumptious! My personal recommendation: don't get the salmon. Dessert: Warm chocolate cake. This was delicious. Warning, if chocolate isn't your thing this is entirely a chocolate overload. If it is, dive in! Jonathan got French with a chocolate sauce. It was a lot lighter choice. Presentation wasn't great but the taste was there. Overall, it's a great location, cool venue and the service was great.
