The price cannot be beat, and the performance has been excellent. Our installer Jeff M was smart, efficient, and ran the cabling in a very neat fashion. We went from paying hundreds of dollars with Big Cable to only $65/month for their 500mbps plan. The support over phone is also local and responsive. Our household has plenty of bandwidth, and with my wife and I working from home, we are able to do so in an effective manner. No longer do we have to do the dance with Comcast each year to plea for a better rate. And the best part? No data caps to worry about. Twist will also give you an Eero router (or two) for WiFi if you need it. They are super easy to manage and set up, our wifi coverage is on point across both floors of our house. If you work from home, stream a lot, or have a gamer in your household, Twist Broadband is the way to go.

Sail Internet/Twist Broadband, with only a $5 upcharge compared to ATT, provides a reliable 500Mbs connection. Installation included two eero 6+ mesh routers, which provide strong coverage throughout our house. The eero app must be installed on your phone for the installer to proceed. Maybe Sail Internet limits the available options on the eero app. Because of limit control options, it took hours to successfully add some old devices, particularly my Sangean and Auna Internet radios, to the network. TIP: For those who are not network experts, I recommend asking in advance if the installer can verify the network connections for all devices (robovacs, alarm devices, streaming boxes, TVs, printers, etc.) before departure or that you have a tech-savvy friend to help with connection issues after installation. TIP: Changing the router's network password to the same as your old router's password will make the changeover much easier.

The Good ° $65 a month, no guessing ° More reliable than Xfinity ° Better Customer service than Xfinity & AT&T - You can reach them by text and they respond back quite quickly ° Easy & clean installation ° Upload speed is amazing! I'd only get 6-14 Mbps with Xfinity, so 90 Mbps is a huge upgrade for streaming The Bad ° The wireless point to point isn't blazing fast. Average 315-420 Mbps - Only really felt when gaming or updating The Ugly ° Not Tekify's fault, really it's largely the whole bay area, but no fiber option at my old house and at my new house ° Can't service a lot of friends I've recommended because of trees blocking line of sight Xfinity had better speed overall but I was always guessing what I'd get from day to day and it would always randomly go down. For half the price and better reliability and customer service, Tekify is a much better value!

We worked with Ryan, who was able to answer all our questions. Their monthly rate is 1/2 what we paid for Xfinity. It's only been a week, but our internet has not dropped once. Moises, the installer, arrived on time and did the entire installation himself in about 4 hours. He first set up a temporary antenna to check the download and upload speeds. Our speed was even better than what they had quoted. Once the antenna was set up on our roof, a cable is then connected to an outlet in our house. Once we set up our routers, everything worked seamlessly. Moises didn't leave until we confirmed that all of our devices were connected. If you live in the Fremont or neighboring areas, I highly recommend Tekify for your internet service.

Outstanding Service!…read more I can't say enough good things about Rhemo. He went far beyond what I expected from an installer. After discovering my Starlink system had been activated under the wrong service plan, he took ownership of the problem instead of simply saying it was a Starlink issue. He documented everything, submitted a detailed support ticket, and continued working through the process until Starlink corrected my account. I trusted Rhemo enough to give him access to my Starlink account and simply told him, "Make it happen." He accepted that responsibility without hesitation--and he delivered. Because of his persistence and professionalism, my internet was up and running correctly within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a working system before considering the job complete. In today's world, it's refreshing to meet someone who takes ownership of a problem and sees it through until it's resolved. Rhemo exemplifies that kind of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to his customers. If you're looking for someone who stands behind his work, takes pride in his craftsmanship, and genuinely looks out for his customers, I highly recommend Rhemo. He doesn't just complete the installation--he owns the outcome. Thank you, Rhemo, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one!

What a ridiculously negative experience. I'll certainly not be coming back and recommend you…read moreconsider alternate locations for your shopping experience. I walked in to purchase the latest and greatest Samsung phone, the Samsung S26 Ultra phone with extended storage, a $1500 phone, and possibly a matching Samsung watch between $400 and $700. That's over a $2,000 purchase. It also would have essentially resulted in a 3 year service agreement. I left canceling the order while another frustrated customer waited during my mess of a shopping experience -- the manager (at least she said she's the manager*) and sales rep, arguing with me about my sharing my perception of the service they provided me. As I reflect on the experience, I wonder if the rep and manager purposefully treated me poorly because they don't make money on these types of sales and just wanted to get out of there and go home...or something like that. Anyhow Cristina, the sales representative, seemed inconvenienced and annoyed from the start when I walked in about fifteen minutes before they closed. Her answers to my questions were curt and barely one sentence responses. Even her information regarding the comparison of my current Samsung Watch to the new Samsung8 was about one sentence based on her looking at a Google search on her phone. My same search provide at least a couple paragraphs explaining the differences with much more helpful information. Overall, I found the experience very dissatisfying, negative and disappointing. I own a small business in the area with about ten lines with Verizon and was amazed that the level of service I received was so rude and inconsiderate. Towards the end, the manager, Kaitlin, started to speak to me in a threatening manner, suggesting I grabbed Cristina's arm. I did not grab anybody's arm. If anybody at Verizon, or the owners of the store, read this review and go back to watch the video I would appreciate them coaching the staff on how to interact with customers and provide a very basic level, if not higher level of service to what is hopefully a relatively high value customer. Threatening customers is no way to grow a business. * Kaitlin, who said she's the manager, was looking at her phone virtually the whole time I was in the store. I find it hard to believe that she's actually the manager. Either way, her manager or the owner of the store, should probably take a look at this experience which happened at about 7:50-8:15 pm on Friday, May 8th and follow up with a discussion with the two of these people.

This is my first negative review on Yelp, in a very long time. :(…read more I went into this store on May 14th, to address issues that my mother had with receiving and hearing calls on her phone. The sales rep that assisted me, was really good at pitching the sales promotion of the day and got me to agree to trade in my mother and father's phones for new iPhones, on the basis that I'd be getting a promotion credit of $800+ or so, spread out over 36 months (~$23.33/month). So, that day, I paid off the remaining payments on my parents' old phones, and paid the taxes for the new phones. The next day, May 15, Verizon launched its red hot promotion deal where one could trade in their current iphone for a new iPhone with credit value of $1000+, ~$27.77/month and ~$33.33/month, all spread out over 36 months, depending on the phones you were getting. So, I visited the store again, to ask the store reps if they could adjust the promotion deal I had received the day before, to this one instead. I was told that the manager was busy, and was given his number, while also being informed that the manager would take care of this all for me, and make the requests to Verizon regarding the promotion credit adjustments. Fast forwarding, I received a bill from Verizon, indicating that my next bill is $900, with all the promotions charged back to my bill. I've been calling the manager's number since, and also texting, but have yet to hear back. It's been several days and it's sad to see that he still hasn't reached back out to me even though the texts I sent have a "read" receipt. I'm now on the phone with Verizon's main customer helpline, trying to resolve these issues. For those reading this review, I won't advise you to do or not do anything regarding services by this store, but do want you to know my experience.

I had a model in mind that was on display but it was out of stock. Instead of offering to order it or have it shipped or any alternatives the lady told me to just go across the street to Best Buy. lol. A few days later I came back because the phone was showing as in-stock for local pickup. The other employee spent some time looking for options and promos I could get and I left with better phone. They seem more enthusiastic setting up new lines probably for commission, not so much if you're just trying to get an upgrade for an existing line, even as long lasting customer.

Asked salesman to not disconnect me from AT&T until I was set up with Verizon he agreed. Got home and guess what I had no phone service drive back to Verizon salesman said he misunderstood. Turned my phone back on with service. He said he was unable to transfer my info from AT&T to Verizon I had to go to Apple. Went to Apple Store in Los Gatos next day and they said he could have transferred info just that it takes time to do and my thought he's a salesman he makes monies on his sales no time to fidget with a phone nothing in it for him. Yesterday I returned to same Verizon store, which I swore I'd never return to, in order to return my late husband's phone and cancel his phone service. Canceling service easy, but they told me they'd be happy to recycle the phone or I could keep it. Recycle and get no monies back sounded fishy so I took phone. Went to Apple Store and they gave me $205 for the turn in phone. Do you suppose Verizon lady salespeople that suggested I leave phone in their recycle were going to take it to Apple to turn it in for $205. I write all this w/o any knowledge how turning in a phone you don't own works, but if it's worth $205, I'm sure there is a way even if it's on second hand market. I'm so totally done with Verizon and can't wait to untie from their phone service and go back to AT&T. I'm so grateful to be with Apple and soon to be AT&T if I could give Verizon a negative star rating I would. I called store today and salesperson on phone listened to my experience yesterday and her response was 'yes that is company policy you can leave phone and we'll recycle or customer keeps phone'. If customer is a dumb bunny they'd leave it thinking it's worth nothing'. Glad I stuck with gut feeling to take phone and investigate more. Worst scenario i discard/recycle on my own
